The room itself was lovely and the view was amazing. Staff was friendly, responsive and the place was clean. Suitable for a quick overnight stay

The property seemed a little run-down. Very different pool, deck and grass section from the photos. Entering into the property and walking through someone's house, to get to the room was a little strange. A separate entrance would be better. Also an upgraded coffee/tea station would be good and fixes to the run down bits like cupboards peeling, shower not closing etc.

It's a double storey wooden house and on our evening the guests upstairs were playing music after 10pm and there was lots of walking around. I found it difficult to sleep. The kettle plug in our room is broken.

Firstly the pictures on booking.com are Not what this place are describing Second when we arrived at Imhoffs the house was extremely untidy and dirty ,it was smelly with dishes all over ,the communal kitchen was full of dirty dishes ,the host,Candice was apologizing the whole time . She sorry to say looked almost worse that the place. 🫣its disgusting She told us shes late with everything as she went to the mall to go buy detergents to clean We were shocked as we dont want to hear and see things like this when you drove from far and just need to rest. She took us upstairs to our room you could hardly breathe this was how strong the cleaning chemicals was reeking. Also dirty ash trays was also standing all over with cigarettes smells She also mentioned they had a party over the weekend but still that weren't our problem because then she should not have rented out this place. Bottles of odorex was standing all over ,she also mentioned her room is right next to our room with a shared lounge that looked as if a bomb went off there. We are disgusted in this place we left immediately We obviously paid online through Booking.com wich no one now want to refund us We also pensioners and refuse to be staying in filth We are disgusted in Booking.com to be part of this part for advertising it ,this house needs to be closed down as its taking hard earned money from citizens. The host , Candice have no clue whatsoever to what style or cleanliness means This place *10 Imhoff Happy homes* are not what it seems on bookin.com You will be highly dissapointed and disgusted when you arrive there. They both bookin.com and imhoff are refusing us pensioners to give back our money paid,what a disgusting service We beg bookin.com to close down this place period!!!!!!!

Everything We didnt like nothing when we arrived at this horrifying place Its worse than a scam The pictures on booking.com are nothing compared to what you see in person let alone the smells of this place ,the untidyness, the bedding,the holes in the walls,the stink smells that welcomes you, the cover and scatter cushions on couches Its like watching a horror movie Let alone the Host Candice that looked filthy We Are Disgusted with booking.com and this horrifying place. We not even going to mention the bathroom No one can even own up to refund us We left immediately

I liked the peace and quite. Candice is an amazing host and so sweet. The dogs were so cute too Lisa and Wiggles. The kitchen is big and clean, had all the necessary appliances and equipment but no blender :(

The timed geyser owner should get a gas geyser. Visiting hours starts very late in the day. They should groom and clean the dogs thou to avoid smell. The room has no cupboards so the luggage stays on the floor owner which makes it difficult to tidy up should atleast get wardrobes. They should also get a blender. Have comfortable outside seats with cushions.

The location was perfect for where I was attending an event, and the view beautiful.

Hot water was finished too quickly for bathing.

Besides a very spirited yapping doggy, I got what I wanted.. peace and tranquility. Views are Gorgeous to wake up to.

The dogs were a bit loud but it wasn’t much of an issue.

The view from the upper room was very nice. The host Candice tried to make the best of the situation.

Unfortunately in the first night it happened that there was a water leakage through a hole in our room. It was flooding the room, the cupboard and our luggage. Our camera and two powerbank got broken though this waterflooding. During the next days we had no running water in our accommodation. This meant that using the toilet, showering, washing hands, cooking, etc. was no longer possible. We used some water from the pool. Then the water was turned on again but the heater was broken, so only cold water. We have not received any compensation for these restrictions,

The host Candice was very friendly and attentive. The views are beautiful.

The house was dirty, rugs are stained and needs a deep clean. Spider webs everywhere, squashed mosquitoes on the roof.Kitchen cupboards are untidy and need a clean. The dog barked at us every time we came into the house. The TV in the deluxe double room wasn't working. The house needs to be painted on the inside and the curtains washed. We checked out 1 day earlier due to cold water one day and no water the next day.

