Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato qui per 4 notti. Posizione eccellente a due passi dalla Riberia, metro, servizi e la maggior parte delle attrazioni della città. L'appartamento pulitissimo e dotato di cucina che abbiamo usato diverse volte. Ci torneremo e la consiglieremo sicuramente.
C'è stato solo un misunderstanding durante la prenotazione. Pensavamo di avere l'appartamento con la lavatrice ma ci è stato dato l'attico al sesto ed ultimo piano ma niente di grave abbiamo usato la lavanderia self service a 3 minuti a piedi dietro casa.

The stairs were a bit scary without a proper handrail, but there was a small elevator so it wasn't too bad.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Není co vytknout. V blízkosti nádraží Porto Sao Bento, snadná doprava,vše v docházkové vzdálenosti. Dům je klidný, má výtah - pokud někdo nemůže chodit po schodech. Byt je útulný ikdyž ten náš v nejvyšším patře měl pouze střešní okno. To ale ničemu nevadilo a věděli jsme to. Kuchyňka, hezká koupelna. Čisto. Pohodlná postel, spalo se nám krásně. Byli jsme spokojeni a klidně bychom se ubytovali znovu. Staré město, úchvatné památky, uličky, nábřeží, SKVĚLÉ. Porto má oproti Lisabonu jeden bonus navíc - řeku DOURO. Porto je krásné. :-))

Extremely small lift. Shower head kept falling down and I was too short to reattach it. Holder for soap in shower needs upgrading. Didn’t use the kitchen as we didn’t find a grocery shop.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Appartement très bien situé au coeur de Porto près de la gare Sao Bento et du quartier de la Ribeira. On peut tout faire à pied. Très propre, lit très confortable. Très calme (on donne côté cour et au dernier étage)
Ce n'est pas explicite sur l'annonce mais il n'y a pas vraiment de fenêtre, seulement une minuscule du côté de l'évier à une extrémité du logement, et un velux au dessus du lit. Heureusement, on est au dernier et le velux est grand donc c'est plutôt lumineux. Mais à la base je m'attendais à de vraies ouvertures tout de même.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Overall, we had a pleasant stay, especially considering the convenient location. The host was very responsive and provided all the necessary information before our arrival. Communication was smooth and everything regarding check-in was well organized. The apartment is centrally located and very easy to reach from the airport, making it a convenient choice for exploring the city. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials needed to prepare simple meals, and the bathroom was clean upon arrival.
There are, however, a few things worth mentioning. The apartment may not be suitable for people who feel uncomfortable in enclosed spaces, as it has very little natural light. There is only a small window in the kitchen and a roof window (skylight), so the space can feel a bit closed in. The elevator only goes up to the fifth floor, and the last flight of narrow stairs has to be climbed on foot, which can be inconvenient if you're traveling with large or heavy luggage. The bathroom sink drains very slowly and could use some maintenance. One of the wardrobes was filled with what appeared to be the owner's personal belongings, which made us feel a little uncomfortable. Combined with the apartment's rather dated appearance, it gave the space a slightly neglected atmosphere. Overall, the apartment is practical for a short stay thanks to its location and responsive host, but a few improvements would make the experience much more comfortable.

Am avut mult zgomot afara , nu e de vina proprietarul, dar pentru persoanele cu somn usor poate fi provocator.

Die Dusche hätte eine Reinigung gebraucht. Die Wohnung ist funktional und wenn man keine Ansprüche hat ist ok. Ich fand sie für den Preis einfach zu teuer.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026The perfectly located room (2 min away by my favourite pastry shop Castro and by the breathtaking São Bento station, close to the water and the historical street Flores) has everything you need, from a washing machine to a comfortable shower, to a small (but fully equipped) kitchenette for your self-made breakfast. The space was spotless clean and the closed windows made the main street outside pretty inaudible.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Die Lage ist top. Es ist genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Tolle Ausstattung. Alles in der Nähe (Sehenswürdigkeiten, öffentliche Verkehrsbetriebe etc)
Es liegt an einer viel befahrenen Strasse dementsprechend ist es sehr laut auch nachts (für diejenigen die einen leichten Schlaf haben). Bei meinem Aufenthalt war der Kühlschrank nicht sauber, vielleicht ging es im Stress vergessen (brauchte ich zum Glück auch nicht).

