Terrible internet tho not the owners fault. Town has no gas station nor cafe nor grocery store but does have all u need a 20 min. Drive away.

The room was great for someone with limited mobility. They check-in person was very friendly and super helpful. Lovely views of the sunset over the bay.

Beautiful room with everything you could every want and need. The quilts were lovely and staff and owner were so friendly. The carvings in the office where you register take your breath away, they are one of a kind and stunning.

Mother nature could have been a little nicer with the wind on our first evening.

Beautiful location, room was nicely decorated and was very clean. Bed super comfy and lovely chairs to sit in both inside and outside to enjoy the scenery.

Great location with good view. Would have been amazing if we had not been fogged in, but that added to the ambiance. Such a nice place and staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect location for exploring the area.

No food facilities?

The room was lovely: completely renovated, super clean, and decorated with charm. The pictures do not do it justice. We were in the Puffin room.

The town is tiny, so if you need any groceries, make sure you pick them up before you arrive.

It is an older, character building. Vintage items within the property, including the room, were a nice, unique touch. 20 min walk to the center.

The only available outlet for charging was in the bathroom.

The rooms were very clean and the property was excellent. It was easy to get to and very quiet.

It was a little out of our way but this is the only place we saw moose on our travels.

Beautiful accommodation on the waterfront street in Raleigh. They have excellent communication and provide more than enough supplies to suit your room. Very clean!!

The pullout bed is appropriate comfort for a child but not an adult. Not surprising but good to know :)

The Raleigh Rooms were exceptional! Definitely a 5 star! The rooms were clean, comfortable and the amenities were superior. We were across the street from the ocean, a view that was remarkable. We loved our stay here - a little gem!

Beautiful room across from the water. Came with sunsets, sea glass and capelin. We landed there with fresh trout that were given to us from people, we didn’t know, but met on the road. The staff there helped us barbeque them. The fish were beautiful and thanks for the help. The room was comfortable and on one level I have mobility issues and was glad to see a ramp. There was also a table and chairs and a couch to relax on.

One of the best places to stay in Newfoundland, especially the northern peninsula. Perfect spot close by to everything.

The location was close enough to all amenities (20 minutes to St Anthony) but still secluded enough to be quiet & peaceful. The view was perfect. The unit was clean & cozy. Staff was very friendly.

The room was new and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large. t had a beautiful view of the bay.

There isn't a restaurant in the town. It was about a 30 minutes to get food. You could have cooked your own food in the room. It had a kitchenette and a BBQ to use.

Lovely quiet location and beautiful rooms.

Unfortunately we had no power from 8am to 11pm on our second day rain and temperature 3c. Room was freezing and no way to keep warm, we were hoping to receive a call from the front desk hoping they had found away to serve hot drinks.

Liked everything, but it is remote.

The motel from the outside doesn't come close to portraying the beautiful rooms inside. We've stayed at a lot of properties & this place stood out as exceptional. A large room with microwave & fridge, dining table & chairs pull out sofa bed & beautifully appointed bathroom with walk-in shower. The room was exceptionally clean. And the price was affordable. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to stay while visiting L'Anse Aux Meadows!

Property is located on the water with a firepit and chairs. Beds were very comfortable and the unit was very clean. Check-in was seamless, welcoming and very friendly. Loved that TSN was available to watch the hockey playoffs.

I was surprised to see that additional coffee pods would cost a $1.00 even though we didn't need them. The pumps in the shower for shampoo and body wash were terribly slow. A grater would have been handy and knives need sharpening.

La seule chose qui nous a irritées est que nous avons manqué d’eau chaude pour la douche en soirée et le matin l’eau était tiède ( chambre numéro 1)

The room was beautiful, very clean and very comfortable. However , we would have appreciated being advised ahead of time that there is no longer a restaurant or convenience store in Raleigh. We would have purchased food in another town to bring with us. We will stay here again but be better prepared with our meal after a very long day of driving.

Location was wonderful, what we expected.

We are two sisters traveling we thought one person would use the bed the other the pull out sofa,BUT the bed on the pull out was very uncomfortable. maybe a memory foam liner would be helpful.

Internet access was not very good at times.

Bbq was a bonus. We were able to make a few dinners while there. Good coffee maker and microwave fridge with freezer Toaster. While on the road it was nice to have to go to a restaurant for a change.

It worked out fine using the facilities for meals but a heads up that was the case we would have been better prepared.

Comfortable, clean, spacious. Lovely view Appreciated the dishes and cutlery that you don't usually get in a standard hotel room. Had a good mini fridge with a proper freezer and access to a BBQ complete with tools. Good location for visiting L'Anse aux Meadows

It is a bit isolated but this wasn't a surprise as this was mentioned in other reviews. A good 25 minute drive to St Anthony if you need groceries.

One of the best places we have ever stayed! Super clean and perfectly maintained! Kimberly was an excellent host and had a wealth of local knowledge. The gift shop was impressive with local art. Highly recommend.

The unit 6 was renovated and excellent design. Beautiful water view of the harbour. Owners washed our laundry (option) for extra cost which was appreciated service.

You can hear the people below walking and it sounded hard and loud at times. Both renters. There was no food within 25 mins away. Inconvenient.

The property was absolutely wonderful, however there was nowhere in Raleigh to have dinner. The one restaurant was closed and many of the nearby restaurants were closed on Monday. This is our fault for not checking that in advance. Was not a big deal, we really love our stay here.

It was so beautiful to be at the northern end of newfoundland. To visit with the residents and feel as if at home. The rental was spacious with the best shower we've seen yet, with handheld shower sprayer and built-in seat. Microwave, coffee maker and fridge.great bed and pillows, as well as comforters. Great place.

What I Loved Waterfront location and atmosphere made for a relaxing stay. The space smelled lovely and felt welcoming and cute. Deep soaking tub was a great way to unwind after a day out. Beds were very comfortable, and the sofa bed was surprisingly cozy. Cute wall art added charm and personality to the room.

Basic supplies: an extra roll of paper towels and an additional roll of toilet paper would be nice. Kitchen extras: the kitchen was well stocked, but I’d have appreciated a cheese grater and a pair of scissors. Garbage: an extra trash bag was provided, which helped; a few more cleaning supplies for light upkeep would be welcome

What a beautiful room, decorated so nicely. Owners are kind and helpful. It's so peaceful there. Know there is no restaurant within 20 Driving minutes.

Really cute place recently renovated across from the water and close to attractions

This was by far the best places we have stayed since coming to NFLD. Comfortable beds and linens, nice bathroom, exceptional decor and even comfortable quilts.

The only thing was we had no idea that Raliegh offered no food anywhere. You cannot even buy milk without driving 35 min back. Although the property had nothing to do with that we should have been informed when we booked. So at least we would be prepared. We arrived exhausted and then had to drive back for supper and pick up breakfast food.