Candice was lovely and very accommodating, she made us feel at home. Views are immaculate! Access to all the facilities, kitchen is big and well equipped, safe, quiet and peaceful area.

Main road immediately behind property and noise throughout the night. Bedroom too small for a double bed, let alone any overnight luggage.

Een ontspannen sfeer en gemakkelijke ligging. Alle mogelijkheden heb je, deels in je kamer (wij hadden de protea suite) maar je mag van alles in het huis gebruik maken. Prachtig uitzicht. Hulpvaardige beheerster.

We hadden wat last van het bed. Zakte teveel door en veerde enorm mee als je je omdraaide. Het huis ligt met de achterkant tegen de DRUKKE kommetjie road maar daar hebben we weinig last van gehad.

Mit dem Auto eine wunderbare Lage ruhiges Quartier Wir haben zuerst eine Nacht gebucht und haben dann verlängert, Candice war sehr flexibel und hat mit uns geschaut, was möglich ist. Mit einem Zimmerwechsel war das dann kein Problem eine Nacht länger zu bleiben.

Im ersten Zimmer war das Bad nicht sauber geputzt. Ich persönlich finde es etwas unangenehm, wenn der kleine Hund immer bellt, wenn du vorbeiläufst.

The bedding was stain and dirty. As a non-smoker all l smelt was cigarettes smoke. Couldn't open windows much. The cleaning overall was not good.

I loved the olden times of the venue. The bedding was clean and crisp. I loved that. The view is stunning but the overgrown hedges didn't allow us to take it in 100%

I didnt like the noise the bathroom tap made when opened. My headboard was right up against the bat hroom wall and the taps pipes noise woke us up when other tenants opened the tap. We didn't enjoy needing to turn down our music but we over came due to the inconvenient spot of the braai area being directly infront of a bedroom. Otherwise Candace was amazing and the place is clean, and homely.

It is a beautiful setting with an amazing view from the bedroom window. We were there only for one night as my son ran a race in Kommetjie the next morning, but we had everything we needed and we could park our car on the premises. We were greeted very friendly by the hostess and shown to our room on the first floor. It was a very hot evening and the fan that my son found in the cupboard helped a lot. The small bar fridge was also great to keep water and fruit cold.

The water in the shower wasn't hot and the TV didn't work. The TV wasn't an issue for us, but it might be for other guests.

Beautiful view from the balcony - spacious bedroom and bathroom - great shower - the large upstairs sitting room was a bonus and easy to work from there.

Not applicable. We did our own breakfast. We had access to all appliances. There was a cute little house dog. The host, Candice, was helpful and friendly.

The lounge area was a bit untidy. Dirty mat and spider webs were visible. But toilet, kitchen, rooms, yard area was neat and tidy.

Die Unterkunft an sich hätte grosses Potenzial, aber ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte etwas mehr Pflege.

There were ppl that stay there the host has a room upstairs where we thought we would be alone no noise at all but just kinda weird and unsettling. The drainage in the shower wasnt working. The gyser was turned off we were leaving at 3am for a race had to take a cold shower that sucks big time knowing theres no loadshedding

It is impeccable and beautiful there. It was a friendly welcome.

1) It would be good if they placed the number more clearly, for example, on the gate. 2) Preference during booking to have parking at no additional cost. I was asked to park on the street, and I said I preferred to park on the property. I was then told it was safe to park on the street. If you are not allowed to park on the property and your vehicle has to be parked on the street, they should indicate in the advertisements that there is no parking facility on the premises. Half an hour later, I heard that 2 ladies were robbed on the street.

Le peu d'espace pour les voitures. La promiscuité des chambres. Le mauvais état de propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain partagée. L'endroit était éloigné des lieux d'intérêts et il fallait utiliser son véhicule pour aller au restaurant ou au supermarché...
