Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel, das uns als Best Ager tief beeindruckt hat. Das Theros All Suite Hotel verbindet Ruhe, Stil und echte Gastfreundschaft auf eine Weise, die man selten findet. Die gesamte Anlage ist harmonisch gestaltet, gepflegt und strahlt eine besondere Ruhe aus. Die Sauberkeit ist herausragend. Zimmer, Wege, Pools und Gartenbereiche sind makellos – konstant und sichtbar mit großer Sorgfalt gepflegt. Das Personal ist ein Geschenk. Freundlich, respektvoll, professionell und authentisch. Besonders das Housekeeping arbeitet mit einer Herzlichkeit und Qualität, die man sofort spürt. Kulinarisch ein Highlight. Frühstück frisch, kreativ und hochwertig. Das hoteleigene Restaurant bietet moderne mediterrane Küche auf sehr hohem Niveau – geschmacklich wie atmosphärisch ein Genuss. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber fußläufig zur Stadt Kos und zu mehreren sehr guten Restaurants. Gleichzeitig bleibt das eigene Restaurant ein Grund, einfach im Hotel zu bleiben. Das Publikum ist angenehm und stilvoll. Entspannte Gäste, die Ruhe schätzen – keine Selbstdarsteller, keine Oberflächlichkeit. Wir haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt wie hier. Ein Hotel, das bleibt – als Erinnerung und als Gefühl. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Super nice stay

Strong points include: Amazing and very functional room layout and private terrace. Choice of two pools, secluded and public. Loads of water features and fantastic gardens including a vegetable garden. Amazing staff. perfectly trained and friendly. Small but very well done spa, the massage was great. Overall, a place with a great aura and flow. A worry free place to relax and enjoy life.

Nothing to dislike. Not too close to the beach but we did not mind at all. Everything we wished for was present in the premises, and more

Beautiful property and well-maintained.

The property is advertized as Beachfront. It is not beachfront - it is on the 2nd line and you have to walk through a parking lot and a few streets to get to the beach. I was very disappointed because when I booked it, I wanted a beachfront vacation and paid a premium price for the room (the prices were the same as similar properties which are actually beachfront in Mykonos). At arrival, I was very disappointed to see the property is not beachfront but rather has beach access and a private beach once you actually get to it! This is not advertized correctly so beware if what you are looking for is a beachfront resort. I got upgraded complimentary to a nicer room given the issue and once you are on the property, it is beautiful but make sure to be aware that the property is not beachfront. I have included the pictures of what is just outside the property to get to the beach.

Bellissima struttura, non potevamo scegliere di meglio. Ottima posizione fuori dal caotico centro di Kos Town e in una zona con diversi supermercati e ristoranti a conduzione famigliare. Il mare si trova a 5 minuti a piedi ed è perfetto per le giornate al mare. Colazione eccellente con buffet dolce, salato, scelte vegane e sugar free oltre alla possibilità di scegliere piatti dal menu (uno a testa e uno da condividere sono inclusi nell’offerta). Ci torneremo di sicuro!

Très bel établissement, bien situé. L’hôtel est calme, les transats très agréables. Le personnel est très gentil.

Deux choses ne nous ont pas satisfaites: l’attente au restaurant les matins et les midis et le service au spa. Pour les repas (excepté le soir), il était difficile de commander ou d’avoir la note à signer. Il fallait attendre au moins 30 à 40 minutes avant d’obtenir quelque chose ou que quelqu’un se présente qu’il y ait du monde ou non! Pour le spa, aucun service ni explication. Compte tenu du prix, on peut clairement s’attendre à autre chose d’autant plus que nous avons l’habitude de faire des massages ailleurs. Très décevant. Ça ne vaut clairement pas le coût…

The staff were absolutely lovely — so kind, welcoming, and always happy to help us with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the hotel itself was stunning. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed every moment!

We had a wonderful stay and were extremely happy with everything. The hotel is beautifully designed, peaceful and exceptionally clean. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. The facilities were excellent, and both the swimming pools and all common areas were spotless. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality food. The meals we had at the hotel were also delicious, fresh and beautifully prepared. The sea and beach were another highlight — the water was crystal clear, clean and beautiful. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed every moment and had a very relaxing and memorable holiday.

