Beautiful clean and light apartment. The receptionist Michela was extremely helpful with recommendations on what to do and where to eat! The apartment is also very central to all the sights and old town.

The property was light, airy and spotless. The host was in regular contact and was very helpful in securing a transfer . We caught the airport bus back as we had got our bearings by then and it wasn’t too far to the bus stop. Brilliant location. Loved all the recommendations of places to eat and visit.

Everything was excellent! Michela the manager was great, and our room was exceptional—very comfortable in all aspects. My partner was particularly impressed by the kitchen's sparkling water tap! There is very convenient parking just behind the building at a very reasonable price, and the location is very close to downtown. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at La Musa Apartments in Palermo! The property is tucked away inside a quiet and peaceful building, which was such a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location is fantastic — within easy walking distance of the shopping district and many of Palermo’s main attractions, making it so convenient for exploring the city. Michela was an absolute gem. You can genuinely see how much love and care she has for the property and for her guests. She was so welcoming and helpful, providing us with a map and some fantastic recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t recommend La Musa Apartments highly enough. A wonderful place to stay in Palermo, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Non posso dire che non mi sia piaciuto qualcosa. Se proprio devo scrivere qualcosa, mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare personale in struttura. Ma ad agosto, con check in da remoto, va bene così.

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! La struttura è bellissima, curata in ogni dettaglio, pulitissima e ancora più bella di quanto appaia in foto. La posizione è ottima e l’atmosfera davvero piacevole e rilassante. Un ringraziamento particolare va a Michela , persona gentilissima, disponibile e attenta. È stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole sotto ogni punto di vista. Una struttura che consiglio assolutamente e nella quale tornerei senza alcun dubbio. 10 e lode!

Stanza ampia, ben curata anche nei piccoli particolari di arredamento, letto veramente tanto comodo. Bagno spazioso, vasca idromassaggio super. Posizione perfetta perche si è in pieno centro storico

L’unica pecca che abbiamo riscontrato è la mancanza di un parcheggio non a pagamento/convenzionato (ce n’è uno sotto la struttura che costa 1,50€/h dalle 8:00 alle 20:00 e 1€ totale dalle 20:00 alle 8:00)

Everything!!! Location 5* very near city center, the space of the room, amenities, the host attention, care and tips clean and the apartment decoration. Parking is beyond the building and there is plenty space although paid. I was really lucky to have found available this room at this time of the year in Palermo.

Location.Clean and Modern. Clean sheets and towels. They always provide us with new sets. Friendly and accommodating staff. I like their set of hand gel, body wash, shampoo and conditioner it smells good. The kitchen is also nice although we didn’t use it.

Nothing. We had a problem with our bidet on our 1st day but they were able to fix it on the same day as soon as i informed them. Maybe more hooks in the toilet. The twin bed in our room was a sofa bed but it was comfortable so it wasn’t an issue.

Lovely spacious room fully equipped with everything you need for a short trip. Such a good location, would advise this area rather than near the train station even if it is a bit more hastle if using the train frequently. The area was clean and so close to the main places with all the shops nearby. Host was very helpful and gave us recommendations.

We had an excellent stay at La Musa Apartments. Everything was new, modern, exceptionally clean, and very spacious. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The host was kind, welcoming, and always available to help. Me pareció excelente. Las habitaciones super comodas, todo el lugar bien decorado. El baño de mi habitacion tenia un hidromasaje espectacular. Maquina de café y lugar para desayunar funcional. agua fria y caliente, natural y gasificada a disposición. Super recomendado.

Por las noches con las ventanas abiertas puede ser algo ruidoso, pero al cerrarlas no se escucha nada de afuera.

Fui con mi esposa y dos parejas más que se quedaron en otras habitaciones y a todos nos gustó mucho La Musa. La cama es muy cómoda, las habitaciones amplias, limpias y con buen aire acondicionado. Bien ubicado y cerca de los principales sitios de interés, tiendas y restaurantes. Estacionamiento muy cerca.

El edificio en el exterior no tenía muy buen aspecto, pero las habitaciones eran tan confortables que eso pasó a un segundo plano.

La chambre est spacieuse et très propre, l’emplacement est parfait, très près à pied de pas mal de sites incontournables de Palerme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse de MIchela, qui nous a donné pleins de très bons conseils et de recommandations. Elle a vraiment apporté un plus à notre séjour.

The accommodation was super clean, modern , light and airy with a bonus of a small balcony. There bed was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of space for 2 . It was located centrally near lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. Michela on the main reception was extremely helpful regardless of the time.

Bardzo czysty, to dla nas priorytetowe, apartament w najlepszej lokalizacji (kluczowe dla nas - bliskość Teatru Massimo), wszędzie tak naprawdę blisko!:) Ładny apartament z bardzo profesjonalną, pomocną i miłą obsługą, był dla nas odpoczynkiem i wytchnieniem także w ciągu dnia, w przerwach od zwiedzania. Wygodne, duże łóżko, klimatyzacja, dobra atmosfera. Budynek z recepcją (obok wejścia najlepsza lodziarnia w Palermo:)). Zdecydowanie to idealny apartament, a takich miejsc jest tutaj naprawdę niewiele. Ten obiekt ma najlepsze opinie (nie ma chyba takiego drugiego w Palermo z samymi najlepszymi opiniami) i popieramy je. Polecamy zdecydowanie. I jeśli wrócimy do Palermo to zatrzymamy się tylko tu!:)

Akurat tak trafiliśmy, że przez dwie noce było głośno pod oknami, grupa ludzi bawiła się głośno na ulicy. No, ale to centrum miasta i weekendowe noce, więc coś za coś. Na szczęście komfortowe i wygodne łóżka rekompensowały te hałasy, bo obudzeni zaraz zapadaliśmy w sen. :) Poza tym wszystko wspaniale.

