Außergewöhnliches Restaurant. Toller Strand mit wunderbarer Beach-Bar.

Wat wel beviel was de locatie vlakbij het strand. Dat is ook het enige.

Toen we incheckten hebben we een vieze kamer toegewezen gekregen. Overal lag zand en haar. De bedden waren even snel rechtgetrokken waardoor het schoon leek, maar overal zaten vlekken op het beddengoed. Onder de deken zag je dat het bed beslapen was, dus dit hebben ze na de vorige gasten niet verschoond! Dit heb ik gelijk gemeld bij de receptie, waar ze totaal niet verbaasd waren. Ze gingen er wel gelijk mee aan de slag. Verder erg onvriendelijk en nonchalant personeel. Gebouw is oud en overal ligt troep. Oude matrassen, lege ruimtes. Het lijkt wel wat op de foto’s maar het is echt helemaal niks. Ik begrijp niet waar de positieve reacties vandaan komen. De bedden lagen ook ontzettend hard. Echt niet boeken hier!

היינו בחדר במתחם החדש, היה נקי ומאובזר המלון קרוב מאוד לSecret Beach והיה נוח לרדת לחוף מסעדה טובה במלון וגם קרוב למסעדה בsecret beach

המלון על רכס עליות וירידות, היציאה לכביש הראשי לוקחת כמה דקות של הליכה בעליה אינטנסיבית. היינו בלי אופנוע/רכב והמיקום לא טוב למצב כזה, הליכה ארוכה לאיזור האד יאהו שם יש 7-11 ומסעדות. היו כתמים על המצעים. במשך יומיים הבריכה הייתה פשוט צהובה, כנראה כחלק מתהליך ניקוי, לא היה ניתן להשתמש בה ולא ידענו על כך מלפני. עובדי הקבלה לא היו זמינים בווצאפ שהביאו לנו, גם בשעות היום וגם כשהיינו צריכים אותם בגלל הפסקות חשמל בלילה.

Die Anlage sah aus wie auf einer Baustelle - sehr ungepflegt. Im Wasserkocher waren tote Tiere, die Handtücher haben extrem schlecht gerochen.

Il resort, nel complesso, è bello. Il vero punto forte sono il bar, il mare e la spiaggia. Ci sono diversi servizi a disposizione (ad esempio, abbiamo potuto affittare le moto direttamente all’hotel e il servizio lavanderia e taxi per il pier). Le classiche camere e i bungalow con vista piscina sono molto piacevoli e vicini alla spiaggia. A disposizione asciugamani per la spiaggia. La posizione del resort è strategica, vicina a molto bar e ristoranti carini.

Nelle camere mancano i kit bagno, sono presenti solo sapone e shampoo. I bungalow con vista mare sono sulla collina, è necessario percorrere un pezzo in salita o diversi gradini (e la vista del mare comunque resta in lontananza). Posizione del resort molto comoda e vicina alle spiagge più belle però è necessario avere la moto per spostarsi, ci sono diverse salite nella strada principale (non c’è grab e i (pochi) taxi sono molto costosi).

Wirklich ein besonderer Ort.

Wow, where do I start? This place was like a little piece of heaven!! Accommodation was outstanding, we stayed in a family room, clean and modern with plenty of room. Staff throughout the whole resort were friendly, helpful and eager to help. Special shout out to Goon, the bar manager who helped my wife out when she got stung by a jellyfish and couldn't have been kinder. The setting is out of this world, hammocks and swings all around the sea front. The ability to jump in at the end of the restaurant and snorkel was amazing. Secret beach on the left side of the resort was beautiful and our accommodation was a 2 minute walk away. Food in the restaurant was outstanding as were the cocktails and smoothies. It was just the most perfect setting - we did not want to leave and have vowed to return. Do not listen to any bad reviews about this resort because seriously, if you can find fault, there is something wrong with you!!!

