I like how spacious it is, perfect for family, the place is quiet.

The blankets and pillows are not comfortable to sleep with, air condition isn’t really nice.

Stanley's the best!! He is very polite and helpful. The place is accessible to many tourist attractions and near excellent eateries. Also, the inside of the subdivision/village is peaceful and it's good for morning/afternoon/evening walks.

There was a weird smell in the living room. tolerable though.

Room is good for family but not recommended for big guy, toilet is for average size person only. The place is quiet and peaceful.

The curtains on the other room not recommended for sunshade. Blankets not suitable for cold atmosphere.

I like the location, it is fully guarded. Basically peaceful.

There is a "kulob" smell buy later, it went off.

The location is quiet and calm, me and my family were able to relax.

The place is exceptional if your on a budget. 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms makes our stay very comfy

The building is old but it's ok. What's important is it's cleanliness.

For a family with young children, the stay will be great if there are basic kitchen tools and utensils since all of us are early risers but are too lazy to eat breakfast outside. We were informed of this beforehand but I'd still want to suggest this to the owner because it could have made our stay a perfect 10. Nevertheless, the stay is still great!

Everything. Very clean. Great host and caretaker. Both are responsive to our messages.

Location was great, central to all amenities. Property and facilities were good, very spacious for 3 people. Owner was responsive, polite, and accomodating.

Add ons like a cooker, water kettle and dining utensils would have been helpful but no issues as we managed with the rice cooker and microwave oven.

We stayed for a night and the room was very spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend. It was a great experience. Thank you

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Tagaytay near Mendez. The location was convenient, and the free WiFi was a plus for staying connected. The air conditioning was super cold, which was great for beating the heat. The quality of the beds was impressive, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms added to the convenience of the stay. What truly stood out was the owner and caretaker, who were incredibly accommodating and very hands-on, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.
