Noise from upstairs every day and night. The dishwasher was full of food encrusted dishes when we arrived. There was food residue in pans in the cupboard. We found clumps of hair in the tub and loose hair in the bedroom. The unit is extremely warm, uncomfortably so. They only have one parking space which we didn’t find out was unavailable until we go it here. We requested money back (a discount) and heard nothing back. We were locked out at one point, their app wasn’t working. We had groceries with us. After half an hour the door was opened remotely. They kept telling us we could get a key at the office from a lockbox. This happened late at night. I told them to deliver the key the next day, which they did. They have a local office, whose people freaked out when we went in to report problems. Evidently they don’t receive visitors. The person I dealt with in the evening was from a customer service site. Evidently the two staffs don’t communicate very well. We still want a partial refund for the inconvenience!

Poor quality bed and bedding , no full length mirror, broken chair and wardrobe , difficult to speak to anyone at 2nd homes .

The apartment was in a really great location and was very clean. It was well appointed.

We had some problems with our apartment and they were not easy to have resolved. We did not have working WiFi or a working sauna as booked. There was also some minor damage to the fittings. Communication with the owner was difficult as they never answered their phone number and only replied by email sometime later.

Apartment quite nice but plenty of maintenance required where things were broken or not quite right. All small fixes but covered up instead of repaired properly. Sauna was nice though

Access was a nightmare. Code access provided does not work. A key was provided after hours of waiting for a response to messages (was in a key box with the wrong code given). All frustrating enough in itself but travelling with a baby made this delay at his bed time very stressful

Nice location, space, nice sauna and bathtub.

One bed missing on arrival and it took sms, email, booking message and calling Booking to ask for help total 22h to get an answer and the bed arranged. The appartment is nice but several of the furniture is broken. Complicated look, took 10min to get out of the appartment before we could figure it out.

It was beautiful

The check-in was confusing. Booking.com said one thing and your site said another. We wasted money taking an Uber because Booking.com had us go to a Pho place to pick up keys. Then your site said to use codes to access your place. I got a message saying to leave the keys in the apt. But again I didn’t get any keys. Also there wasn’t any laundry detergent. The sauna instructions were not clear. There isn’t an “on” button you press. It’s two knobs with no instructions about what they mean. I had to YouTube how to turn it on. The TV didn’t work. Any channel I tried to watch said “Content Scrambled”. There were no extra towels. The trash door was locked so I was forced to leave the trash outside. I tried calling support multiple times and it was a recording. It didn’t feel like a “second home”. This will be the last time I use second home

Great location, very spacious, well equipped, washing machine and sauna.

Finding the location for the key was easy. Locating the building was challenging in the dark, snow, with no wifi and no real directions. After failing to find it on foot we just jumped in a taxi and found it with ease.

Size, area, cleanliness, style, bathroom, sauna. One of the best rentals I've ever stayed in.

More instruction for turning on the sauna needed for people that don't use them often. Maybe a more comfortable bed set up with a headboard? More choice of TV channels/options, maybe a Chromecast/smart TV to allow for apps

Location is excellent and the apartment was clean. Detailed instructions on equipment and procedures.

Sofa bed not suitable for 2 adults, for 2 children maybe yes.

The location is beautiful and very central. I loved the sauna and heated floors. The building is very quiet and clean and the internet worked seamlessly.

Getting the key so far from the apartment was a little tricky because you had to have a cab driver agree to make two stops. Also the apartment had a bit of an ant problem.

The apartment was spacious clean and comfortable the sauna was amazing once you work out how to use it difficult to find the apartment at night

The fact the key was in opposite direction to apartment would not have booked if known this as we had no transportation it was a long walk with our luggage no instructions for the sauna

Spacious and tasteful appartment! The Sauna was also spacious, clean and amazing to have!!! The courtyard. The neighborhood was quiet but just two blocks from busy parts that offer everything.

Beautiful space, modern comfortable and clean. The sauna is great after a long day of walking . Very good location near the harbor and park. The staff was very nice and easy to contact.

Only suggestion: the TV is offering only Finnish channels, for the regular English speakers maybe add a Chromecast to allow connecting with own streaming services

Very spacious apartment in a beautiful, quiet part of town. Perfect for families as easily walked through the city and close to many sites. Apartment was very clean, perfect facilites with lots of natural light.
