El recibimiento fue extraordinario. Al entrar la sensación es de UUAAUU total. Es incluso mejor que en las fotos. Es un oasis en mitad del caos de El Nido. Te ayuda a descansar plenamente. Nos prestaron ayuda en todo pero sin agobiar. Mil gracias al personal.

Aspectos a tener en cuenta como viajero: está retirado del pueblo por lo que hay que alquilar una moto (es muy cómodo que las alquilen allí mismo) o en tuktuk. Está a unos 12/15' . Por otra parte está muy cerca de Lio Beach que es preciosa. Si el desayuno fuera algo más abundante sería genial

Desde el momento en que llegamos, Ariane y Macris nos hicieron sentir como en casa con su amabilidad, calidez y atención a cada detalle. Siempre estuvieron disponibles con una sonrisa, excelentes recomendaciones y un servicio excepcional que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera completamente relajante. Uno de los momentos más especiales de nuestra visita fue conocer a Pepe, el propietario. Nos emocionó que saliera personalmente a saludarnos. Ese gesto demostró cuánto le importa que cada huésped tenga una experiencia inolvidable. No es común encontrar a un dueño tan cercano, atento y comprometido con sus visitantes. Las villas son hermosas, impecablemente limpias y rodeadas de un entorno tropical tranquilo. Cada mañana era un placer despertar allí y cada noche se sentía como un refugio privado. Beautiful villa, just like the pictures, there is a lot of space where you can relax and enjoy your stay. Everything is perfectly displaced and arranged so that you get the best experience out of your vacation. The place is located near the airport but also just 10 minutes away from El Nido Town (by motorbike) which is good so that you get to stay away from crowds. We got to use the kitchen to prepare meals without fearing to encounter nasty insects which is very common in El Nido Town. We have already been in El Nido in the past and had very unpleasant surprises regarding cockroaches and so on in places that were just as fancy as this villa, so we were really looking forward to staying here and the expectations were most definitely met! Nothing nasty on sight, thanks also to the friendly geckos! This definitely made our experience here so much more enjoyable and when we’ll come back we will be staying here again for sure. Special mention to Ale, the host, but also Cris and all the staff for being the most gentle and caring, they made sure everything was perfect and helped us throughout any of our requests, whether that would be organizing tours to guiding us in whatever we needed. The responses were very quick and always super kind! Can’t thank them enough for making our comeback to El Nido memorable and special. If you are looking for a great place and incredible people don’t hesitate to come here.

La villa es increíble, muy bonita, tiene piscina, una zona cocina y comedor fuera en frente de la piscina, la habitación es preciosa y grande, igual que el baño. La zona es perfecta ya que está muy cerca del Nido, sin estar en el centro, por lo que es tranquila.

La villa est d’excellente qualité, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, on y trouve absolument tout ce dont on a besoin, située un peu en retrait au calme c’est très agréable, mais malgré tout à côté de toutes commodités nécessaires. Proposition de location de scooter sur place très pratique. Cuisine tout équipée à disposition sur place. On s’y sent merveilleusement bien! Merci

At first we were surprised by the out of town location. It turned out to be a blessing Away from all the busynesss of El Nido town. It was so peaceful and Leo was just a short tuk tuk ride away where there was a beautiful beach and excellent restaurants. The host was lovely and very helpful R 5th

My stay at Salao Villas was truly exceptional and unlike anything else in the area. The open-plan architecture, surrounded by lush greenery, immediately creates a sense of calm, privacy, and seamless indoor–outdoor living. The private pool was a highlight, offering a perfect mix of sun and shade during the day and stargazing at night. The waterproof poolside bed was extremely comfortable, and the pool itself was refreshing and well designed—ideal for relaxing rather than lap swimming. Attention to detail throughout the villa was impressive. The sunken living room and its smooth connection to the kitchen made the open layout feel intentional and inviting, with a natural flow that made it easy to relax. The bedroom far exceeded expectations, featuring a spacious layout, a very comfortable California king bed with plenty of pillows, and balcony doors that opened directly to the private pool. The open ceiling design added a light, resort-style atmosphere. The bathroom was equally well thought out, with dual sinks and an open-air shower with excellent water pressure and temperature control. Thoughtful amenities elevated the stay, including a stocked refrigerator, easy food ordering, and breakfast arranged through the concierge. The Marshall Bluetooth speaker, Smart TV with free Netflix (and the option to add other apps), and consistently fast, reliable Wi-Fi were all great additions. Despite occasional island power outages, the villas’ powerful generators ensured uninterrupted electricity at all times. The location is ideal—just minutes from Lio Beach with its scenic views and excellent dining options, and only about three kilometers from the town center. Transportation is easy and readily available.

