Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Sehr schöner gepflegter Garten mit mehreren Pools. Zimmer waren auch gut ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. In 5 Min. Fußweg ist man in Bardolino. Riesengroße Tiefgarage was man am Gardasee selten findet.
Kellner ALLE (bei Frühstück und Poolbar) schlecht gelaunt und unfreundlich. Hotel ist etwas verschachtelt durch die Größe, man hat aber bald einen guten Überblick.

Leider konnte man die Pools bei Anreise erst im 13:00 Uhr benutzen. Und bei Abreise nur bis 13:00 Uhr kostenlos. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

An der Zimmerdecke waren zwei hell blinkende elektrische Geräte (Feuermelder?) die mich zwei Nächte in Folge nicht schlafen lassen habe! Wir konnten eine Nacht nicht stornieren, da wir über Booking gebucht hatten und nicht über das Hotel selbst!! Sehr sehr ärgerlich! Das Frühstück war viel zu früh radikal zu Ende.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Ich war schon mehrmals dort. Es ist wirklich sehr sauber in den Zimmern und das Personal ist super kompetent und sauber.
Was überhaupt gar nicht geht ist das es im Indoor Poolbereich selbst mit schlappen spiegelglatt ist! Das muss vom Hotel dringend überprüft werden ob nicht ausgelegte Matten sinnvoll wären. Zudem sind hier und da ordentliche Rostflecken und einige Deckel im Pool und Geländer sind lose. Was auch schon immer so war und sich auch nie verbessert hat: Brötchen beim Frühstück sind hart wie Ziegelsteine 🧱

La propreté des chambres laisse à désirer, notamment le balcon. Le lit, bien qu'original de par sa forme, est un peu dur. Un peu de bruit dans les couloirs la nuit.

Das Frühstücksbüffet war im letzten Jahr ansprechender zumal die Eierspeisen frisch angerichtet wurden. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend überarbeitet werden

partendo dal presupposto che la struttura ha superato le aspettative, se proprio devo pensare ad un aspetto negativo mi viene in mente la mancanza del bidet (c'era però il doccino)

Reviewed May 28, 2026We loved the location and its proximity to town and the lake. We loved the swimming pools and the room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was first-class, extensive and delicious. The spa treatments menu looked amazing but they were completely booked. I recommend reserving a time slot in advance of your stay.
It would have been helpful to know at check-in that the air conditioning is sensitive to the door to the balcony being completely closed and locked. We learned the next day that we had to open and close the door again firmly for the a/c to turn on.

The spa opening hours are weird . Pools don’t open till 9 and closes at 7pm and the saunas don’t open till 3pm and closes at 7pm thus making it really impossible to use facilities if you have planned the day out. Gym was dirty and messy and old in a walk through corridor. No one places equipments back and looks like it’s not sanitized

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Poloha hotelu. Vnitřní a vnější bazény s vyhříváním. Parkování v ceně v podzemních garážích s výtahem skoro až na pokoj. Personál byl velice ochotný. Pokoje čisté. Snídaně chutné.
Hluk - měli jsme pokoj 220 B, což byl v podstatě dvoupokoj propojený s druhým a oddělen jen zamčenými dveřmi pokud byl rozdělen pro dvoje hosty. Dveře ale zrovna moc netěsnily zvuk a když byl vedle v pokoji někdo bezohledný, kdo se nahlas smál u televize až do jedné v noci, tak to stálo za to. Pak asi dvakrát do noci přijeli popeláři přímo pod okno a velice hlasitě a dlouho vysypávali tříděný odpad. Popelnic tam bylo pod hotelem celkem dost a tak to byl celkem pěkný hluk včetně sypajících se střepů atd. a za hodinu pak jel další asi pro jiný druh odpadu. Velice nepříjemné. U vnějších bazénů během dne se tam zas zrovna stavěl venkovní bar, takže i u tohoto relaxu opět pernamentní hluk kladiv, vrtaček a jiného nářadí. Poslední věcí jsou snídaně, které byly skvělé, ale co mě zarazilo, že jedinou zeleninou tam byla malá miska rajčat což je na Itálii ostuda, žádné saláty, okurka, rukola, olivy..nic. Což jinak v kontextu kvality surovin a výběru bylo zarážející. Myslím, že platit plnou cenu za všechny ty ústupky s hlučným pokojem a hlukem okolo bazénu byla chyba.

Although a lot of rooms face pool area, our overlooked a busy highway. There must have been a sports arena nearby. Our sleep was interrupted by shouts, cheers and firecrackers.

Extrem harte Betten, volle Mülleimer im Zimmer wurden nicht ausgelehrt, jeden Tag gab es in der Nacht zwischen 3 bis 5 früh Ausleertätigkeiten von Mülltonnen welche sehr schlafraubend aufgrund des lauten Lärmes waren, das Hotel ist extrem verwinkelt

Tolle geräumige Zimmer, mit einer hochwertigen Ausstattung, super freundliches Personal und guter Zimmerservice, ein tolles Frühstück, eine tolle Bar und ein absoluter Kernaspekt - eine tolle Spa-Landschaft! Gleichmäßig beheizte Pools, unterschiedliche Variationen (drinnen wie draußen), die Saunalandschaft und auch die Spa-Behandlungen machen den Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis und man kann einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen! Auch die Lage ist ausgezeichnet - einmal über die Straße und schon kann man in das wunderschöne und belebte Bardolino eintauchen! Einfach ein schöner Ort!