Lunga attesa per la colazione , aprono tardi , alle 8:00 , quindi se vuoi uscire prima per fare un escursione , meglio non pagare la colazione inclusa , inoltre a peggiorare la situazione sono i tempi di attesa di circa un’ora , pertanto , ore 8:00 più un ora si fanno le 9 , consumi la colazione , e si sono fatte le 9:30 , prendere la colazione solo se si resta in spiaggia a secret beach

Its location in front of one of the most beautiful beach of the island. The bar/restaurant and its style. The snorkeling options. The staff was great as well

The family Villa where we stayed was awesome although the air conditioning did not cool well the second floor where the kids were sleeping so we had to put the air con to its maximum (very cold below) to have some decent temperature above (and it was still warm)

It would be good to have more pool seating and some seats on the beach as I have hip issues but wouldnt want to spoil the area.

Il punto forte della struttura è la sua posizione dove poter vedere un tramonto mozzafiato (nuvole permettendo), con una baia praticamente privata e sempre pulita. Intortare al secret beach, ovvero la spiaggia dove si trova l’hotel, ci sono sia il ristorante dell’hotel super buono, con staff molto gentile, che altri ristoranti sulla spiaggia molto buoni. Colazione vista mare davvero bella!

The location is great, really close to the beach. The restaurant has good food and there is a discount for hotel guests. Also, the housekeeping staff are very nice.

The reception staff is extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. On top of that, there is a terrible sewage smell throughout the hotel and restaurant, and the water pressure in the shower is incredibly weak. Overall, the place gives off a very cheap and stingy vibe. We also rented a scooter through them, which was a disappointing experience; the scooter didn't feel safe and the helmets were awful. The only reason we rented it was because they brought it directly to the hotel. To make matters worse, the walls are paper-thin, and you can hear absolutely everything happening in the room next door.

We only stayed at this resort for one night, and honestly, that was more than enough. The resort is clearly showing its age and overall feels neglected and poorly maintained. Our room smelled so bad that I had to leave the door open during the night, despite the risk of being bitten by insects. The air conditioning was extremely cold and could not be adjusted properly, so we had to switch to the fan instead. As a result, we slept very poorly. The small pool was actually quite nice, but the filtration system was extremely loud. On top of that, the pool’s coating came off on our skin, leaving me with white patches afterwards. The room itself was also disappointing: there was no soap at the sink, the carpet was dirty and disgusting, the towels were worn out, and the bathroom was not particularly clean. Some of the staff were friendly, but the service was not very good, both at the hotel and in the restaurant. At breakfast, not all of the advertised options were available either. Overall, unfortunately, this was not a place where we felt comfortable. One night was enough for us, and we would definitely not choose to stay here again.

Staff at the resort were friendly and welcoming. I stayed in one of the newer bungalows (not sure why called so as they have stairs) which was very clean and had a lovely ocean view with outdoor furniture to enjoy the peace. The bathroom and shower room was particularly nice. It was handy to have a fridge to keep water and snacks cool. The hotel provided new bottles of water and towels each day. Cleaning of the bungalow was on request and promptly completed. The bed was comfortable and very quiet at night so I slept well. The hotel restaurant is in such a beautiful, unique setting and it's lovely to be able to eat and relax by the sea. The hotel has access to Secret Beach, which was lovely for cooling off in the water. There are two great cafes close by and 10 minutes or so walk to 7-Eleven shop. Staff helped me with taxi's when I needed.

The wooden stairs in the bungalow are incredibly steep and so I would not recommend if you are not fit and able bodied. Because the bedroom is upstairs, coming down in the night to use the toilet could be a faff. There is a electric hob in the kitchen but it was no use as there was no cooking equipment, plates or cutlery provided beyond a couple of cups, glasses and a spoon. This made the kitchen area feel a bit redundant. The location of the resort feels a little bit isolated if you don't have a scooter, not as easy to walk around on foot compared to some other areas of the island. Although the beach is lovely, there is very little shade. The hotel would greatly benefit from some dedicated sun loungers and umbrellas for guests to use. Plan extra time at checkout as staff check your room before they give you your security deposit back and let you go.