The beauty of the villa is the only positive aspect. From a position perspective, it’s in the middle of nowhere. You MUST have a scooter to reach restaurants, beach and El Nido. Calling tricycles is pretty much expensive as they ask you 300/400php to get to El Nido or Lio Beach and other 3/400php to get back. Since you are in the middle of nowhere, the roads are very bad. No concrete, only dirt with huge holes in the ground (photos attached). Be mindful that, even if you have a scooter and especially when it rains, road is not easy. There are no services in this Villa. It is very expensive for what it offers as not even breakfast is included. Since you are isolated from the rest of the world, it would have been nice to have at least some services such as bikes rental, lunch/ dinner options etc. they suggest some takeaway restaurants but you must have a philipino delivery app than only works if you have a local number Ultimately, the quality/ price ratio is significantly below average. You only pay a nice structure and that’s it. Consider also that the pool is very small and cold. Plus, in Villa 2, there is a bat that usually flies in at night and hangs on the ceiling of the space before the bathroom and bedroom door Electricity sockets are strangely designed, I had a hard time putting the appliances in them

loved everything about the property, it was close to town, quiet and felt very safe. the staff were so lovely and helped us with the hire of a scooter (500php a day) and also helped getting us a tricycle when we needed! the water dispenser was also a huge plus.

The Villa is amazing! One of the places I have visited around the world! Ale (the host) was very helpful with everything! She was very communicative, helped with organization of tuk tuk, island hoping tour and bus to Puerto Princesa. I really recommend this place for holiday! Breakfast was delicious, the Villa beautiful and very clean. Everything was 10/10. I wish all my holidays look like my stay in the Villa :)

La villa es realmente preciosa, cama muy cómoda, todo en general muy bien. A considerar que parte de la villa es al aire libre y se cuelan algunos insectos sobre todo hormigas, que hace un poco incómodo el cocinar algo, porque enseguida se llena de hormigas pero es algo irremediable ya que la cocina es al aire libre.. pero a considerar como recomendación!

Leímos en algún comentario sobre la presión de la ducha y efectivamente de repente cambia la temperatura y tarda en volver a calentarse.

El Salao Villas did not disappoint. From the moment we were greeted by Ale and our wonderful stay minder Cris, we felt right at home. They made sure our stay was magical, with no request ever too big. The team helped us organise our daily island tours, renting of a bike for a week, providing local restaurants to visit, handling our laundry and even helping ordering some ice cold drinks for delivery. The villa had everything that was needed for our 5 day stay in the beautiful town of El Nido. It is spacious, clean, and exactly as described. After a long day visiting the nearby islands, we looked forward to returning to our villa each night, putting on some music, and having a swim in the private pool. We highly recommend El Salao Villas and would happily stay there again!

Everything!! Truly one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. Incredible villa. Fun, livable, interior. Where outdoor living meets indoor comfort. Bedroom suite was incredibly comfortable and well appointed. AC was great. Cold plunge pool was perfect. However, it’s the accommodating staff that takes the cake. Carmella and Chris were on the spot with service. Anything I requested, was handled immediately. This place is romantic and perfect for couples. Couldn’t recommend more.

Las Villas son preciosas y disponen de todo lo necesario. Tanto la disposición como la estética son inmejorables. La cama y la habitación es superconfortable y silenciosa. El entorno y la sensación de paz son admirables. No se echa en falta ningún servicio.

El camino de acceso es un tanto tortuoso y si llueve se convierte en un barrizal. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue un poco difícil por la barrera del idioma pero fue siempre muy servicial. Se echa de menos algún pequeño detalle como alguna pieza de fruta en la nevera.

Outstanding villa in El Nido - wouldn't stay anywhere else. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ El Salao Villas is absolutely worth every penny. I wouldn't choose any other place to stay in El Nido. The villa is spacious with an amazing private pool - waking up to see it every morning was so relaxing. The peace and quiet here is unmatched, perfect for unwinding away from the busy town. The staff were fantastic and the entire experience exceeded expectations. We rented a car which I highly recommend since tricycles cost 300 PHP each way from El Salao if you're going to town, but having our own transport gave us great freedom to explore. Overall: El Salao Villas offers something truly special that you won't find in the busy town center. The combination of privacy, luxury, space, and that amazing private pool makes this an unforgettable experience. Will always rebook here if I visit El Nido.

