Great location. This was first time in Barcelona I didn't have to use Metro (by the way, metro station is 1 minute walk from hotel).For smokers small balcony in room was much appreciated.

Tutto meraviglioso!!! La posizione strepitosa vicinissima a tante attrazioni a due passi dal Barrio Gotico e Cattedrale, lo staff eccezionale sempre gentili e cordiali e la pulizia top, vicino ci sono tanti ristoranti e bar, proprio accanto al portone d'entrata c'è un supermercato e una farmacia. C'è anche un angolo provvisto di caffè tisane e thè. Super consigliato😊

Il fatto di non avere un balcone, ma la tripla non ce l'ha in ogni caso. Il personale gentilmente, ha comunque ascoltato la nostra richiesta ma non ha potuto spostarci per il motivo qui sopra

La pulizia, la professionalità del proprietario e dello staff, l'organizzazione, la disponibilità e la posizione. Un piccolo albergo ma con tutte le comodità.

La posizione è ottima. Struttura poista a due passi da due fermate della metro L1 e da Piazza Catalunja, uno dei punti di svincolo centrali dei vari mezzi di trasporto posta all'inizio della Rambla. Il personale è molto accogliente e disponibile per le varie esigenze. La camera era pulita così come il bagno che ha una doccia molto ampia. Non c'è il bidet. C'era un terrazzino con tavolino e ombrellone che nella nostro caso non dava verso la strada ma all'interno del palazzo Il self check-in è stato semplice ma abbiamo trovato comunque un signore ad accoglerci nonostante l'ora tarda. C'è stata la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura dopo il check-out in appositi armadietti con chiave. Nel piano è presente un ulteriore bagno, un bollitore con varie tisane, orzo e caffè e un frigorifero dove lascaire le proprie cose. Struttura asolutamente da consigliare.

Chambre très calme donnant sur une terrasse privative extrêmement agréable . Hôtel parfaitement situé pour faire presque toutes les visites à pied . Pas de petit déjeuner à l’hôtel mais possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner dans les cafés alentour ou prendre du thé ou du café proposé par l’hôtel sur sa terrasse en achetant des viennoiseries ou du pain autour de l’hôtel . Parking à proximité avec prix préférentiel

Excelente servicio, personal muy amable. Todo estaba limpio, organizado y funcional. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas luego del check out. La estación de tren está a menos de 5 minutos y en la zona aledaña al hotel hay mucho comercio.

Camera piccola ma perfetta con tutto il necessario. Accogliente e pulita. Hotel in posizione strategica. Mezz'ora a piedi per raggiungere la sagrada,casa vicens, dieci minuti, invece,per la rambla e casa Battlo,la Pedrera.

Camera dalle dimensioni contenute ma comoda e arredata con tutto il necessario, bagno ampio e funzionale. Posizione ottimale. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Un valore aggiunto è la presenza di locker gratuiti dove lasciare i bagagli al check out.

Personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Hem check in spersoneli hem de temizlik personeli işlerini çok iyi yapıyorlar. Oda her gün temizlendi ve havlular her gün değişti. Odanın manzarası da caddeye bakıyordu ve keyifliydi. Altta carrefour var ve bu rahatlık oldu.

Merkeze biraz uzak. Yani catalunya meydanına yürümek için bayağı bir yol var. İnsan merkezde alışveriş vs yaptığında otele gidip eşyalarını bırakmak istiyor ama bu otelin konumu bakımından bu pek mümkün olmuyor. Bir de bulunduğu bölgeye göre fiyatı yüksek geldi. Ayrıca odanın içi ve banya oldukça eski ve yenilenmesi lazım. Kötü bir tesis değil ama kesinlikle 9-10 puanlık bir tesis de değil.

A localização é ótima, a equipe super solícita, sempre tentando ajudar, o quarto era confortável e o wi-fi funcionando muito bem.

The location was super super nice…very close to the bus station and subway station. The staff were hospitable and nice and the room was lovely and clean

The room has moderate soundproofing, sometimes we can hear the sound from the tram at night. However, this didn’t bother us much:) we still enjoy our stays.

Que alojamiento está muy bien preparado para recibir todo tipo de turistas, los locker para guardar las maletas. Cuando ya terminas tu estadía son muy buenos, habitaciones con información al turista, hall central con información , computador disponible… no sé cómo mejorar este hotel.

Todo bien señalizado, los accesos con claves funcionan perfectamente.

Todo muy bien, habitación renovada, cómoda y linda, muy buena la ducha. Lo único q le falta es tener frigobar, hay una heladera general pero el piso es grande y está lejos.

Nos demoramos 20 minutos al check out por estar haciendo unos tax free y el veterano de la recepción, a pesar de explicarle, llamó muchas veces y muchos mensajes trancándome el teléfono para poder avanzar con lo que estaba haciendo. Volvimos, pedí disculpas, le expliqué nuevamente y se ofendió, malos modos y poca paciencia por un atraso normal y con aviso. Poca empatía y trato inadecuado con mi amiga que le quiso preguntar algo y le daba vuelta la cara o se hacía el sordo. Un señor grande comportándose como niño. Pedí perdón y lo mantuve al tanto, no fue tan grave ni había nadie esperando, disculpe nuevamente señor, arruinó el puntaje del hospedaje con su actitud poco empática.