Description and pictures of resort can be misleading (there a handful of big new villas but most of the villas and the rooms are quite old and could use a renovation. ) Sanitary equipment is very dated No gym

The beach club at the end of Koh raham restaurant is great, the view and sunset were incredible, the facilites were pretty and peaceful.

The room and amenities were not great for the price, it was outdated, towels were very old, the coffee in the room was full of ants, there was only 1 small cushion for each one, etc. We asked for help getting around, and recommendations and they couldn’t help us. This is a detail, but It’s our honeymoon the only place so far that haven’t decorate or congratulate us when we get there. The location was far from coffee shops, restaurants, etc… so we couldn’t walk anywhere. The breakfast I recommend not booking and instead, eating from the menu to have more options.

Very picturesque, beach is lovely, rooms are of good quality. The staff went above and beyond to look after us. Buying medicine when I had a mishap with some coral and organising transport including a rental car. We ate often at the restaurant and enjoyed the choice of 2 menus- both Thai and western food. We saw some lovely schools of fish snorketong out from the resort. Wonderful experience all round.

Beach is very shallow at low tide but this is common on Koh phangan.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war modern, hell und sauber. Am ersten Tag gab es ein kleines Problem mit der Klimaanlage, das jedoch sehr schnell behoben wurde. Sowohl im Hotel als auch im Restaurant wurden wir immer freundlich und hilfsbereit betreut. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir auf Nachfrage zwei Stunden später auschecken durften, sodass wir die Zeit bis zu unserem Transfer zur Fähre noch entspannt genießen konnten. Auch der Transfer zur Fähre wurde unkompliziert organisiert. Der Strand ist wunderschön und hat uns sofort ein richtiges Paradiesgefühl vermittelt. Die üppige Natur mit ihrer vielfältigen Flora und Fauna hat den Aufenthalt für uns noch besonderer gemacht. Das Restaurant hat eine tolle Atmosphäre, die einen sofort in Urlaubsstimmung versetzt. Wir haben dort mehrmals gegessen und waren jedes Mal zufrieden. Rückblickend hätten wir gerne noch ein paar Tage länger dort verbracht. Sollten wir wieder nach Koh Phangan reisen, würden wir dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Man sollte lediglich wissen, dass die Anlage viele Treppen hat und die Wege teilweise recht steil sind. Wer in seiner Mobilität eingeschränkt ist, sollte dies bei der Buchung berücksichtigen.

Der Standort und der Strand sowie das Strand Restaurant waren sehr nah und schön. Die Aussicht war in Ordnung und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war modern aussehend, das Badezimmer sehr einfach gehalten und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht so freundlich und gut gelaunt wie man es sonst aus Thailand kennt. Bei 6 Nächten wurde am zweiten und dem Tag vor der Abreise sauber gemacht. Somit war viel Sand im Zimmer/im Bett was nicht zu vermeiden war wenn man die Strände besucht. Der Safe war leer und der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht, dies wurde jedoch behoben. Die Leistung des Kühlschranks war jedoch gering. In dem Resort scheinen die Mitarbeiter auch zu wohnen und die Rezeption ist gleichzeitig ein Lager Ort für das Personal. Der Wasser Druck unter der Dusche war gering. Der Roller Verleih ist möglich, möchte man sparen geht man etwas weiter und verhandelt dann wird es günstiger.

Hôtel vraiment magnifique ! La vue parfaite ! Les petits déjeuners étaient vraiment délicieux. Nous étions à deux pas de la plage qui était l'une des plus belles plages de l'île. Personnel très arrangeant.

Cependant, il n'est pas très pratique d'avoir une cuisine (pour pouvoir se faire à manger) sans aucun ustensiles (pas de casseroles, ni de poêle, ni de micro-ondes, pas d'assiettes, ni de couvert....)

