Reviewed Jun 19, 2025A brilliant base from which to explore walking and hiking. The facilities are fairly basic but everything you could want is there and plentiful. Bed was very comfortable, shorter hot and strong. The wood burning stove in the lounge was fantastic. Good views too.
In the height of summer it would be good to have black out blinds or curtains

Reviewed Jun 11, 2025This is a lovely place to stay. The extra small touches, like apple juice, flowers, and a note, were very special. Has all the facilities you need. Very comfortable and has great views.
My only thing is the main bed. It is a little too low to get out of and the sheer curtain on the bedroom window. I would have preferred something thicker to help block out the light for sleeping

Reviewed Jul 13, 20241. Fully equipped rooms and kitchen. 2. Feel like at home. 3. Fireplace with wood provided. 4. Great patio so you can have breakfast outside. 5. Super clean and comfy. 6. The host respond fast.
