Great location, with everything within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a convenient place to stay and a good base for exploring the city.

We had some initial difficulties figuring out how to use the stove and the coffee machine, but eventually managed to get everything working. Clearer instructions for the appliances would be helpful for future guests.

Labai silpnai bėga vanduo į tualeto bakelį- teko net atsinešti puodą iš virtuvės. Užsikišusi kriauklė vonioje. Balkone stalas subyrėjo vos prisilietus. Ant kėdžių net nedrįsome sėstis. Blogiausia buvo, kai naktį ieškojome kaip išjungti virtuvėje šviesas po spintelėmis. Pavyko tik atjungus bendrą elektros jungiklį.

Ma la cosa peggiore è stata che la tapparella era guasta, e con tutte quelle finestre e la luce che ti arrivava in faccia non è stato per niente piacevole il soggiorno, tra l’altro faceva un caldo tremendo perché avendo tutte quelle finestre e stando sotto il sole tutto il giorno la casa si riscalda tanto, e nell’appartamento non c’era neanche un condizionatore, forse andava bene d’inverno, ma questa settimana era tremendo. Ma questo è stato solo uno dei problemi. La struttura non ci ha mai detto che serviva un apparecchio specifico per accendere la cucina, quindi non siamo mai riusciti ad accendere la cucina o spegnere luci a nostro piacimento, perché niente funzionava. Abbiamo chiesto aiuto lo stesso giorno, ma ne Booking ne l’host sono stati in grado di aiutarci. Anzi, credo proprio dai messaggi, che non sia stato neanche l’host a parlare con noi in quei giorni, penso abbiano attivato una segreteria automatica per rispondere in autonomia a tutti i msg, se potesse farvi vedere capiresti. Insomma, alla fine abbiamo dovuto mangiare fuori e arrangiarci con i bambini per fargli mangiare sano qualche volta. Non lo consiglierei, e de ci andate fate attenzione a tutto, perché non è proprio come si descrive su Booking.

The property is not fit for purpose. The bedroom has no natural light or ventilation and I do not believe it is compliant with local regulations

Nothing. We cancelled our stay within two hours of arrival. Booking.com did little to assist snd the hosting company has "stonewalled" us.

We loved the location and views and cleanliness.

We weren’t sure when the guest portal requested for a security deposit - we thought it was a scam.

- Apartment is modern and very bright with a nice view. - Comfortable with leds that add a cosy feeling in the evening. - Having a desk was very convenient to work. - Location is ideal, central but still quiet. - Host was nice.

- Cleanliness was really not amazing. First impression was good but if you look more closely or open drawers, you will have surprises… Many kitchenware were dirty and sticky, lots of crumbs in the drawers. Carpet wasn’t clean either with hair and stains. The rest was fine however. - The bedroom (or what is used as a bedroom, clearly not this room’s purpose in the first place) is not convenient if you are two tall people. - Some things in the apartment are a bit strange like the one switch that controls all the lights, the bathroom fan that is only turned on when you activate the kitchen fan… Nothing that’s bothering but that would be worth explaining it somewhere. - Check in process was well explained but some information were wrong: for example you won’t find the keybox on the street indicated but further down the same street where the apartment is located. That needs to be corrected.

Good location close to the city. Beautiful view from the balcony. Spacious apartment.

We booked this apartment for a birthday weekend, but the entire stay was ruined by serious issues. At check-in, the deposit was not registered despite confirmation, and we had to contact Booking.com to even get access. The apartment was missing basic facilities: only two towels for three people, and no bed linen for the extra bed. The worst part was getting stuck in the elevator for over an hour in the middle of the night. The emergency phone did not work, and eventually the fire department had to get us out. The elevator was then shut down for the rest of the stay, making it impossible for one of us (who cannot use stairs) to join. This was the main reason we chose a 7th-floor apartment with elevator, and it was unusable. In addition, simple routines did not work—like the garbage key hidden under sofa cushions. Overall, this stay felt unsafe, unprofessional, and far below the standard expected when booking through Booking.com. We cannot recommend this property or Dinbnb.

The location is perfect for access to the city, and its many attractions. Some very nice restaurants are within easy walking distance. The apartment itself was excellent.

The property was done quite beautifully and is very well ventilated, lit and airy. It was very clean and was very well equipped with everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

The slant wall on top of the bed in the bedroom. I bumped my head twice. Though I got used to being careful.

O ambiente da sala e cozinha é maravilhoso e perfeito. A localização excelente.

A cama não possui mesa de apoio e nem tomadas acessiveis em nenhum dos lados. Tivemos dificuldades com a abertura do prédio, mas fomos atendidos apos ligaçõoes.

The location was excellent and really close to everything we wanted to do. Eateries and pubs are very close by. It was a very quiet location, with the area feeling very safe. Easy access with electric coded door. Guidance for how to get there was good and how to access the flat.

The kitchen wasn't as fully equipped as we hoped, e.g. no bread knife, cloths, dish towel, dust pan and brush. The main bedroom didn't have a door, one window in the lounge didn't have a blind, which meant whoever was sleeping on the sofa bed didn't have a very dark room. The hob, oven and coffee machine didn't have any user guides, so we were unable to use the oven and couldn't get the coffee machine to work correctly. We eventually figured out the hob by chance on our second night. Support online did try to help but ultimately we got it by ourselves. There were really good remotes for the lights on all the different rooms however the batteries were flat, so we were unable to make use of them. The extractor in the bathroom only came on if the extractor at the hob was in use, which seemed strange. Either all the lights were on or off at the same time.

The property could have been much cleaner upon check in. Our host seemed to have poor knowledge of his property and was unable to answer questions which were fundamental to our tenancy. In some areas the apartment lacked basics such as a bath mat or dish towel as well as some basic repairs and improvements were needed. No information was available in the suite about how to operate various things. Such as lights nor did they work anyway. The host ended up basically being a distraction rather than a proponent Generally speaking. Information in the listing was inac curate and information obtained directly from the host was confusing. Wrong. And misleading. Of interest. The tenant immediately previous to us had left a list of things to modify or change or fix. But none of it had been And basic cleaning was extremely basic.

Great location. Lots of view windows. Top floor with elevator. Easy check in and check out. Very quiet. Perfect for a couple. Suggestions: pick up a roll of paper towels and napkins; bring a face towel; pick up basic cooking spices, butter, oil; room heater control is by desk window; black switch by front door is master on off for all rooms; to work the stove top turn on vent hood (silver panel behind burners; hold in far right button a few seconds til lights come on), then place pan on burner, then hold in “on” button front bottom left for a few seconds til system beeps and red lights come on, then hold in front top left button for a few seconds til all burner power levels show “0”, then press desired heat level for the burner you want; should be working!). If you want bath fan on then turn on range hood again.

Everything ... The room is nice and comfy. I enjoyed staying here specially when outside was raining and I could not get out. I will come back if I come to Bergen again