A bit old, but very authentic Great beach

What a WOW place to stay. The room was spacious with a big bathroom. The beds extra large topped with extra padding. It felt like seeping on the clouds. The breakfast was to talk about. A variety with 3 choices. Absolutely fabulous. The restaurant is mind blowing. The owner who I was honored to meet, is a clever man, with vision and creativeness. Everything about the restaurant is mind blowing. This the place to stay. AMAZING!

Die Lage ist sehr Ruhig, auch der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, und wie wir fanden nicht überfüllt. Es gibt ein Strandrestaurant, sowie eine Bar. Ein Roller ist empfehlenswert, denn Koh Pangang ist sehr hügelig, und so führt auch zum Hotel eine eher steile Straße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit Roller aber in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Man sollte unbedingt mit Frühstück buchen, weil das Preis Leistungsverhältnis einfach unschlagbar ist. Das Restaurant direkt am Meer hat auch einfach einen wunderschönen Karibik Flair. Wenn man durchs Restaurant durchgeht, kommt man zu einer Badestelle, die perfekt zum Schnorcheln einlädt (wir konnten hier einen Oktopus, seehhr viele bunte Fische und mehrere Riesenmuscheln sehen). Das Restaurant an sich ist eher hochpreisiger, was vermutlich auch an der ausgezeichneten Lage liegt. Der Bungalow war sauber, und der Jungle-Blick hat uns gefallen. Einzig ein Safe wäre schön gewesen. Wir waren über das gebotene zu diesen Preis einfach begeistert. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen :)

L’établissement en lui même est vraiment atypique, magnifiquement bien entretenu, les plantes, le sol …. On sent que l’établissement est ancien mais très propre. La décoration extérieure, jardin, restaurant est vraiment superbe

Attention, quand on voit les photos sur booking c’est très luxe, j’ai eu une réduction sur un bungalow mais je n’avais pas trop de photo du style. Je comprend pourquoi la reduction quand on arrive. Je trouve que le plein tarif est un peu trop cher pour ce que c’est mais avec réduction ça va. Le bungalow est très simple, manque un peu de chose en plus mais l’extérieur rattrape le tout. La literie n’est pas incroyable mais ça va .

The rooms are clean, the bed was amazing, the beach is just right there is perfect, staff is really helpful and lovely.

In my room category that was only 1 up from the basic, the shower was a bit too old and the sink also didn’t work perfectly. I would have a look at that guys, but all the rest was perfect

The only positive for this stay was that the beautiful secret beach is on your doorstep and you have breakfast in a spot with beautiful sea views.

The photos on booking.com are false - these mainly show new and much more expensive rooms. We were given an old room which had broken air conditioning, was filthy and had mould all over the walls and ceiling - they hadn’t even swept the floors or wiped the surfaces. When we asked to change they immediately tried to upsell us to the new rooms which we declined as the old rooms are already overpriced. We were moved to a different room which was still filthy and smelt of damp, but we accepted as the air conditioning worked. Overall the hotel is in complete disrepair, is not as advertised and not worth the price. Even if you book a new room, the shred facilities are still awful. It also had the most unfriendly staff we have come across in Thailand. Do not use their taxi service as it is ridiculously overpriced.

Fantastic location!

The hotel location is wow - sea wise. the beach near by is great - clean and quiet . The hotel rooms are new, clean, spaceuse and modern. The hotel is well decorated the open spaces are so lovely - feels like magic to walk around the hotel area. overall we had a lovely stay.

That our room was right on the walking path to the restaurant - no balcony privacy + balcony chairs are not comfortable to sit more that 10 minutes.

צוות צעיר וחמוד מיקום יפהפה על החוף. התחלנו בסוויטה שסמוכה למסעדה ואהבנו מאוד. הוילה מפנקת עם שתי קומות ומרפסת וחדר רחצה מצויין. יש חוף קטן ופרטי וגם סמוך לסקרט ביץ׳ ויש מסעדה כיפית ומגוונת. לאחר מכן עברנו לבונגלו פשוט וזול והוא גם היה פשוט ומספק .

