Not good access going to SM the building design for people is not straightforward. Tou have to walk further to get to the gate especially when my mum is on a wheelchair. Its not convenient at all. They need to open the middle part of the residence for easy access.

The air conditioning was not cooling as we would have liked. There is no space to open big bags.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2025The host was very responsive and flexible with the check-in/out process. I truly appreciate the hot/cold shower. The location is a gated community with security guards who are very friendly and helpful. Very close to the mall, restaurants, banks, government and business services.
Small unit but just good enough for 2 people. The main door appeared to be digital so there was an initial confusion with using a key but it all worked well with the very responsive host during checkin.

Reviewed May 13, 2024In our experience, the keyless digital lock provided by the host was convenient, and the room was perfectly suited for our family of 3, complete with towels, water bottles, and coffee sachets. The staff at SMDC were friendly, and our host, Ms. Yolly, was exceptionally accommodating. The pool had a regulated temperature and remained open until 10 PM. While entering the passcode was initially challenging, it became manageable over time.
Additionally, there was a charge for pool access as per SMDC policy, but this did not significantly impact our overall satisfaction with our stay.