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026It was a little smaller than expected, but that did not detract from the stay. It was in an excellent location, in fact would be difficult to improve on that. The facilities were very good too. Having the washing machine was a huge bonus. Clean and tidy, and good to be level tea and coffee facilities.
Only one small detail. There was a storage box at the end of the bed that had quite a bit of rubbish in there, obviously things other guests had left there. But it made this unusable and was unsightly. Other than that, no issues at all.

Le pongo un 4, porque al reclamar me, asignaron otro mejor que el primero, pero valorado muy por encima de la media. Muy ruidoso ( no solo por la obras) de noche se escuchan todos los ruidos de la calle. Es la peor estancia que estuve en Booking.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Excellent location - very convenient for getting around and visiting main attractions, everything is nearby.
Cleanliness could be improved: pillows were in poor condition (worn out / lumpy), the wardrobe was being used as storage of dirty pillows and other stuff rather than space for guests’ belongings. The Wi-Fi in the apartment (6th floor) was practically unusable: it either wouldn’t connect or showed “no internet connection.” At the same time, the signal worked in other parts of the building (e.g., on the stairs), but not inside the apartment. The issue was not resolved during our stay. The host insisted that the Wi-Fi was working despite the evidence we provided. Overall impression is that the apartment is not well prepared for comfortable stay.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Dać 10 to za mało ! Wspaniały apartament, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. Znakomity kontakt z właścicielem. Naprawdę genialne miejsce gdzie wszystko jest pod nosem -najważniejsze obiekty na wyciągnięcie ręki dlatego lokalizacja- SZTOS! Widok z okna urzekający ! Oczywiście dla rodzin z dziećmi niekoniecznie bo jest głośno ale kto jedzie sam lub w parze to wręcz dodaje ,ponieważ słychać jak Porto tętni życiem :) Na dole parking przy ulicy. Nam udało się zaparkować -daliśmy naganiaczowi 2 euro żeby był spokój. Od 19 do 9:00 jest za darmo. Niestety Porto widać że boryka się z bezdomnością i dlatego często na przeciwko przy fontannie można zobaczyć śpiących bezdomnych. Każdemu polecam ten apartament!

Reviewed May 21, 2026Está muy bien situado, casi todo lo turístico está en un radio de 15 minutos a pie. El pisito es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario. Con las indicaciones pudimos entrar sin problema. Además nos dejaron unas cápsulas de café y unos panecillos. Es cierto que las ventanas son de madera pero pudimos dormir perfectamente y eso que estuvimos la noche que ganó el porto la liga y la celebración pasaba por la calle de debajo.

Reviewed May 5, 2026아파트는 작았지만 필요한것은 다 있어요. 아주작은 랠리베이터로 이동해서 4층이지만 편했어요 웰컴 커피, 물도 준비되어있어요. 다만 다른숙소와 달리 이불(담요)가 낡고 전체적으로 침대보가 있는 방식이 아니라 아랬쪽 부분만 흰천으로 감싸는 방식이여서 침구가 깨끗하다는 느낌을 받진 못했어요. 소통은 잘되는 퍈입니다 상벤투역 근처고 공사하는쪽이 아니라서 나쁘지 않았고 대로변이라 약간의 소음이 있어요 하지만 이옹 편의성면에선 강추합니다 다니다 중간중간 들어와 쉬기엔 편해요 그리고 사워실이 커서 좋아요
이불(담요)가 낡고 전체적으로 침대보가 있는 방식이 아니라 아랬쪽 부분만 흰천으로 감싸는 방식이여서 침구가 깨끗하다는 느낌을 받진 못했어요. 위아래 전부 흰천으로 된 깨끗한 침구로 교체하면 좋을듯합니다.

The apartment I had was not as nice as the photo suggested. I imagine there are multiple apartments and the one I had was rather small and not as pleasant as the photograph suggested. Overall good value for money.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026This apartment was in very close proximity to Sao Bento station and the river so it was in the perfect location for exploring this beautiful city. It was very secure and surrounded by lots of lovely restaurants and bars.
As in many properties the lack of a full length mirror seems to be a problem that is unnecessary. In this property there was a wall next to the bathroom door and also two full length wardrobe doors where a mirror could have easily been hung. Having only one mirror in the bathroom meant getting ready was prolonged a little if someone was using the bathroom. A few more coat hangers would have been appreciated. Other than that there were no other negatives.

The room I had was on top floor and the lift is very small and the only window was a tiny slot from the kitchenette. So, just good to be aware if you're claustrophobic or have big luggage.