בסוויטה היה ממש כיף אבל המחיר גבוה ובבונגלוס המקלחת הייתה קצת מבאסת מבחינת טמפרטורה וזרם אבל זה עבד לנו. הגישה למסעדה ולמלון מעט מאתגרת וחובה להיות נייד כדי להגיע למקומות באי.

Loved the beach right out front of the property. Restaurant at the hotel and across the way were both amazing. Felt like a tropical paradise.

No complaints, but be warned there are a lot of stairs, you will definitely get a work out -there is no elevator.

Wo fange ich an... Ameisen im Zimmer, Balkon überhaupt nicht einladend, Dusche spritzte überall hin und war viel zu heiß!!!

Our experience was very disappointing. The reception staff were rude from the start. After missing breakfast by 20 minutes due to a flight delay, they refused to serve us despite it being prepaid, unless we paid extra—even though the kitchen was still open. We were also overcharged multiple times for espressos (e.g., charged 3 for 2 people), and the restaurant staff were often unfriendly and careless with orders. When I raised this with the manager, he reacted unprofessionally and even shouted. Room cleaning only happened upon request. The only positive was the kind housekeeping staff. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Great location, but the staff ruined the stay.

Beachfront room had a beautiful beachfront view that still felt private. I was steps away from the beach. All of the footpaths around the front and to the restaurant was soft beautiful sand. The highlight is the Koh Raham restaurant - one of the most beautiful establishments I've ever been in; I will probably spend the rest of my life looking for a venue half as beautiful - it's a living work of art; it'll live with me forever.

The sliding door to my balcony was broken in a way that then entire double sliding door could shifted left or right entirely allowing access to the room without a key. I didn't love that; but the area felt quite safe so I didn't let it bother me. They should consider reorganising the reception area; a bit of a reshuffle would take it up a notch.

Schönes geräumiges Zimmer. Wir hatten eine Nacht im Deluxe Bungalow und weitere Nächte im Standard Bungalow. Die Standard Variante war zwar etwas kleiner, aber hat uns wesentlich besser gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist an einem Berg gelegen, sodass es viele Treppen und An/-Abstiege zu bewältigen gibt. Die Entfernung zum dazugehörigen Restaurant und zum Secret Beach sind aber nicht weit. Der Strand war traumhaft und unter dem großen Baum bei der Strandbar am Ende findet man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Das Restaurant ist einfach ein Traum. Wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Essen ist etwas höher preisig, aber gut. Das inbegriffene Frühstück für Gäste wird nicht von der allgemeinen Speisekarte ausgesucht sondern es gibt eine kleine Karte mit 3 Optionen zur Auswahl. Menge völlig ausreichend und sehr lecker. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Eigentlich war das vor 20 Jahren bestimmt eine richtig tolle Anlage.

Einfach alles in diesem Zimmer war alt, sogar die Vorhänge hatten echt große, eklige Flecken. Die Balkontür ließ sich nur bis auf einen Spalt schließen. Der kleine Pool vor der Unterkunft ist sehr ungepflegt drumherum. Die ganze Unterkunft roch merkwürdig vor allem das Bad. Das Bad war sehr dreckig, siehe Fotos. Geputzt wird nur alle zwei Tage, man bekommt da in der Zwischenzeit weder Wasser noch Handtücher noch Toilettenpapier. Alles. In allem werden diese Mängel in den Zimmern und der Unterkunft leicht zu ersetzen gewesen, das kostet alles nicht viel Geld aber es ist anscheinend egal. Außerdem sieht die Lobby aus wie ein Geisterhaus.

