Céntrico pero muy silencioso y tranquilo para descansar. Toallas y sábanas limpias, proporcionan gel y champú. Y como obsequio hay cápsulas de café y azúcar. El personal muy amable y atento, da recomendaciones de Madrid. El check in es super sencillo con la app que te indican. Nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora, todo un lujo. Repetiremos. Totalmente recomendable ❤️

Host sempre disponibile nel rispondere ai messaggi e gentilissimo nel farci entrare prima dell’orario di check in e nel tenerci i bagagli dopo il check out. Alloggio perfetto per visitare Madrid, ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo.

Fuimos cuatro personas y no calculamos el tema del agua caliente, el primer día la ultima persona se ducho con agua fría. No sabíamos que era termo, no nos fijamos. Culpa nuestra 🫣

In 3 giorni non abbiamo avuto bisogno di prendere alcun mezzo, se non per andare a Plaza de Toros. Proprietario disponibile e gentile, ,ci ha custodito i bagagli oltre l'orario del check out.

Alessandro è stato molto presente e disponibile, assicurandosi che non ci mancasse nulla. L’appartamento si trova in una zona centrale, comoda per raggiungere facilmente tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Inoltre, era pulito e ben curato, tanto da farci sentire davvero come a casa. Eravamo in viaggio con le nostre due figlie di 5 anni e l’ambiente dell’appartamento è risultato accogliente e confortevole per tutta la famiglia. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia visitare Madrid con comodità e in un’ottima posizione. Grazie Alejandro per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così piacevole! A presto!

Decoración muy cuidada, cocina muy equipada con tostador, microondas, cafetera, lavadora, lavavajillas… nos dejaron entrar en uno de los dos apartamentos que reservamos antes de la hora de checkin para poder dejar nuestro equipaje. El anfitrión estuvo atento en todo momento.
La entrada al apartamento es algo estrecha para entrar con carro de bebé. Uno de los dos apartamentos que alquilamos daba a la calle y era un poco ruidoso. Si eres de sueño ligero… los ruidos del piso superior se escuchan bastante.

The building has apartments overlooking the street and apartments facing the back of the building. I would definitely recommend the apartments on the back of the building.

L’Host è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. L’apertura delle porte con l’App è comodissima e facile da utilizzare.
Se devi trovare un difetto… Noi eravamo due coppie di adulti il divano non era comodissimo

Reviewed Nov 8, 2025Alojamiento peqeño pero muy cuidado. Cama cómoda. Habitación silenciosa para ser una zona de ocio nocturno. Cocina equipada y con café a disposición. Pudimos guardar las maletas el día del check out.
El salón daba a la calle por lo que viernes y sábados por la noche se oía mucho ruido de los locales nocturnos de la calle ya que las ventanas son de madera. Desde la habitación no se escuchaba nada. Pero para los que duermen en el sofá cama puede ser incómodo. Por el resto todo OK.

Az 5C apartmanban a hálószoba ágy eléggé nyikorog, illetve a légkondícionáló iszonyatosan hangos, random felvillanások, vízcsobogások, hangos motoros zúgás. A fürdőszobai zajok nagyon kihallatszanak, nem jól hangszigetelt.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025Уютная квартира со всем необходимым для проживания. Главное преимущество — отличное расположение в центре, все достопримечательности рядом, я везде ходила пешком. Несмотря на центральное расположение, в квартире тихо — окна выходят во внутренний двор.
Из минусов — почти нет дневного света, а лампы светят довольно тускло. Для отдыха это не критично, но для работы или макияжа может не хватить. Система бесконтактного заселения показалась не самой удобной. Я с ней справилась, но всё время переживала, что забуду телефон в квартире или он разрядится — что делать в таком случае, было непонятно, так как инструкции не предоставили. На мой взгляд, замок с пин-кодом был бы гораздо удобнее.

Reviewed Oct 7, 2025Super beliggenhet! Veldig sentralt og topp område å bo i med masse spisesteder og kafeer, og shoppingmuligheter overalt. Gangavstand til alt. Leiligheten var veldig ren og fint interiør. Aircondition i både stue og soverom. Stuen var lys med balkongdør mot gaten som man kunne åpne. Godt utstyrt kjøkken, håndklær og sengetøy. Sovesofaen var komfortabel og lett å slå opp. Dusjen fungerte bra. Appen fungerte veldig bra! Verten svarte raskt og var veldig hyggelig og serviceorientert. Vi fikk komme inn tidligere på dagen, og fikk avtalt 1 time senere innsjekk, så det var veldig bra!
Sengen på soverommet var ganske liten (150 cm), og madrassen var i hardeste laget, så endte opp med å sove på sovesofaen i stuen. Men - når jeg gjorde verten oppmerksom på dette og lurte på om det var mulig å få en overmadrass, kom han samme dag med et mellomlag som hjalp litt. Ellers var soverommet lite og trangt med litt lite skapplass, så måtte ha koffertene i stuen. Ellers var det innimellom en litt ubehagelig lukt fra badet selvom alt var nytt (skjer vel i gamle bygg). Litt få hengere i skapet så skaffet noen ekstra selv.

We have a young baby and we travelled with a pram (stroller). The door to our apartment was too narrow to wheel it in which meant that we had to collapse it every time, which is a little frustrating when you have a sleeping baby. But other than that, everything was great. I'm also wary that it might have been a specific issue to our apartment as the door didn't open fully because of a wall behind it, other apartments in the building might be fine.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025The location is super for access to shopping on Gran Via and many restaurants nearby. Many attractions of Madrid are also at a walking distance. The access to the apartment with the app is very convenient and the details like olive oil for cooking, having a juicer in the kitchen and a sufficient supply of toilet paper mean that there is really nothing that you might miss during your stay.
The only thing was that the AC that made a lot of noise, so sleeping with earplugs might be recommended.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. Its central location was perfect — just a short walk from the vibrant Malasaña district and very convenient for exploring the city center. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid!

Basta descer a rua e estamos na Gran Via, mesmo na zona do Teatro, da Primark, do MacDonalds e de uma praça com inúmeros cafés. É possível visitar Madrid a pé. A rua do apartamento é muito tranquila e segura, dormimos muito bem. O maior movimento está mesmo na Gran Via. O prédio está todo remodelado, o Checkin foi super fácil, através da aplicação. O anfitrião preparou o apartamento mais cedo e esteve sempre em contacto connosco, muita simpatia e disponibilidade ☺️ Estavam 39 graus na rua e assim que entrávamos no prédio era um grande alívio, o apartamento não é quente, mesmo quando não ligávamos o ar condicionado (tem dois aparelhos de ar condicionado). O apartamento é pequeno mas é fácil adaptar. Estava tudo muito limpo. Estávamos rodeados de supermercados (abertos até as 22h), farmácia, lojas, restaurantes. Nunca tivemos receio de andar na rua e a localização do apartamento é muito fácil de identificar pela Uber, Bolt ou táxi. Sem dúvida que voltaria a ficar neste apartamento. Obrigada por tudo, foi magnífico 🙏🏼

Reviewed Aug 16, 2025Piccolo appartamento curato nei dettagli e fornito di tutto il necessario. In 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi siamo stati comunque comodi considerando che eravamo sempre fuori casa tutto il giorno.

La ubicación está fantástica porque son 2 cuadras a la gran via pero la zona está medio sucia.
