The apartment was big and clean. The location was amazing and the owner was very helpful. The lake was nearby and lots of stuff were there in the apartment.

Everything was great exercise that It makes lots of noise when you walk.

Mycket lyhört, svårt att sova med knarrande golv från övervåning. Väldigt trång med låg takhöjd. Balkongen kunde endast nås genom ett fönster. Omöjligt för en äldre person.

Nous étions dans l' appartement 18 qui est situé en haut. Il est tres spacieux, propre et confortable juste coupé en 2 par le palier entre les chambres d'un côté et les pièces à vivre de l'autre. Ce n'est pas gênant car il n' y a aucune circulation de personnes sur ce niveau. Il y avait 2 clims portables car nous y étions en plein été. Les commerces sont juste aux pieds de l'appartement et le lac est à 5 min. toujours à pieds. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Everything was disappointing, starting with the location. The building is very old, and you have to watch every step because the floors and ceilings creak loudly. It was uncomfortable and did not meet my expectations.

Het balkenplafond heeft onder de balken een vrije hoogte van ca. 1,75m. Hierdoor wat minder geschikt voor lange mensen. Tevens is de kamer vrij gehorig.

Deckenhöhe im Apartments 17 leider sehr niedrig, für große Menschen (mich eingeschlossen) ging man sehr geduckt Gäste oberhalb meines Zimmer waren viel zu laut

Nagyon hangulatos öreg ház. Érdekes volt,hogy a teraszra az ablakon keresztül lehetett kimászni. Erre számítson,aki a teraszos,klímás(mobil klíma)apartmannt választja. Legyen alacsony, kellően hajlékony és toleráns. Cserében a sétáló utcában,de mégis csendes helyen tölthet időt.

1,80 méteres belmagasság az egész apartmannban( ezt előre nem jelezték) Nem volt kényelmes,mert nem lehetett kiegyenesedni.

It’s a cozy nice place in the historical building - rare opportunity to feel the history of the place. The apartment has it’s charm. It‘s very clean and has all things for a comfortable stay: lovely kitchen with coffee and all cooking utensils available. An air condition unit and fans were provided. The location is perfect: there are restaurants near, 3 minutes walk to a lake.

At 1st the hosts are super friendly and helpful. The Location is amazing, very near to the Lake u can walk, there are some restaurants, super market a lot of bakeries near by, and also 2 banks that you can use their ATMs to withdrew money. It's a Fantastic Old house but yet so clean and tidy, they have a fan in every room and some board games as well. inside the apartment you can hear floor crakes but the sound came from other apartments is very low. The washing machine is available as well as dryer, coffee machine was full of coffee and there was a mini fridge as well. The parking fees for the apartment was higher than the public parking lot BUT it was always available for us ONLY every day along our booking period.

1- As the apartment is old the stairs was a little hard to use without making any noise. 2- Also what was a bad surprise for me that the 2 rooms in the upper floor was INSIDE each other, they are not 2 separate rooms , so our cousin slept on the sofa in the down floor as we cared about each other privacy but i wish we can give him a room with a door (as i thought from the photos), i wished that was clear for me earlier during the booking process . 3-The days we went there was a little bit hot so the apartment was hot we couldn't sleep easily the 1st night. 4- The square large pillows was not comfortable at all, i wish they can replace them with rectangular ones. 5- The ceiling that i cannot ignore ! was very hilariously low :D so any one higher that 175 cm will suffer.

Dat de slaapkamers de ene kant van de hoofdgang is en het woongedeelte de andere kant. Dus je moest telkens je deuren op slot doen. En de slaapkamers liepen door elkaar en als je dan naar het toilet moest was het een ramp.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and full of character, with a rare and classic mid-century style that made it feel truly special. Everything was very well equipped, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful details, including the board games and little things left for guests to enjoy. The hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They clearly care a lot about both the property and their guests, and it really shows in every detail. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I have honestly never loved an accommodation this much. It was an amazing experience, and we are very grateful to the hosts for giving us such a memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Die Lage das Schlafzimmer

1. die Küche hat kam Utensilien zu kochen. Keine Deckel für Töpfe, keine Schüsseln zum Salat anrichten, keine Spülmaschine. Dazu waren Teller, Besteck und auch Gläser schmutzig. Alles was wir benutzen mussten wir erst spülen. 2. das Badezimmer hat kein Tageslicht, also kein Fenster. Der Toilettendeckel war nicht fest und verrutschte ständig. 3. sind das Wohnzimmer/Küche/Bad in getrennten Räumen zu den beiden Schlafzimmer 4. werden Parkett oder Holzböden beschrieben. Verbaut ist überall billiges Laminat welcher oft Löcher und Lücken in der Fläche hat. 5. der Flur/Treppenhaus ist überhaupt nicht ansprechend. Die Treppe ist wie der Kellerabgang einer Scheune und sicher länger nicht gereinigt. Das geht leider nicht..!

