The property is clean, tidy, and fully equipped. The host thoughtfully prepared instant noodles and other small food items for guests who might need them, which was a very considerate touch. Having both a washing machine and a dryer was extremely helpful for long‑term travellers like us. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Siisti pieni yksiö kerrostalon ylimmässä kerroksessa. Oli vaikea löytää mitään puuttuvaa varustetta, jopa aamupala-aineksetkin löytyi.

Parkkipaikkaa ei ole majoituspaikan lähellä

Majoitus oli mainio. Hyvä lisä oli fillareiden lainaus mahdollisuus. Oli kivaa

El alojamiento es un estudio con cama muy confortable de 150. El alojamiento es moderno, tiene todas las comodidades e incluso lavadora y secadora. Algunas cosas de comida por si llegas tarde y no puedes salir acomer o comparar algo. Incluso gel champú acodicionador... repetiría. TV grande smart tv. sofá muy cómodo. Excelente alojamiento

Kiva asunto missä kaikki tarpeellinen.

Sijainti on hyvä, reilu kilometri vanhaan kaupunkiin, kävelyreitillä kaunis puisto ja jokiranta.

Huoneistossa ei ole ilmoituksesta huolimatta ilmastointia. Huone oli tukalan lämmin vaikkei vielä ollut edes helle. Sateen vuoksi ikkunaa ei voinut pitää auki.

Hyvä sijainti, hyvät tuloohjeett esim mihin auton voi laittaa parkkiin.Hlljainen asunto ja siisti. Kaapissa oli peruselintarvikkeita esim kahvia. sekä Porvoolaista suklaata..

Rauhallinen taloyhtiö. Kaupat vieressä, lyhyt matka keskustaan ja nähtävyyksille. Pesutornista iso plussa ja kaapissa oli kahvia+muuta jos tarvitsi. Todella viihtyisä asunto ja kirjautuminen oli helppoa.

Allergikkona höyhentyynyt ja peitot olivat vähän painajainen ja lääkkeitä kului normaalia enemmän.

Siisti ja rauhallinen. Hyvä sijainti.

Erittäin siisti ja sopiva yön nukkumiseen. Erityinen maininta hyvistä ohjeistuksista saapuessa majoituspaikalle kun siellä oleskelusta.

Kaikista paras oli sijainti, lähellä palvelut: kaupat ja apteekit. Pystyi hakemaan tarvittavat syötävät lähellä olevasta kaupasta. Myös tuliaisia Vanhasta kaupungista oli kävelymatkan etäisyydellä helppo noutaa. Kompakti asunto koko ja siisti. Mukava yllätys, että kahvia saatavilla.

Väga puhas, kõik olemas mugavaks olemiseks.

Hyvä sijainti. Koodit helpottavat, niin ei tarvitse hakea avainta mistään. Ihanat namit pöydällä 🙂

Lakanoissa ja torkkupeitoissa oli aika voimakkaat tuoksut.

Sijainti lähellä palveluja, hyvät liikenneyhteydet autolla ja pyörällä ja kävellen joka puolelle, niin keskustaan kuin kaupungin ulkopuolelle. Autoparkki on pienen matkan päässä, joten matkatavaroita siirretään lyhyen katumatkan verran. Pyörät pääsivät siistiin ja turvalliseen suojaan. Kaikki toimi oikein hyvin.

Near to city centre

Hyvin varusteltu asunto rauhallisesta taloyhtiöstä. Erinomaiset ohjeet ennen saapumista.

Asunto oli yleisilmeeltä siisti ja puhdas, mutta lähemmin katsottuna kaipaisi perusteellisen siivouksen - pölyä oli nurkissa lattialla, jääkaapissa ja pakastimessa likaa, kylpyhuoneen ilmanvaihtoventiilissä likaa ja pölyä runsaasti. Pyyhkeissä ummehtunut haju (ehkä viikattu kosteana?).

Oli hyvä, että asunnossa valmiit liinavaatteet ja pyyhe. Myös kahvi hyvä. Lisäksi nettiyhteys ja televisio. Siisti asunto, miellyttävä.

Keskeinen sijainti, löytyi myös ilmainen parkkipaikka.

Liikenteen ääni hieman kuului

Huomioonottava ja mukava majoittaja, joka vastasi nopeasti. Sijainti oli mielestäni loistava, ei kaukana Porvoon keskustasta, ja kaupat ihan vieressä (Lidl ja S-market). Huoneistossa oli kuivausrumpu ja pesukone, niin sai kätevästi pestyä pyykkiä. Tervetuliaissuklaat olivat ihana yllätys :) suosittelen ehdottomasti majoittumaan täällä.

Pullonavaaja keittiön välineissä olisi ollut kätevä.

I booked this apartment blindly and was pleasantly surprised! It exceeded my expectations with thoughtful extras, a well-stocked kitchen and a comfortable setup. Perfect for solo travelers, though it might feel small for two. The host was very responsive, the check-in was easy because of the clear instructions. I believe the host actively improves the apartment based on guest feedback, making sure the guests will have everything they need in all package and feel like home. The location is great, just 10-15 minutes walk from the bus station. Good value for money, definitely recommend!

The apartment is in an excellent, quiet location with no street noise. While it doesn’t offer breakfast service, there’s a grocery store nearby, and the apartment includes a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. I as reviewer highly recommend it as a perfect choice for a comfortable stay.

Apartment was very well equipped and thanks to the bed being behind the couch, you could use the TV for both. Had a washing machine and a dryer and a nice big shower in the bathroom. Kitchen also had everything imaginable. And it includes free tea and cookies (I guess that's why it's called Sweet Dreams)

A drying rack for clothes would have been the cherry on top.

Its very clean and comfy . Love the availability of all the necessities.

The Location was perfect, closed to the city center, the river, and the nature. I loved that there were Brunbergs sweets, biscuits and other snacks, and coffee (!!) The air-conditioning device was also a big plus, and the bed was very comfortable. (Not too soft)

There was a sign by the door that said to text the host when leaving so that they know when the flat is empty and ready for cleaning, but they didn't wait for our message... they were sincerely apologetic though, so no hard feelings and I would most certainly book the apartment again :)

The complicated lock

Everything was like said before. The apartment is really nice and it's located perfectly for a few nights stay in Porvoo.

The problem was the direction of the apartment. It's directed almost to east so the really warm and sunny days made the apartment really hot. The air conditioner was not either working good or did not have enough power to chill the room. With having the shades closed for a whole day with an additional air conditioner we managed to sleep ok. This problem will not however exist most days in Finland.
