not a complaint but i was actually expecting to have some snacks and chocolates as a welcome gift as mentioned in many of the reviews of others on booking.com and in fact theres none, but yeah it’s not mentioned by the owner under the “things included” anyway so it’s fine

No breakfast was provided. Tea and coffee facilities were available. Great central location. Furnishings were well done.

Location, location, location. This property is centrally located within Rovaniemi and just a short walk to everything that you would need. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, winter clothing rentals and shops. The property is compact but has everything you need and to a high standard. We had a great and comfortable couple of days stay here and wanted for nothing. The host was welcoming and accommodating with good communication. Thsnkyou.

The apartment is very well located, clean, and tastefully decorated. It feels comfortable and well organized, and the overall experience was pleasant.

The only minor issue was that the curtains do not fully block the daylight. In this region, especially during certain seasons, stronger blackout curtains would improve sleeping comfort.

The location of Santa’s Luxury Apartment is perfect, it’s extremely close to the town ‘square’ area in the centre of the city and everything you could need is within close walking distance. Mari was also very helpful, we arrived slightly earlier than planned and she arranged for someone to come meet us to give us the key early. The apartment has all you could need with a great kitchen and a super comfy bed. If we ever return to Rovaniemi we will stay again!

Spotlessly clean. Complimentary tea, coffee and milk were left which was much appreciated. Really beautifully furnished. Location could not be more central, it’s excellent. Seamless check-in. Can’t fault anything.

The bed was very comfy and the room was very clean. The owner showing us the room was very attentive and accommodated an early check in for us which was much appreciated! The location is perfect. Very close to the airport and Santa Express Shuttle. Also very close to all city centre attractions including shopping mall, restaurants and City Centre Father Christmas Office. Overall a fantastic room, great location and if we are returning to the area, we will stay here again.

The only small downside was the shower which was quite weak and not powerful. Some neighbours in the accomodation block were also very noisy but I appreciate this is not something the hosts can control. Everything else was amazing and we will definitely return.

A beautiful, comfortable apartment at the centre of Rovaniemi. The host was very helpful and accommodating - the place was very well stocked, including with food and Christmas treats.

We loved the apartment and it was perfect for us - a couple with a small child. However, it does not have a separate living space. The price was very high but this was in line with other accommodation in the area during peak season.

We phoned on arrival and the cleaners took our bags and let us check in early. We had lovely gifts on arrival and the place was cosy and very clean. Right in the centre of Rovaniemi, perfect location. Lovely christmas tree in the room also.

Mari was an outstanding host—attentive before, during, and even after our stay. Communication was seamless and thoughtful throughout. The apartment was spotless, beautifully equipped, and full of lovely touches like snacks and small welcome gifts. The location is perfect: just a 5-minute walk to the city center, tourist agencies, and everything you need. Highly recommended—we would happily stay again.

Our stay was excellent. The owner accommodated our early check-in request and was very professional, polite, and warm. The location is perfect — just 10 minutes by taxi to Santa Claus Village. The apartment is extremely clean, new, and has a very homey feeling, almost like staying in a 5-star hotel. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and hassle-free.

Nothing - everything is perfect

Location was good - near food places and also supermarkets. The home was very well planned and stocked with all necessities such as kitchen towels, ziploc bags, washing machine pods - things that you'll never find in a hotel but need as a traveler. I loved the entire stay and the bed was really comfortable. Entire house was also extremely clean and heating was working fantastically well which was well needed during our visit in winter. All in all I love the whole stay and Mari was very responsive to our questions and needs over WhatsApp.

Not really smth we disliked but it would be great if the cost per night was lowered. Zero complaints otherwise.

Asunto oli siisti. Sängyt olivat hyvät ja keittiöstä löytyi kahvi- ja teetarvikkeet. Majoittaja oli loistava ja avulias. Asunto sijaitsi ihan ytimessä mutta rauhallisella sivukadulla.Tänne tullaan ehdottomasti toistekin!

Clean apartment right in the center of town. Mari was so kind and met us there to show us the apartment and explain how everything works. She let us stay past the checkout time and keep our bags in the apartment after our flight was delayed. She even offered to drive us to the airport after we checked out at no extra cost. Next time I visit, I would definitely stay here again.

The owner met us at the property and was there waiting when we arrived we didn’t have to wait around. The property was clean and warm, snacks provided (added bonus). They showed us around the apartment and where everything was before leaving. Super friendly and easy to contact via text/email. The location of the property is perfect, right off the main high street, pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets all within a few minutes walk. 5 minutes the other way is the bus stop to get to/from the airport and Santa Clause Village. 10-15 minute easy walk to Arktikum museum.

Right in city centre, easy to access to your pick locations, warm and comfy, lots of pillows and towels, free food ready, everything you will need for a home stay. The host, Mari was there to greet us when we arrived and she was such a nice host, showed us how to operate the items etc. had an amazing time and saw the northern lights just outside the apartment on 19th Jan 2025.
