La habitación no tenia ventana, era un poco asfixiante.

Pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es la atención de Vanessa: siempre amable, atenta y dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento. Su calidez hace que uno se sienta como en familia. Sin duda, volvería y lo recomiendo a quienes busquen comodidad y un servicio humano excepcional.

Reserve un espacio desde el inicio de mi reserva, para parquear mi camioneta al llegar, cuando llegue a las 6:00pm y a pesar de ver dos espacios vacíos, me dijeron que no tenían espacio, que debía parquear a 100 metros en un parqueadero sucio, oscuro, publico y pagando. Es un desastre el manejo de el empleado, o le sirve asi o váyase.

Reviewed Feb 2, 2025Staff friendly atmosphere, commercial center is nearby. Rooms have air condition. And other amenities, like body wash, shampoo, towels but no toothpaste and toothbrush.
You could hear the sounds of the cars passing by at night when sleep. But the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is just bread and egg, aripa, and orange juice.

Reviewed Oct 7, 2024The neighbourhood was alright. The colour scheme and decorating was fine. Breakfast on some days was good. The inner courtyard was some nice. I slept well (other than when woken up by Vivianna shouting on her phone or to each other). I remember the room being mostly clean. The culture amongst most of the guests was fine or friendly. A server at the Alma restaurant on the same block was nice.
Viviana and her junior staff member were extremely difficult to communicate with. I sometimes had to repeat myself five times (even of course in advanced Spanish) before they'd stop guessing and just listen to what I'd said from the beginning. I don't know if it was conscious but it was like they expected some sort of inevitable dog-eat-dog relationship with guests, even those that are respectful towards them (while they tolerated others that bossed them around). Just some very disrespectful behaviour - eg. not reading my communication to them, turning off a light while we're still in the room obviously using said light, assuming we don't know anything, refusing to provide more than the original 5 clotheshangers in the room for drying my recently washed laundry (while other rooms sat vacant, hangers unused), insisting (incorrectly) that I was late checking-out (this a whole day early). Maybe if they got out of the hotel more (it seemed Viviana spent 24/7 there) it would improve their attention and empathy. The shower was either scalding hot or deathly cold. The staff didn't know how to improve it, just talked to me like I don't know how to use a tap, gave incorrect advice and did nothing more. Motorists in the area (and the city generally) were pretty clueless and it lacks safe infrastructure for pedestrians. Some scuff marks in the bathroom that could be removed. It seems pretty expensive considering.

Lovely breakfast on a little private terrace by our own bedroom! Good tv and good internet! Parking on site. If there is no room on their own space, there is a parking lot a few meters down, where you can leave your car.
