Reviewed Aug 5, 2025The units are well kept and comfy. Balcony facing the pool site and the unit located at the highest floor. The hosts are attentive although there is some information we're not given regards to the unit facilities. The Laguna Damai Homestay are closed to convinience store such as KK Mart, 7 Eleven, 99 Speedmart, Restaurants and Purnama Beach. It's quiet and calm in the day or night.
The Water pressure in the shower was very low. At the end of our stay only we found out that there is a switch we need to turn on before using it. Should provide a dustbin in the bedroom as well. Note : The Host probably should put a guide line in the unit itself on how to operate the facilities.

Reviewed Sep 22, 2024It was quiet, as we had no neighbours. Was a good location near shops and restaurants. The pool was nice before the long weekend. We had all we needed there. Owner was friendly and helpful via text messages. Helping us with what we can do and see at Port Dickson.
We didn’t like the step on the toilet. Was hard for me with my bad knees and for our 17yo son who also felt a bit insecure with the step and was cautious of it. Ensuite bathroom didn’t close or lock properly. Locked lightly. Had issues with tiny ants, so had to be careful with our food. I threw our my cereal, that had 1 or 2 bowls left in there, as tiny ants took over. There were tiny ants in the kitchen too, so had to rid of them before making coffees.

Reviewed Nov 16, 2023Just back from this beautiful homestay 2 days ago with 12 family members after staying for 2 nights. We were very happy to stay in this big, spacious, nicely decorated and homely house. First of all, the house was very clean and tidy, and it looked exactly the same as shown in pictures. Secondly, the price was reasonable. All amenities stated were provided. The bathroom were big and all equipped with heater. All the bedrooms were equipped with air-conditioning as well as ceiling fan. The living room was big enough for all 12 of us. There was a big balcony too facing swimming pool. It was 10 minutes walk to private beach. The house owner was very nice, he was helpful and provided fast response to our needs. Highly recommended! And we will come back again for next year deepavali. From lavenia family 😍
