Caravino - Above the Vines

A fantastic camper, all the extras you might need and a surprising amount of space inside! Stock up on supplies before checking in and enjoy the surroundings. It is good to be aware of the fact that there is a tiny house right next door but it didn't bother us at all.

It was quiet and beautiful! Waking up and having coffee on the porch, with a beautiful view of the vineyards there was wonderful!

Everything! Super complete caravan to the highest standards. It has everything you can think of and more. And the location is just the best. Strong shower and comfy bed. If anything, a bit cold at nights if the temperature drops (on our night it dropped to 8 degrees) but there is a portable heater that you can switch on for showers etc

Nothing really, only it’s a bit out of the closest town but that is what we were looking for. We needed a taxi to get to a restaurant and they struggled a bit to get to the caravan but with Mile’s instructions there is no problem

Geweldige locatie, zeer compleet uitgeruste caravan, prachtig uitzicht. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Perfecte uitvalsbasis om de wijnhuizen te bezoeken. Echt een aanrader!!

Klein puntje is het wat korte bed, desondanks hebben we goed geslapen en veel groter past nu eenmaal niet.

Loved the location overlooking the vineyard, great waterhole for a swim a short walk away. The caravan was 5 star, very roomy and had everything we needed for a glamping getaway.

Everything was great and just like the photos. The caravan was beside a vineyard so that was a cool experience. It was raining when we stayed but we still enjoyed it, caravan had a heater and aircon so we weren’t cold even when it was raining. If wanting to cook, get your groceries in blenheim as that is the nearest supermarket. Lovely stay, would highly recommend

Was pretty much perfect for us.

This was the first time we ever stayed in a campervan and we absolutely loved the experience. It was incredibly comfortable and cozy and the view was wonderfully picturesque, looking out onto a vineyard. Also, the owner was so helpful and friendly, explaining the camper to us and giving us recommendations for things to do.

Unique stay and setting. Lovely views of the vineyards. Well equipped kitchen and full bathroom. Very welcoming host.

It was difficult finding the place in the dark, and I took a wrong turn, which took me along a rural road without cell coverage and was unable to contact the owner.

We loved to stay in this beautiful place, the area is surrounded by vineyards and in background the forest. Very quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed it. Spend some time in a luxurious camper van is quite atypical we were very happy to try it.

Caravino was a great set up, it had everything and more I needed even a bbq. Friendly host greeted me upon arrival to show me how the caravino worked and had a great conversation about the area and gave me some perfect dining out tips. Very peaceful quiet 2x nights sleep, I am glad I chose this over a generic well used motel. The gravel access road mentioned in another review is not an issue at all, very brief stretch from the sealed road to the driveway. I had no problems with it in my super clean car, wouldnt you just drive slowly if your worried.

Perfect stopover point for the Picton ferry. Everything you need in a tranquil and beautiful location.

Had everything inside and out you could need for a caravan stay. Miles was very helpful and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Lovely views and very quiet location. Very clean, I read another review that said the road getting into the property was hard on her car, personally I faced no problems with this road.

Pretty much everything. Spectacular location overlooking a vast vineyard and rolling hills in the distance under clear blue skies. The caravan was top notch - the first time I've stayed in one and I enjoyed every minute of it.

The only thing would be the gravel roads my poor car endured getting to the site and leaving it to access Marlborough. It didn't damage my car, but it's dirty on my back windscreen and along the skirting. It's definitely not a reflection on Miles and Margo (maybe the local council), but I recommend letting future customers know about this detail beforehand.

The peace and quiet overlooking the vineyard. Yes it’s a caravan but a very well equipped caravan with all necessary mod cons. Loved sitting on the deck having a bbq with a local wine.
