Reviewed Oct 27, 2025Emplacement au coeur de la médina. Maison typique et jolie avec une très belle terrasse panoramique. Les hôtes nous ont très bien accueillis et ils mettent à disposition de quoi se faire un petit déjeuner. Il faut tout de même savoir que la maison est sur trois étages avec des marches assez Hautes et des portes étroites.
La salle de bain à l'étage n'était pas très propre et la literie dans une des chambres n'était pas confortable avec qui plus est des draps très usés qui grattent... C'est pourquoi nou avons changé de chambre puisque nous avions la maison pour nous seuls.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2024Location in the middle of Sidi Bou Said is perfect- short walk from busy shopping street with cafes but still peaceful inside. Marvellous view from the roof terrace, clean rooms and nice atmosphere. 10 min walk to supermarket for groceries.

Reviewed May 16, 2024The best setting in Tunisia: Sidi Bou Said. Nice streets, beautiful sceneries. With Carthago (history) and La Marca (boulevard/restorants) just a few miles away this is an ideal spot.
This is a pittoresk and authentic location and not a big luxe hotel. Please judge it in this manner and you’ll have a wonderfull time.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2024Really lovely greeting at the property. Great position in town. Traditional style property. Has an electronic door keypad which made life easy for a group . Loved the roof top terrace!
Weather was colder than expected so really glad they put the heating on for us!

Reviewed Jan 25, 2024It was a wonderful experience to stay in a traditional house in the heart of Sidi Bou Said. The panorama from the roof top was spectacular, especially at sunrise. Communication from the host was frequent and appropriate.
Nothing. Just to note that this apartment only accepts cash (which was not a problem for us as the host informed us in advance and also they accepted EUR).

Reviewed Oct 5, 2023Great communication. We had a time issue after arrival with our airline which caused a scheduling issue with our tour. Our host, Raya, was very accommodating and was able to meet us later in the day for check in. We took up more of her time but she remained a very gracious host and made sure we were taken care of. Stay here if you want a great view of the water from your rooftop balcony and perfect service.

The terrace was our loved place with the incredible view over Sidi bou Saïd, the sea, amazing.