Honestly, there was nothing significant that we disliked. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, and we were very satisfied with our stay.

Our stay at Theros All Suite Resort in Kos was nothing short of spectacular. If you are looking for a place to completely unwind, this is it. Design & Atmosphere: The design and attention to every single detail are absolutely top-notch. The aesthetic of the resort is so beautifully curated that the atmosphere alone is enough to completely relax your mind from the moment you walk in. Peace & Privacy: One of the most brilliant aspects of this resort is the clever organization of space. Throughout our stay, the hotel felt so peaceful and serene that we thought it was almost empty. It was only when we went to breakfast that we realized it was actually fully booked! You never feel crowded, which is a rare and wonderful luxury. The Room: We were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade, and it was an absolute dream—flawless, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The Staff: A special mention goes to the wonderful team. The staff was consistently cordial, kind, and always ready to assist us with any need or request that arose. Their genuine hospitality made us feel truly pampered. Exceptional Dining: The culinary experience was fantastic from breakfast through to dinner. You can tell that every single dish is prepared fresh and with love. Even the simplest plates were bursting with flavor and perfectly executed. I highly recommend Theros All Suite Resort to anyone visiting Kos. It was a perfect holiday, and we will definitely be returning!

The pool area, along with food and cocktails, were great. Our room was very stylish.

The coffee served at breakfast was really inconsistent in quality. The gym and the sauna space were not open on our visit. There was no compensation for this.

Auch die liebevoll gestalteten Mottoabende waren jedes Mal etwas Besonderes und haben den Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne, erholsame Zeit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ⭐️

Excellent environment, quiet, exceptional gardens and garden architecture, very cozy, privacy driven by space, high quality services and spa, two large different pools with available space for everyone and high quality kitchen. Impressed will obviously return on first occasion.

Not close to the beach but it turned out as a positive point - away from noise and crowd.!

The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, the attention to detail is evident. There is a relaxed atmosphere that allows you to enjoy a vacation on the island with maximum comfort. What made the stay a 10/10 for us was the welcoming staff, with a smile and quick service for any request. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again!

An absolutely exceptional stay! This is, without a doubt, the best hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at. Everything exceeded our expectations. The architecture is absolutely stunning, and every detail of the hotel has been carefully designed to create a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The two large swimming pools were amazing, and the ambiance throughout the hotel was simply perfect. The music playing in every area was fantastic and created a wonderful vibe from morning until night. One of the highlights for us was the incredible open-air gym. It is beautifully designed and equipped with premium, high-end retro fitness equipment, making it one of the most unique and impressive hotel gyms we have ever seen. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious, high-quality food. Every meal we had was exceptional, and the drinks were equally excellent. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The level of service was truly first-class. We honestly couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Every aspect of our stay was perfect, and we would return without hesitation. A true gem next to Kos town. Built to promote slow living and serenity. Outstanding design, boho style. Great tastes, both for lunch and dinner. Breakfast outstanding

No direct beachfront. Access with 5 mins walking distance through a narrow path. The staff are super friendly and willing but felt that they were new in the hotel and learning on the job. Also the second bar doesn't operate during the day despite the second major and more private common pool being there.

Definitely tasteful, chill vibes.

Although there were lots of noise coming from the pipes and we couldn’t sleep at night, when we took video of it and sent it to them and made them watch, they took no action to comfort us. Receptionist simply ignored that we literally couldn’t sleep and the least you expect from a hotel with this price is to be able to sleep. They charged us the whole fee, no compensation, they even charged the small balance on the restaurant when at least that could be complimentary. Very rude and inconsiderate. Design is tremendous otherwise but customer service does not match that design at all.

The building, gardens and pools were beautiful. The rooms were stylish and facilities good. Great sunbeds, although not enough for the volume of people. Great fresh towel supply.

