It was a big and comfortable apartment, close to the airport. The hose was very responsive on WhatsApp and looked very nicely for the guests.

It was hard to find the apartment number for Uber driver. Despite it said it had airport shuttle it didn't, which would have saved a lot of trouble to find the apartment during night hours.

Cleaned and detail oriented with paper tissue, soap…

Hall of building is not well maintained (seems to be an Egyptian disease)

We rented the place, so we could be close the airport. With taxi 300EGP, Uber 120EGP. The second option was arranged by our host. He is super pro-active, very helpful and reachable at almost anytime. Excellent service!

Dust on the living room table. Toilet in the smaller bathroom can't fully flush solids. The towels could have been well placed so we know which ones were offered.

Location is good. Very close to CAI airport. The district is relatively good (taking into account what kind of properties can be in Cairo). Apartment is clean and comfortable. But we were there only one hour before the sleep time and the night. Did not have time to really understand pros and cons. Property owner was very kind to let us drop our stuff earlier than check-in time.

Apartment was hard to find. The location in Booking.com site is not accurate. Apartment is located few buildings away from the location indicated on Booking.com site. All buildings in the area do not have numbers, The only way to find the apartment is to know the apartment number (the numbering is continuous throughout the block), but all numbers are in Arabic digits. The toilet in second bathroom was not fuctioning. The shower in this bathroom doesn't have hot water. The bed configuration in the bedroom differs from the pictures on the Booking.com site.

Adam is an excellent communicator and will arrange for someone to meet you with the keys. The apartment is on the 4th floor of an older apartment building. There's a good elevator. The neighbors are quiet. The wifi is excellent. The bathroom is newly remodelled. There were two single beds in the bedroom which was just fine for a solo traveler. On nearby Ankara Street, there's a strip of excellent cafes and food courts. No complaints. I stayed her twice.

Clean and very friendly host Check in & out very smooth service

Exactly as you see in the photos, very nice workmanlike flat, ideal as a base in Cairo. Well equipped kitchen with good gas stove for home cooking, and large fridge. Meeting up for the keys could have been a problem but turned out fine. Make sure you have a working wifi or internet connection to get the taxi to drop you at the exact pin. Then WhatsApp for the final part to have the keys. Owners and local manager very helpful and responsive, always came back quickly.

Bedroom setup strange with 3 single beds. Would like it to be 2 and maybe they update the furniture to have a sofa bed outside if it’s to sleep more people.

There was no breakfast though but the kitchen utensils were available for use by guests

The location was not easy to locate by the taxi but it not due to no fault of the facility owner

We really enjoyed our stay! Adam, our host was very thoughtful and helped us on every way we needed assistance. It was a pleasure meeting him! Communication was easy and very friendly)) Apartment was clean and had everything what we needed.