El Salao is a special place in every respect and one of the top accommodation experiences we have ever had. The villa is really well designed, practically and aesthetically. There is a lot of attention to detail, such as lighting. It’s really serene! Few places get everything right, this one does. Communication, facilities outstanding, service exceptional! We were there during monsoon time and had a few very rainy days, but the property is well prepared for any bad weather issues. The location is convenient and peaceful. For mobility you can either rent a scooter at the property or they will arrange a tuktuk for you. We used the same driver the entire time and felt so well taken care of. Everything is made easy for you, nothing is a bother, people are really caring! Do not hesitate to book this property!

The villas is hands down aesthetically pleasing, tranquil and modern! I believe the owners name is Ken - I have to give him props with the design of every aspect of this villa! We loved everything about it especially the exclusive, private & homelike feeling it gave us. A special mention to Cris and Camila for keeping the place neat and tidy. I had also (my careless error) left my laptop, passport, purse, iPad when we checked out for our next villa and only realised when I arrived. In panic mode we made our way back to the villa only to be met along the route by the ladies on a motorbike to drop the items at my new villa (which I mentioned in passing)

Everything was lovely, I do need to caution on the road leading to the villa. I was worried when we arrived thinking we were scammed 😮‍💨🥹 but soon as Camila opened the door I was relieved.

The villa was luxurious, spotless, and had a private pool – pure relaxation. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay!

One small suggestion – we only received coffee capsules once when we checked in. At this price point, daily refills would be a nice touch.

Everything we walked into the villa and literally our first words were wow. The design is beautiful the villa is so clean and the service was exceptional i would stay here 10 times over, the air conditioning in the room amazing. Clean water dispenser, fresh towels, friendly and attentive staff, the comfiest bed I have ever slept on in my life. I could write a thousand words and that still wouldn’t do it justice, thank you so much for an amazing stay. An absolutely stunning place to spend your stay in El Nido! The villa has all the comforts and the staff ladies are super lovely and helpful. 10 minutes drive from town but they also provide a motorbike rental on site and everything was just perfect! We’ll be back soon hopefully ☀️

This is a really beautiful villa, huge and comfortable. It’s so quiet and peaceful. Location is great, ten mins out of town and close to Lio Beach which has great breakfast and dinner options and beautiful swimming beach. Cris was great, very helpful and organised us a great bike and transport.

The hostess who met us was incredibly accomodating. Our plane landed outside of their check in hours and she met us with a smile and talked us through the villa to ensure we were all set for the night. She also helped us contact transfers to and from our next accommodation, assisted with motor bike rentals on site, and offered up suggestions. Everything about these Villas is perfect, we honestly couldn’t fault them. The service was incredible, the villa felt like a little slice of home with every detail thought out. The bed was INCREDIBLE. So comfortable and cozy. The whole Villa was clean and tidy.

I can’t recommend this property highly enough. Every detail has been carefully considered, making it incredibly cozy and spotless. The location is perfect for peace and relaxation, just an 8-minute drive from the beautiful Lios Beach and only 15 minutes from El Nido town. The staff were all incredibly helpful and always available if we needed anything during our stay. This has been one of the best experiences I’ve had, and I’ve traveled quite a bit! I would absolutely stay here again if we’re back in El Nido in the future!

The villa is absolutely stunning. My girlfriend literally went "Wow" as we entered and was blown away by how great it was. The communication was amazing and they helped us organise all motorbikes, taxis etc... to make our experience absolutely perfect and with zero hassle. I couldn't recommend this booking more!

We liked the property very much. It was feeling very cosy like at home. We did not want to leave it. The interior design is amazing, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Very stylish appartment. The atmosphere was very warm. The staff surrounded us with care. The location is very good, 3 min to the Lio beach, 20 min to center El Nido and other beautiful beaches. If we return to El Nido, we definitely will stay in El Salao Villas.

Villa was great and amazing in all moments - location, design, well - equipped with everything you need, big and comfortable bed, swimming pool under the sky, so everything was super good! The most beautiful place I have ever stayed in! The design is beautiful, the private pool is amazing, the bedroom opening up straight onto the pool is the best. The kitchen has everything you would need and its so nice cooking with the indoor / outdoor feel. At night there is such nice ambient lighting and so many places to relax. Bedroom is really big with the comfiest bed and great AC. It's also a great location, only a ten minute tricycle to el Nido town and to Leo - two main areas. Owner is so lovely and helpful and sent us loads of recommendations - can't recommend more :)