Flying cockroaches in your bedroom - you don't expect this in a five start hotel. When I rang reception to seek help and a spray it took them quarter of an hour to respond. We saw cockroaches in our room 5 out of our 10 days stay. No food allergy labelling on any of the breakfast foods or menus - this is against EU Regulations which require information on 14 allergens. When we asked we were repeatedly told foods were not safe. I am unsure how a hotel can be 5 star when it fails to conform to EU regulations - I would avoid if you have food intolerance or allergies. They do ask about allergies upon arrival, but is unclear why as their ability to respond is pitiful. Despite being aware of a peanut allergy, they presented peanuts as a snack with drinks. When asked for an alternative they said they could not provide one. No bottled water in your room - they fill up a glass bottle from the tap - again not 5 star. While the water is safe it can give you an upset stomach if you are not used to it. Yoga available - but the website doesn't tell you it is 14 Euros per session - the gym is free the yoga isn't. Despite speaking to staff about food and cockroaches the daughter of the owners who was very visible having dinner with people made no effort to speak to us. Not great customer service. The hotel is not in a great area, and so ok if you are happy to stay put.

Wir hatten ein Swimup Zimmer nahe dem Restaurant, wo leider oft die Musik sehr laut war.

Tutto. Struttura stupenda e pulita con personale accogliente e molto premuroso. Ristoranti buonissimi e colazione molto variegate. Hanno anche una bellissima palestra e una spa dove ho potuto fare un messaggio super rilassante.

The rooms are spotless and feature high-end amenities and furnishings. This is the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and relax. Special thanks to Silvia (Guest Experience Manager) - she is the best!

The rooms and private pool were insane. Cleaners did a fabulous job every day! The decor is absolutely amazing!!

Staff were nice, but that’s about it. Didnt go above and beyond. It was our honeymoon and we definitely weren’t made to feel like it was by them.

Modern and clean. Rooms were generous in size and were well equipped. Staff vey accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious!

When ordering coffees at breakfast they are prepared and the all served at once. Rather than prepared and immediately served this meant coffee was cold when served.

Het ontbijt was HEERLIJK! De chef moest altijd lachen als hij ons zag omdat hij kon zien hoe enthousiast we waren! Leuk dat er twee zwembaden zijn, zo is het wat rustiger en meer verdeeld. Wij kregen een gratis upgrade wat we geweldig vonden! De ligging was ideaal gezien je fietsen kan huren via het hotel en een groot deel langs het strand kan fietsen tot in Kos stad. De gym was een leuke aanvulling al was het er erg warm (geen airco/ventilatie aanwezig).

Het personeel sprak minder goed Engels waardoor er een bepaalde afstand was dan wat we in andere hotels ervaarden. Dit is geen minpunt maar eerder een opmerking.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir haben 5 wundervolle Tage im Theros Hotel auf Kos verbracht und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Hotel bietet einen außergewöhnlichen Komfort und einen Service, der wirklich seinesgleichen sucht. Egal ob am Pool, am Strand, im Zimmer oder in den Restaurants – überall wurden wir bestens betreut und konnten jederzeit Essen, Getränke oder andere Services genießen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das liebevolle und herzliche Personal. Ein großes Dankeschön an Debi, Silvia und Julietta, die unseren Aufenthalt mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft noch schöner gemacht haben. Auch Albert vom Beach Service war einfach großartig. Unser Zimmer war ein absoluter Traum. Der direkte Zugang zum Pool war ein echtes Highlight – morgens aufzustehen und direkt ins angenehm temperierte Wasser springen zu können, war einfach herrlich. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Auch das Fitnessangebot haben wir jeden Morgen genutzt und waren begeistert. Das Spa war ebenfalls hervorragend, besonders die privat nutzbare Sauna hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Welcome Drink bei der Ankunft war zudem unglaublich lecker und ein perfekter Start in den Urlaub. Der Room Service, Pool Service und Beach Service waren jederzeit erstklassig. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns ein Erlebnis mit einer vergessenen Brille: Das Hotelpersonal wusste sofort, dass sie uns gehörte, und rief direkt auf unserem Zimmer an. Das zeigt, wie aufmerksam und professionell hier gearbeitet wird. Auch die Restaurantempfehlungen außerhalb des Hotels waren ausgezeichnet und haben unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert. Insgesamt hatten wir eine fantastische Zeit im Theros Hotel. Die Kombination aus außergewöhnlichem Service, traumhaften Zimmern, herzlichem Personal und der wunderschönen Anlage hat unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt gibt es dennoch: Eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war leider nicht besonders freundlich und wirkte teilweise wenig kompetent. Oft musste ich gezielt nachfragen, um vollständige Informationen zu erhalten, und die Gespräche mit ihr waren leider nicht sehr angenehm. Da alle anderen Mitarbeiter so hilfsbereit und professionell waren, fiel dies besonders auf. Glücklicherweise war dies die einzige negative Erfahrung während unseres Aufenthalts.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel wirklich empfehlen. Das Personal war überall sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit – sowohl am Empfang wie auch im Restaurant. Man hat sich immer willkommen gefühlt. Die Poolanlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Auch der Strand ist in kurzer Gehdistanz erreichbar und angenehm ruhig und gemütlich. Wir haben eine Massage gebucht, die wirklich sehr gut war. Auch das Nachtessen hat uns überzeugt. Das Frühstück war für uns aber das absolute Highlight: ein mega reichhaltiges Buffet mit viel Auswahl, abwechslungsreichen Sachen, gesunden Optionen und auch vielen veganen Angeboten. Ehrlich gesagt das beste Hotelfrühstück, das wir je hatten. Wir haben vor der Reise auch einige negative Kommentare gelesen, können diese aber ehrlich gesagt nicht wirklich nachvollziehen. Die Beschwerden sind aus unserer Sicht auf sehr hohem Niveau. Das Hotel hat insgesamt einen sehr hohen Standard. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