Hauteur du séjour petite, je me suis cogné plusieurs fois à la poutre (je fais 1m80) Isolation faible, on entendait les jeunes voisins qui ont un peu fêté ce soir là

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y muy bien equipado, la cocina tenía todo lo necesario, la cafetera estupenda y nos dejaron café suficiente para toda la estancia.

La casa es hermosa. Tiene muchos detalles de decoración es la casa más antigua de la ciudad y está en el barrio histórico impecable. Fue una gran sorpresa cuando llegamos porque no sabíamos dónde estaba ubicada, pero nos asombró muy muy recomendable. Es una casa de cuento !!!! Muy cerca para conocer está Lucerna y Lauterbrunnen y desde esta última ciudad pueden subir en tren a Wengen son paisajes hermosos Si llegan en auto, elijan rutas no autopistas, porque desde las rutas tienen paisajes panorámicos y van al costado de las montañas y de los lagos con vistas imperdibles.

Great location, good bus/train connection and there are shops and restaurants around. Lake isn’t far. Nice little town. The apartment was small but adequate.

Good hospitalibility of host - easy to approach and quick to response. Apartment had all facilities we required for a comfortable stay - host even considered facilities for our children. Location wise also very good, as it is near Lucerne (just 10-15 mins) and also very near to highway (around 2 mins). Good and cheap public parking option availbale very near to the apartment. Didnt get a chance to explore in details the neighbourhood, but at short glance looked good as it had many restaurants nearby along with bakeries as well.

Beautifully decorated apartment. The hosts were very responsive. Location was 4 bus stops from Sempach train station. There is a supermarket just 1 min walk from the apartment.

- Barulho: Tratando-se de um edifício antigo e com estrutura de madeira, não tem isolamento sonoro eficiente, pelo que é possível ouvir todas as outras pessoas a deslocarem-se no quarto de cima, a equipa de limpeza a aspirar os outros quartos logo cedo, quem sobe/desce as escadas, etc. - Não adaptado a pessoas com mais de 1,80m pois o pé direito é bastante baixo, terão de andar curvadas todo o tempo!

Induktionsherd ohne Anleitung sehr kompliziert zu verstehen!! Pfannen haben keine Deckel, Teekrug fehlt, und Schlafzimmer war getrennt vom Wohntrakt auf der anderen Seite des Ganges. Ein Heizkörper konnte nicht bedient werden, da die Anzeige nicht sichtbar war, weil der Heizkörper wenige cm von der Wand entfernt installiert war. Spielsachen für Kinder unter 6 Jahren wären super!

Wonderful and cozy room with modern facilities. The owners were super helpful and kind, and the whole stay was very nice. Self check-in and check-out also worked well! It was the perfect place to come back to after a long day. There was a bit of noise between floors as you could hear other guests walking around, but that is to be expected in an older building.

The property is near to the lake. The village is beautiful, the restaurants are near to the property. The wi-fi was stable, no problem for work.

The door to the balcony is practically a small window and it is difficult to use the open air territory.

Gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte und sehr sauber. Sehr zentrale Lage in der Altstadt mit nahem Parkplatz und See zu Fuss in zwei Minuten erreichbar. Wunderschönes Städtchen.

We had 3 tall men in our party and the ceiling height was challenging as well as the lower support beams but hey its an old buliding so cannot be helped

As this was a transit stop on the way from Italy to Rotterdam, the location was ideal and in the centre of a beautiful town. Parking is in a public car park about 100m away.

Headroom in the Apartment 17 is very limited for anyone over 5' 9" (1.75m)

The ceilings were so low that I (5'7") almost hit my head on the ceiling. In order to access the balcony you had to go through a small window. The heat was on all the time and we could not figure out how to turn it off.