We had great communication with Michela . We arrived late but all access details were forwarded to us to enable a smooth check in . The apartment itself was spacious , immaculate and had everything you need for a stay . All products in the bathroom were provided and water left in the fridge . Bed was really comfortable and air conditioning easy to use and cool enough . Michela was so helpful with recommendations and even went out of her way to book some restaurants for us …

El personal Michela y Vincenzo encantadores.Nos buscaron los transfers de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto con dos conductores muy amables y seguros.Nos dieron muchos consejos sobre que ver y donde desayunar y nos buscaron información sobre los transportes

La única pega fue que el domingo por la noche habia una fiesta en un local cercano y la música fue atronadora hasta las 11 o 11,15.Nosotros eso si somos mayores y nos acostamos pronto.Vincenzo nos dijo al dia siguente que en Palermo hasta las 12 pm puede haber música y ruido. asi que no se puede hacer nada.Si eres mas joven seguro que te puedes unir a la fiesta¡¡

Il B&B è molto nuovo, curato e pulito. Camere spaziose con doccia molto grande e affaccio silenzioso. La proprietaria è super-disponibile nel consigliare i luoghi da vedere, i ristoranti in cui andare e ci ha anche aiutato ad organizzare in transfer per l'aeroporto e anche in città (ed è anche molto simpatica). Posizione in pieno centro ma in una via tranquilla. Super-consigliato!

L'edificio in cui si trova il B&B non è all'altezza dei locali interni: basta non farci troppo caso... è solo di passaggio... quando si apre la porta del B&B è tutto diverso.

We really enjoyed our stay in Palermo. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and well organized. Everything worked perfectly and it felt very pleasant to stay there. The manager Vicenzo who welcomed us was very kind and friendly. He explained everything we needed, gave us useful recommendations, and told us what places in Palermo are worth visiting. The location is great, very close to the main cultural and historical attractions, so most places can easily be reached on foot. it

Everything was perfect.

We absolutely loved La Musa. We wanted to be central in Palermo so we could really get to know it, but also outside the really busy old town. The location of La Musa is perfect, just a couple of minutes from the opera house. It is also right next to a secure car park so made it easier for us with luggage. We couldn't believe the size and quality of the apartment when we arrived. It was wonderful. And everything in it was exceptionally high standard for the price. Great bed, shower etc. Best of all, Michela, our host provided wonderful advice right through our stay. I feel like I met her, but it was all done through the Booking.com app. I'd 100% recommend staying here if you are visiting Palermo.

I hesitate to put this. We stayed over Easter weekend and there was a lot of noise in the streets. However, I actually think it was far quieter where we were than it would have been in the centre, so we can't really blame the apartment, just happy people in Palermo 🤣

Very clean and conveniently located apartment. We got all the support and explanations we required. The hosts are truly helpful and responsive.

The location is lively at night. The positive side is that the apartment has a central location and it's very easy to walk around.

Locatie was perfect gelegen ten opzichte van winkel horeca gebied dat was afgesloten voor overig verkeer. De gastheer was heel behulpzaam en gaf diverse tips voor het bezoeken van markten en bezienswaardigheden.

Het enige wat tegen viel was geluid. Ons verblijf was tijdens het weekend en dan is er meer geluid van nabij gelegen horeca en uitgaande jongeren.

Great location. Clean, comfortable and beautiful rooms. Common area for bigger group. We had almost the entire accomodation and every room was great.

Michela is fantastic and really takes care of her guests. Rooms are very clean and super nice, as well as practical and in a superb location. On top, you can reach the barrier free, which is super convenient with luggage or strollers (and rare in Palermo).

Das Appatement liegt im 2. Stock eines Hauses (mit Lift). Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir wurden vom Personal herzlich Willkommen geheissen und uns wurde alles erklärt, was wir wissen wollten.

Great stay at La Musa ! Michela and Vincenzo are super hosts, very kind, friendly, helpful and they give very good advices about Palermo and what to do in this beautiful city and nearby. The room is comfortable and cleaned every day, the spa tub is great to relax at the end of the day. It is also a good location with many shops and restaurants, and closed by feet to all the attractions of Palermo. We can only recommend that place. A big thank you again to Michela and Vincenzo !

Vincenzo has delivered an amazing service. He made us feel exceptionally well taken care of. He’s very passionate about his job and the city, his suggestions were amazing and he sent everything in detail via message, made it easy for us to navigate the city and the hotel during our stay. There are is elevator and slides for wheelchairs. The area is very well served and the location is walking distance from any possible tourist attraction of the city. The room is scrupulously clean. No dust on any surface (also high levels of the bookshelf). There is a bathroom in the hall, which is useful. There is an extra kitchen and coffee/tea machine in a shared space with sofa chairs. I have appreciated the design of the rooms a lot. From the furniture to the Alessi Plissé collection appliances. The bed is comfortable, with high topper.

Michela was a lovely host who gave us all the important tips and information to see the city. The apartment was clean and located in a great spot, very close to the city centre.
