I Had Pleasant Stay. The Room Were Clean,Well Maintained, and Comfortable. The Staff Member especiallly Sanjay Naikodi polite, attentive, and made the experience even better. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The food quality was good, and the hostel offered decent amenities as well. Overall, it was a great experience and a suitable place for both business and leisure stays.

The staff (manager Nikhil) and everyone else were very helpful and nice.

It would have been nice if there was a table in the room.

Poor hygiene and lack of facilities

Sanjay is a really nice person to have as a staff he was really kind and helpfull. overall the stay was nice just lacked a bit of cleanliness but for the price i managed pretty well nothing major. Every city experience is pretty close to the cafe so the location is pretty nice. Bonus points to the doggo hes a cutie.

I did an online booking and I reached the place early. I kept calling on the number that I received as a part of my booking. The person never picked up the phone and I was standing with my luggage outside their hostel for 2.5 hours and kept calling the person every 15-20 minutes. It was the most poor experience of my trip. I'm never going to book them or suggest anyone to make a booking with them.

Bathroom should be deep cleaned frequently

The room was cleaned immediately prior to our arrival but the ‘bed’ was literally a mattress in the floor and the pillows were filthy… the AC broke (an unexpected event of course!) but in complimentary relocation to their partner hostel - Jugglers - we were made to pay the R100 for the 3min auto ride ourselves and that room was not acceptable. Wires hanging out of the walls, visible stains on the bed sheets and questionable marks on the walls. We ended up leaving after less than an hour and booking a hotel room around the corner for the night!

The inflexible approach to policy. Charging to leave luggage after checkout time. All hostels are willing to allow. And the inconsiderate attitude toward customers.. Turning lights on and showing people around at 5 am in the morning was very disturbing.

Staff behaviour, not supportive at all. They don't care about their guests at all. They are living in delusion that location is good but they don't even care about Services which is supposed to be given to their guests

Everything was superb. I am always very concerned about the cleanliness of the bathrooms, but here it was spotless.

The location is perfect. The staf was very helpful, especially Abhishek and sanjay. It's super clean, the washrooms are very clean too. The air conditioner works really well.

The only thing I didn't like was the side entrance gatekeeper is really rude.

AVOID This "Hostel" at All Costs If you're considering staying here, do yourself a favor and run the other way! My two-week stay was an absolute disaster, a masterclass in false advertising and appalling customer service. This place is a complete fraud, and the glowing photos online are nothing short of deceptive. Here's a point-by-point breakdown of the miserable reality: Zero Balconies: Despite what the booking promised, there wasn't a single balcony to be found. Just another lie in a long list. Dysfunctional Bathrooms: Prepare for a primitive experience. One bathroom had no working lights, while the other boasted a non-operational geyser. Hot showers? Forget about it! Leaking AC Units: Both air conditioning units were constantly dripping water, turning the floors into a slip-and-slide hazard. Non-Existent Customer Service: The staff here is utterly useless. They are unresponsive, unhelpful, and completely unbothered by any issues you might have. Don't expect timely responses or any effort to resolve your problems. Rude and Uncaring Management: The owner and staff are not just unhelpful; they are downright rude and dismissive. Your concerns will be met with indifference, if not outright hostility. Hostel Cafe is Off-Limits: Even when the hostel was plunged into darkness due to power outages, guests were forbidden from using the hostel cafe. Apparently, basic comfort is too much to ask for. "Free Breakfast" is a Cruel Joke: Their idea of "free breakfast" is a daily serving of stale bread sandwiches. If you're hoping for a decent meal, you'll be sorely disappointed. In summary, this was an absolutely abysmal experience. This "hostel" is a masterclass in how not to run an accommodation. Avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs! You'll thank me later.

There were 2 bathrooms in the room—one couldn’t be locked and the other had a broken flush. Seriously, how can basic things like this not work? The AC in my dorm didn’t reach my side of the bed, which is at the back; I woke up completely sweaty. On top of that, there were mosquitoes in the room, and the main dorm door was so loose it could fall anytime. Easily the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Total letdown.

Actually the quality of the amenities are deprecating since I visit the hostel every month.. if these things are taken care it should be one on top hostels in the surrounding.

The location is amazing ,

Behaviour of staff . The main people who handle the counter ( do the check in ) , the gal and the guy . Other guys were nice . The rooftop ( the common area ) was very dirty not cleaned and the chairs/sofa and tables were upside down , can't even sit there .

Only Location

Staff behaviour was rude and not cooperative. They did not made any investment on cleanliness. Only they were keen to get more and more money. Washroom, living room were not cleaned at all.

I liked the location of the hostel - since I had work at Koregaon Park, the location was quite convenient.

The hostel does not accept credit card payments at all. Further, they sent me a mail at 10:30am the morning of my checkin asking me to pay the full amount by 11am - which is when I was travelling. They did not respond to my replies an eventually when I reached the property I found out that my booking was cancelled.

Staff nature, location

Staff was friendly but the owner was impolite. The property was at great location.

No common spaces to sit and hang out. One needs to pay to sit at the places advertised on booking.com. There were mosquitoes and unclean places incl washrooms. While giving feedback to owner, he was impolite

The staff were really good. Sanjay and his colleagues were very accommodating and friendly. The location was at the centre. The price was nominal and has good access to all the areas. Initially booked for 1 night, but then continued our stay. Only problem I found was climbing to upper dorm beds was a bit of a task, other than that on of the best hostels in Pune.