The hotel looks more unassuming from the outside than it actually is. The rooms with private pools are well equipped, and the property is ideal for enjoying relaxation and privacy. If you want a more social atmosphere, you can choose the larger shared pools. Overall, the location is very good. The center of Kos is about a 25-minute walk away. Dinner in the restaurant is excellent. The breakfast selection is not excessively large, but it still has everything a good breakfast buffet needs. The quality and preparation are likewise excellent.

Sehr modernes und toll eingerichtetes Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk mit Terrasse, welches sehr komfortabel war. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker, mit einer guten Auswahl - auch mit veganen Alternativen. Beim Frühstück konnten zudem immer frisch zubereitet Pancakes, Rührei, Porridge usw. bestellt werden. Der Weg zu den Liegen am Strand war kurz und der Bereich schön gelegen. Auf dem Weg nach Kos Stadt gab es viele Restaurants und Bars. Wir waren dorthin immer zu Fuss unterwegs. Für uns eine absolute Empfehlung das Hotel.

Świetne śniadania w formie bufetu + Ala carte. Czuć jakość produktów i wspaniałą obsługę. Atmosfera jest bardzo kameralna i rodzinna, czuć że hotel jest dopieszczony w każdym detalu, o czym świadczą piękne fotele, design, architektura i kolory. Zaraz przy hotelu prywatna plaża, a 10 min spacerem port wokół którego jest cała masa restauracji.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, sehr vielseitig und appetitlich angerichtet. Der Blick in die Küche offenbarte nicht nur die dort herrschende angenehme Art des Miteinanders, sondern ermöglichte auch unmittelbare Kommunikation mit den Köchen.

Leider waren die Temperaturen zeitweise etwas niedrig, was niemandem vorzuwerfen ist, allerdings vermochten es die Mitarbeiter nicht, permanente Zugluft abzustellen. Die Speisekarte am Abend wechselte leider nie.

Rustig locatie, alles prima in orde verzorgd verblijf met een heel goed ontbijt.

Tesis olağanüstüydü, Kos’ta yaşadığım en iyi konaklama deneyimiiydi. Tesisin ötesinde çalışanların güler yüzlü ilgisi yardımseverliği her şey kusursuzdu. Bundan sonraki Kos seyahatlerimin de başka hiçbir otel tercih etmemekte birlikte, tüm çevreme ve yakınlarıma da bu tesisi öneriyor olacağım.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist ein Traum, so etwas Schönes und Ästhetisches habe ich noch nie gesehen. Schon beim Empfang wird man herzlich begrüßt. Alles ist modern gestaltet, und es wurde wirklich an jedes Detail gedacht. Besonders empfehlen kann ich die Pinsa zum Mittagessen – sie ist unglaublich lecker. Außerdem findet man überall wunderschöne Plätze, um Fotos zu machen.

Das Frühstück war leider enttäuschend, da es jeden Tag das Gleiche gab, die Gurken und Tomaten nicht geschmeckt haben und auch der Avocado-Toast sehr künstlich wirkte; zudem wurde beim Fleisch ausschließlich Schwein angeboten. Optisch ist alles sehr schön und man wird auch satt, aber persönlich hätte ich mir von Theros mehr erwartet – für ein paar Tage war es trotzdem in Ordnung.

