Les fenêtres pas étanche on entendait les bruits dehors et les claxons des voitures même vitres fermés le soir

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Aymen est disponible et sympathique. Le logement semble idéalement situé, en plein cœur de La Marsa, à proximité des commerces, cafés et restaurants.
Aucune isolation contre les bruits extérieurs : il est malheureusement difficile de dormir confortablement, même tard dans la nuit. Le propriétaire devrait remplacer entièrement la porte du balcon, qui n’est ni isolée ni verrouillable. Par ailleurs, les serviettes dégagent une mauvaise odeur, signe qu’elles ne sont pas correctement lavées.

Windows don't isolate the noise from the busy street - literally feels like there are no windows at all.

The bathroom is prone to leaking water, hopefully this gets fixed