Die Lage

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war nicht gut. Auf den ersten Blick sehen die Zimmer auf den Bildern toll aus, aber es riecht merkwürdig, die Fliesen im Boden sind locker, das Bad ist alt und zwei Türen führen zu den Nachbar Zimmern, was auch komisch ist. Außerdem wird nur alle zwei Tage geputzt und das bedeutet man bekommt weder Wasser noch Toilettenpapier oder Handtücher. Die Handtücher riechen auch komisch. Die Rezeption und alle öffentlichen Räume sehen aus wie eine Lagerhalle in der alte Möbel und alle mögliche Krimskrams stehen - ein bisschen so, als würde dort eine Person mit Messsyndrom wohnen. Keine Hinweise, ob es sich aktuell um Umbauarbeiten Renovierungsarbeiten und so weiter handelt. Der Poolbereich ist völlig renovierungsbedürftig, alte abgerissene Hütten, die dort stehen und der Boden ist nicht vorhanden bei Gebäuden

הכל היה טוב, לפני שמזמינים חדר מומלץ מאוד לראות בעיניים, יש חדרים יותר חדשים ויש חדרים יותר ישנים והמחיר בהתאם, כל אדם ומה שמתאים לו אבל חשוב לדעת איזה חדר מזמינים ובאיזה מחיר כל אחד לפי העדפותיו

La limpieza de la habitación. Las sabanas estaban sucia y tuvimos que pedir que las cambien. La habitación e instalaciones un poco descuidadas, la habitación que tuvimos tenía muebles super antiguos. Entiendo que cuenta con otras habitaciones más modernas o nuevas. Es super alejado del centro y si estás considerando ir a la full moon, quizás no lo recomendaría.

This place is absolutely stunning. Rooms are big and comfortable, spacious bathroom as well, the view is incredible and everything is very clean. More expensive than other similar places, but still convenient considering the beauty of this place.

located steep down hill and not much around which requires taxi. Seaview rooms are run down and has zero noise control. Room 10 is terrible and is a joining room. You are sharing your room because you will hear it ALL, no privacy, noisy. The internet is weak and inconsistent. The bed offers zero support because you just sink due to how soft it is. Hotel is not clean and did not provide any basic toiletries. What do I wash my hand with - no soap? The toilet water was always brown and I had to do a pre flush everytime only to see watered down brown again. bathroom smelled like urine. The place should not be charging over 6200 THB for this room. Staff are friendly but sometimes hard to reach and get timely communication. I would not recommend this place, you are not missing much.

Das Restaurant zum Frühstücken ist bis 10:00 Uhr sehr angenehm ruhig und das Frühstück, dass man bezahlen muss ist sehr lecker. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich.

Die Bilder hier sind sehr alt und haben mit der Realität wenig zu tun. Es ist schon sehr abgewohnt und schmuddelig. Ich hatte ein Zimmer und dort hört man viel von den Nachbarn. Zudem hat mein Zimmer eine Durchgangs-Tür ins nächste Zimmer, in dem oft Leute wohnten, die nachts feiern waren und dann beim nach Hause kommen sehr laut waren und wenn ich Pech hatte ging das über ein bis 2 Stunden hinweg. Für einen erholsamen Schlaf war dieses Hotel nicht für mich geeignet, und ich habe es auch verlassen, als ich etwas Neues gefunden habe. Ich hatte schon mit der Buchung an das Hotel geschrieben, dass ich gern ein leises Zimmer hätte. beim Checkin wurde mir sofort gesagt, dass es in diesem Hotel keine leisen Zimmer gibt. Mir wurde freigestellt, das Zimmer gar nicht zu nehmen doch es hat einige Zeit gebraucht, etwas anderes zu finden, da um die Jahreszeit in der Hochsaison alles ausgebucht und sehr teuer ist..

Logement neuf, très agréable avec une belle terrasse et une superbe vue. Petit déjeuner au restaurant en dessous. Endroit magnifique. Grande piscine avec très peu de monde

Seulement 4 transats au bord de la piscine. Nous sommes arrivés par nos propres moyens. Personne pour niys accueillir au niveau de la route. Il faut descendre la route et la réception est très mal indiquée.
