Ocean Front Villa 4 Studio

My favorite part was the porch and the villa it’s self had everything we needed for the stay beach chair and cooler it was perfect !!!!

Location, terrace / balcony, essentials plus were there

Ants. Windows needing cleaning to see through. Blinds need major dusting/cleaning. Because checkout is at 11am, a place to store luggage while still on the island would be great because the ferry was much later in the day.

Lovely accommodation and very responsive host. Upon arrival we were advised there had been an issue with the villa we initially booked and they automatically accommodated us in a different one. Very easy instructions to check in, the property is a 5 minute drive from the ferry / village. Free parking in front of the property and well paved roads, so a golf cart is enough. Would definitely repeat!

Great location and view, loved the hammock and outdoor space. The space was simple and functional. The staff was accommodating and they worked with me on details to extend my stay. They were polite and friendly. There is parking in front of the place, easy to access via stairs.

The location is spectacular, and the house/apartment is super cute. My husband and I stayed almost a week in the studio 4, which has a beautiful, large private terrace with stunning views of the bay, and we really enjoyed it 🥰 It is super close to the town, and parking is available just below the building. We rented a buggy, but other guests had jeeps and there was enough space for all of us. I especially enjoyed the company of the rooster and a few hens, that came to visit daily and ended up being kind of like our pets for the whole stay 🤩 Actuallt, we really loved the interaction with the local fauna in general. It makes the Culebra experience even more special.

The shower is quite low, which makes it a bit uncomfortable for tall (ish) people, and the water temperature is rather hot even when turning the faucet to the cold side. We brought our own towels just in case, and ended up using them cause the ones in the apartment weren't totally clean (we found some stains and decided not to use them). That said, I think that overall, the cleanliness could be better 🙂

I liked the location of the place. The views were great and I loved the patio.

I'm sorry to have to say this, but I was very disappointed with the room. When I first walked in, the first thing I saw was long hairs on the pillow closest to the door. I also didn’t feel the sheets were changed. The bed was very badly made and I slept on my beach towels. I also didn’t appreciate the fact that there was a very moldy book on one of the shelves. That is insanitary and very unpleasant. The detergent bottle was open and had detergent leaking out. I did not feel comfortable in the room and it was not cheap. Thank god for the patio and view. I have photos of all the items that I mentioned here, hairs, moldy book etc. I am writing this bc I feel you need to do better in the future. I am not sure what happened, but the room bneeds more TLC. Please let me know how I can send the pictures as evidence. Maria.

The villa was in an amazing location—right on the oceanfront with gorgeous views. The outdoor space was peaceful and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a short stay. It was also close to restaurants and beaches.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better, but those were minor issues overall.

Las vistas y el balcón.

Habitación muy pequeña. La primera noche nos levantamos con más de 50 pequeñas picaduras, al día siguiente avisamos a la propiedad, que nos contestan con un mensaje prescrito sobre el check out del día siguiente, y sobre nuestra incidencia responden 24 horas después diciendo q habían ido a revisar la habitación y que aunq no encontraron nada desinfectaron la habitación, cosa q no nos creemos. Por otro lado, no tienen locker ni ofrecen ninguna opción para dejar las maletas y teniendo en cuenta q el check in es a las 16:00h y el check out a las 11 es un gran problema.

La vista al mar era hermosa, ademas tiene un patio/balcon con amaca y sillas comodas donde se podia disfrutar de la vista. En cuanto al antifrion estuvo siempre atento a resolver mis necesidades e inquietudes. Finalmente, el horario de ingreso fue flexible asi que fue un re plus.

Las paredes eran algo finas, por lo que se escucha a los vecinos con facilidad.

Location was great, easy to park. The outdoor space was fantastic with an amazing view, nice hammock, table and chairs. Also had a sink and a hose to rinse off.

Room was quite small with lower ceilings so if you're taller (my partner is 6'3), this could be less convenient especially in the shower. It was a bit expensive for the room but we travelled during thanksgiving so probably paid more than usual.

la posizione della struttura è eccellente, comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi in una ventina di minuti, in posizione tranquilla e con bellissima vista la stanza era in effetti un pò piccola, ma aveva davvero tutto il necessario, e anche di più (molto apprezzate le sedie da mare, i teli da mare, la borsa frigorifera da spiaggia con ghiaccio a disposizione in ghiacciaia!) gli spazi esterni avevano ogni confort

andrebbero un pò mautenute le tapparelle, non siamo riuscite a richiuderle una volta aperte...detto questo ci hanno permesso la vista dell'oceano all'alba :)

Nos gustó todo. La ubicación, las vistas, la decoración… a la villa no le falta ningún detalle. Hay sillas y nevera para la playa. La terraza es muy bonita y tiene unas vistas increíbles. Es perfecto para pasar unos días en esta bonita isla.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Culebra! The room was very clean, well‑organized, and had an incredible view of the bay. The highlight of our stay was definitely the outdoor wooden deck, where the hammock made it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with amazing views!

It was nice but power went of all night, and no one contact. Spent the night with no power.

I like the big balcony that I can hang in there to relax and let my diving gears and swimsuits dry at the balcony. There is water to clean up the sand before going to the room which is nice.

The floor in the room has a bit of gap that the air conditioner is hard to keep in the room that I have to turn the AC on all the time otherwise the room gets muggy. ( mosquitoes might fly into the room from that gap)

The dedicated parking out front, outdoor shower and sink, and covered patio were nice.

I didn’t give it a super smiley face because there was some trash left around the unit. Beer cans left in the sink outside from a previous stay and an empty toilet seat box (which to their credit looked recently replaced).

Deck. Bed/pillows.

The overwhelming smell of cleaner/fabuloso upon arrival lasting two days. One roll of toilet paper. No hot water. Windows were extremely difficult to open close. Could not raise the blinds. Lights on deck could not be turned off. No hose for washing off sand/beach gear. Electric not charcoal "grill." Holes in the flooring. Guests upstairs are very loud through the ceiling.

The deck overlook eas the spit to be...as the picture shows.... Very relaxing.

The shower was basic...but still adequate.