All the staff were great, the location is very good, just far enough to be quiet and away from the busy town but only 10-20 minutes to walk into town. This location was the main reason we chose this hotel. The hotel looks beautiful and is well laid out. The pool areas were busy (this was early October so off season) so we were glad we booked a private pool room which was quiet and relaxing. We ate at the main hotel restaurant and the food was excellent, it felt like fine dining, we were impressed. Also ate in the bar area and the Gyros were delicious.

The breakfast was very disappointing for a hotel of this quality. There wasn't as much choice as I would have expected and basic things you would expect like cold jugs of milk or juice weren't there. With the exception of boiled eggs in their shells, if you wanted eggs you had to order from the menu (which was basically 8 items of which 6 were eggs cooked in slightly different ways). I generally couldn't be bothered to wait but one day when I did order an omelette from the menu it wasn't seasoned and was pretty tasteless. The beer in the bar area was very expensive at 6 euros for effectively a half pint.

Eerlijk is eerlijk, het is een prachtig gebouw, met goede indeling en faciliteiten. Het personeel dat de hele dag aanwezig is, is bijzonder vriendlijke, niet grieks, maar veel Armeniers, maar toch ze doen hun best.

Maar als ik het handdoeken - leggen syndroom ervaar, knap ik af. Iedere morgen wil iedereen de handdoek bij het bedje leggen, en zelfs met slecht weer, gaan ze ervoor, dank je wel. Dat vind ik dus matig, maw er zijn niet genoeg bedden buiten voor alle gasten, en dan zijn er veel kamer met een zwembad.. maar daar is geen zon!!! jammer.. hier ga ik dus niet meer terug, tenzij ik een plek gegarandeerd krijg, waar ik in de zon kan liggen, zonder te reserveren, of een suite, geld speelt geen rol.. Het alternatief is het strand, maar dat is ook via het hotel wel goed geregeld, maar is niet erg gezellig.. Verder blijft het een beetje difuus wat er wel en niet kan.. geen goed uiteleg..

Şahane personel, gerçekten şahane. çok güleryüzlü çok yardımsever çok saygılı ve iyi eğitimli insanlar. hizmet kalitesi muhteşemdi. ayrıca otel çok dinlendirici, çok sakin ve insana kendini çok iyi hissettiren huzurlu bi mimariye sahip. ef-zin konsepti gerçekten çok iyiydi, kesinlikle bir daha gideceğiz.

tek eksik şey, daha doğrusu garip şey odanın tuvalet camının odalara giden genel koridora bakıyor olması ve açık olmasıydı, birkaç defa tuvaletteyken dışarıdaki temizlik personeliyle göz göze geldim :)

This hotel is exactly as you see in the photos. It’s beautiful. The staff are exceptional and we fell in love with Maria in reception who always had a smile for us - thank you Maria (from the other Maria and Dan)

The vegetarian dinner menu needs expanding

Hotel felt like an oasis - the facilities, pool areas, and rooms were lovely and you could tell that the little details had been thought of. Breakfast was also great with menu and buffet options. We would often walk into Kos old town for dinner (about 30 mins walk) and it was by far the nicest hotel we walked past - and it was always so relaxing to come back to. The staff were also so attentive and seemed really happy - which rubs off on you!

Minor points but worth noting: - the beach is about a 5 minute walk away and it isn’t the most luxurious beach (doesn’t match the hotel vibe at all!) which isn’t their fault but one to note. We stayed by the pool every day. - there are no obvious toilets by the pool (or any at the beach). We didn’t have an issue as our room was right next to the pool but you can see other people just going into the pool up to waist height and getting out again! - I know some people will do this regardless but I think it would reduce a bit if there were pool toilets! - no working air con in the gym so it was not that pleasant to work out - there were only 2 running machines in the gym so they were in high demand but very temperamental. You would run for 5 mins and it would cut out, you’d reset it, run for another 30 seconds and it would cut out, repeat repeat.. but sometimes you could go for 30+ mins with no problem - with no rhyme or reason.

Centralised air conditioning was turned off during our second week. The rooms got way too warm and only air circulation was a ceiling fan