Posizione ottima sia per girare a piedi sia per la fermata della metropolitana. Minimarket e farmacia sotto l'edificio. Tutto a portata di mano. Frigo in condivisione fuori dalla stanza ma nello stesso complesso di camere e possibilità di usufruire del bollitore x caffè o cappuccino omaggiati dal hotel.

Ottima posizione e bello il terrazzo in ogni stanza. Pulita e accogliente. Inoltre ci cambiavano gli asciugamani ogni giorno.

La struttura è datata almeno la mia stanza era vecchia poi aveva un balcone interno che praticamente non si poteva aprire perché entrava una puzza di fogna non c’è il frigo in camera.

I like that the hotel is clean and very close to all the amenities. The staffs are excellent, helpful and accommodating.

I did not like that the room is too small without a closet and a room fridge. Fridge are communal.

Really lovely stay. Clean, quiet room and with the bonus of a great outside terrace. Location is great, walking distance to most central attractions and a few minutes walk from metro with lots of places to eat nearby and a small carrefour next door. Communication was excellent and everything really well thought out. Appreciated use of lockers and communal fridge.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel! It has a very good location with restaurants nearby! The traditional mosaic and spacious terrace won us over this time too! The staff remained as attentive and helpful as always!

There was a smell of sewage coming from the bathroom... but it's an old building.

The location is very close to any kind of transport stations you need: metro and bus. The room was clean, the staff were all very friendly and helpfull with giving us directions and tips for a succesfull visit of Barcelona. Great places to eat&drink nearby.

La chambre était propre et impeccable. Le monsieur à l’accueil était très agréable, souriant, à l’écoute et toujours disponible. Même si l’hôtel n’a qu’une étoile, il mérite largement plus ! Le seul bémol, c’est que le premier jour de mon arrivée, je me suis fait avoir avec le parking et j’ai payé beaucoup trop cher. Heureusement, le monsieur de l’hôtel m’a proposé un parking avec lequel l’hôtel est en partenariat, à seulement 12 € pour 24 heures. Du coup, ça m’a coûté beaucoup moins cher. Franchement, je recommande cet hôtel, j’ai passé un très bon séjour !

Очень довольны пребыванием в отеле. Проживали в номере с террасой. Номер соответствует описанию. Чисто, хороший душ, кондиционер, уборка каждый день. Приветливый персонал: предоставили карту города, отметили, что где находится и как добраться. Отличное местоположение. Основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Общ.транспорт тоже рядом. Однозначно рекомендуем.

We were there at the night of the world cup; whole convoys and celebrations were right in front of us and yet when we closed the balcony doors; we could hardly hear any sounds from the outside... That was amazing compared to my other experiences in Barcelona before. Also; -Staff was very friendly, always with a smile on their faces -Room got cleaned every single day. -Check-in and out were effortless. -Air conditioner was powerful and always working. -They even let us store our luggage for a few hours after checking out for free.. Amazing experience 🌸

-Room was a tiny bit smaller than how it looked in the pictures; but it's perfectly enough. -No refrigerator in the room; but there's a mutual one available 🤗

La ubicación, quedaban muchas zonas muy accesibles.

Las almohadas un poco gruesas para mi gusto y sin importarme mucho pq apenas estaba allí, la habitación daba a un patio interior y casi no tenía luz, también ers la q más cerca estaba de la entradaa y escuchaba a todo dios por la noche. También recibieron a todos los huespedes con botella y copas, mens a nosotros, :)) pero igual era un dervicio premium a parte. Jaja

First of all, the location is excellent. The hotel is very close to Plaza Catalunya, near a metro station Universitat, and the airport bus stops nearby, making it very convenient to get there from the airport. The room was very clean and beautifully maintained. During the hot weather, the air conditioning worked perfectly, which we really appreciated because we’ve stayed in hotels where the air conditioning was poor and made the heat unbearable. Although they had informed me in advance that I had booked a room without a balcony, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a room with our own private little patio, just for us. Everything was great. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with all the necessary toiletries. However, what impressed me the most was the young man at the reception. Before we arrived, he sent me all the access codes so we could enter the building because we were arriving very early, at 7:00 a.m., well before the official check-in time at 1:00 p.m. This allowed us to leave our luggage safely, freshen up if needed, and start enjoying our trip. He even sent me a photo showing exactly which airport bus to take, where to get off, and which street to walk down. Everything was explained in incredible detail. I believe he was the same person we met at reception, and he was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. When it was time to check out, he also allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel until the evening without any problem or extra charge. I would especially like to congratulate the young man at the reception for being so kind, always smiling, and making guests feel so welcome. Interacting with him genuinely made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
