Nivica 54 Luxury Apartment

The View, actually the whole set up was perfect

They can put a new lounge in the living room of this apartment (54)

Clean, neat, and nice appliances

Not enough toilet paper, lights not working, coffee machine but no pods, ice container not filled, also think over priced, the bed in main bed room was very uncomfortable

The pool view and balcony view was both very nice. Apartment was equipt with everything needed. Staff was also very kind and helpful.

Had do dry our swimming clothes inside the apartment.

Cleanliness and close to the shops

Spotless, spacious accommodation

Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Amazing views, especially at night 😊

The cleanness and accessibility of the unit.

I would not change a thing.

Apartment is located within walking distance to the shopping mall and other facilities. Club Mykonos and the beach is also close by. As for the apartment itself, it was clean, spacious and had all the facilities a guest could ask for. Host was friendly and provided clear, easy instructions on how to collect the keys. Overall, a wonderful stay.

I can't think of anything that I disliked.

A wonderfull apartment with stunning views, hotel quality bed linen and very central. Everything we needed at our fingertips. Our favourite was the balcony for morning coffee and sundowners while watching the stunning sunsets over the lagoon. The pool was super inviting, would love to try it in summer.

The entire view.

Nothing

We loved the view and the apartment was need clean and spacious enough for us a family of 4. My girls loved the swimming pool and view from their room was amazing for them. The people were friendly at all times, no unnecessary noise. We loves having WIFI and we did not have any issues with connecting at all. Loves the fact the all the cutlery and stuff in kitchen was mark and numbered in order for us to know exactly that we knew where to put what.

Check out time, could be a bit later, 10h00 is very early,it's makes things a bit rushed. The on-Suite toilet was a bit too open for us

I like the ambiance. Was very nice, neat and tidy. Beautifully located an absolutely piece of Gem. Will definitely recommend.

The double bed matress might have to be changed in future. Please add a Fire Extinguiaher near the Indoor Braai...just for safety sake. Further...it is value for money.

Absolutely wonderful. The cleanest accommodation we've ever stayed in anywhere in the world. A well-appointed location and a very well equipped holiday rental. Lizanne's communication was great. Thank you for a most enjoyable experience.

Comfortable, just needs an aircon or a fan... was very hot and when you opened the windows the mosquitos ate you.

Spectacular apartment with great views. Was so impressed

This is not ment as a negative. Its about the building But we found the bathrooms and there lay outs a weird design. But the apartment swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool really wonderful.

I didn't like the bed with the wooden base. Hit my legs against it a few times, so did my wife.

We loved everything from the point of making the booking to checking out. Communication was prompt and detailed so we knew exactly what to expect. The unit was exceptionally cleaned and everything felt brand new. We had everythind and more and will definitely book here again! Thank you, you exceeded our expectations with the little touches.

Everything was perfect

I like the view and the safety as well as the location.

It was close to everything and beautiful view

No fan or aircon. Cleaning service must do better. One bath room mat should have replaced with a Cut nails was lying at the sliding door at the balcony. Tv can be upgraded to bigger one, but not a train smash.

Cleaningness

Everything was has the host said it would be.The host was friendly and accomadating.I will deefinately recommend this place to anyone looking for a quite getaway

The instructions to collect the keys were very clear and easy. It only took a few seconds to access the key via the secure box. Beautiful apartment and very comfortable. You can comfortably live here for several weeks.

Nice comfortable apartment.

Couch in dinning room not too comfortable.

Apartment is clean, well maintained and well equipped. Communication with host is excellent.

Location. The apartment is far from the beach, closest beach is private.

I loved the quality of the bedding, kitchen ware etc.

I got hurt on the sharp bath corner. The space is very small to pass and easy to get hurt. You could put a rubber or rou d off the corner of the tiles

The distance to all facilities. The view was exceptional

Nothing

Loved the comfort of the unit and being so close to Laguna Mall

There was a noise from the swimming pool side that was a little irretable

Was Amazing

Important to mention ,there is an issue with water pressure. Specially in the morning when you want to shower. Thanks

Ooh what a lovely place. i definitely go back again.

Nothing at all

Location and view from balcony was excellent. Very host.

Nice to have: better quality TV and bigger size.

I gave this apartment the highest ratings on every front - and felt no need to exaggerate. The apartment is so comfortable, great value for money and everything was sparkling clean when we arrived. Everything is organised and neatly labelled. Lizanne is an absolute gem: Kind, impossibly organized and only a quick message away for anything we needed. I would happily live here if I ever needed to move.

I'd be genuinely hard pressed to think of anything.

The place was nice and peace full

Everything was nice and clean

Everything. 😎 Luxury linen blankets and towels. Kitchen fully kitted out with everything. Hostess was always available for queries and so accommodating and friendly

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the apartment. It was beautifully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is charming and conveniently situated, adding to the overall delightful atmosphere. We also loved the cozy furniture that made the space feel cozy and inviting. Our hosts were incredibly kind and remarkably responsive, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and highly recommend this fabulous place!

Accommodation was very comfy and clean and all the necessary things were provided which made it even more enjoyable. The view from the balcony was also nice.

We had a self-catering unit, otherwise we ate out often.

Everything had exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful apartment with lots of luxuries, quality amenities and a feeling that you are being spoiled. Easy access and safe. In summer the swimming pool is a huge attraction. Shops and take away places nearby and not far from Langebaan. We also had a nice seaview. Would highly recommend this apartment and would love to come again and a longer stay!

Everything was perfect!

It was so organized, beautiful decor, amazing views, and walking distance to grocery store

Actually loved it♥️