Es la casa más antigua de Sempach, lo que le da mucho encanto. Casa de dos plantas, funcional y bastante cómoda. No le falta nada, TV en todas las habitaciones, cafetera con café para moler... Es idea si buscas algo donde puedas aparcar en la puerta, y te puedas desplazar en poco tiempo a lugares de interés como Lucerna, Berna, Zurich, Monte Pilatus. El pueblo tiene supermercados, cafeterías, restaurantes y un lago idílico. Si vuelvo a Suiza, que espero que así sea , seguro que repito

Doordat het een oud huis is is het wel gehorig. Je kon de bovenburen horen lopen en de trap kraakt erg. Maar goed dat is ook een deel van de charme van een oud huis.

No privacy in the sleeping area. These are on the other side of the staircase, so separated from the rest of the apartment. ceiling links are very, very low, not suited for tall people. In one of the rooms was still underwear from the previous guest.

Very cute little studio apartment in a historic house in the town centre of Sempach. It had everything we needed for a short stay and it's just a few steps from lots of nice restaurants and the lake. Check-in and out were well-managed and there are paid, public parking lots nearby.

The place is quite small and the ceilings are very low (about 1,80m), but the host makes made this clear before. The AC is a portable unit that was not powerful enough to keep the place cool during our stay in peak summer.

Das alte, heimelige Haus mitten in der Altstadt und gleich gegenüber von der Bäcker, bei welcher wir am Morgen gemütlich Frühstücken konnten hat uns ausserordentlich gut gefallen. Die Organisation und Kommunikation war sehr zuverlässig.

Leider ist der Kühlschrank etwas ‚brummlig‘.

Incredible location right in the middle of town. Such a quaint, beautiful apartment, with all facilities you need to stay as a family. Hosts were so responsive and kind, including letting us check in earlier than expected.

I bumped my head a few times but that comes with being 190cm tall in an old house.

A few things to beware of: This is the oldest house in Sempach so it comes w a lot of creaking noises from the floorboards (waking up type of noises), there is no noise insulation, each step is heard esp on the upper floor The two rooms r actually one inside the other. While it’s perfect for families esp those w kids, it may not be ideal for other type of groups If u r really tall, u might have a difficulty w the ceiling on the lower floor The shower could benefit from a wall fixture or something, as it gets a bit challenging to wash your hair just w the porcelain shower head

Host is responsive. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The antique apartment lends a rustic touch to the overall stay. Kitchen is large and spacious and has an automatic coffee machine filled with coffee beans. Surroundings are pindrop silent. Sempach lake is a 3-min walk away where there's a sprawling playground that kids will love.

A dishwasher would be really useful especially for those who cook a lot. The upper floor was slanted to one side and the floorboards creak loudly when you walk on it. It might be a big deal if your kids are sensitive to noise. The taps were the old school cold + hot knobs which took a bit of tinkering to get the right temperature for showers.

The location is very convenient and not far from Lucern. Sempach town is very nice and charming with many good restaurants around you.

The apartment is very comfortable. We felt like home in the oldest house of Simpach. It is close to an adorable lake and to the main attractions of the region (Interlaken, Luzern, Zurich, etc.). I recommend the place, specially for families. The decoration is very nice and the kitchen is equipped.

It is not something that I didn't like, but it is rather something to pay attention. On booking, it is said that all taxes are included in the price, but we had to pay 3 CHF per person and per night after we arrived, to have access to discount cards (that we didn't even used, because we didn't do any of the offered tours...)

Reserved parking, local cafes bakeries restaurants and grocery shop on the doorstep. Apartment very clean with amenities such as kettle toaster and oven. Lovely bathroom. Very large TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Hosts were very friendly and offered assistance quickly.

AC is a portable unit therefore can only be used in either downstairs or upstairs. The ceilings are very low due to the age of the building, which can't be helped. The lighting is a bit dim in the hallway and kitchen.

The house is beautiful and situated in the pretty town of Sempach. Bus connection is walking distance and so is the lake sempach. The house instantly gives old charming vibes, yet is modern equipped with all facilities. Separate washer, dryer and iron was nice touch. My family had great time staying here. Would definitely recommend :)

The apartment is very nice, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The fireplace, the books and the games were perfect for us to relax. The apartment is located right in the city center where you can find a lot of restaurants. A minute away we also visited the Sempachersee lake where we had a wonderful view. I strongly recommend this accommodation and I will definitely come back to this place!
