Just the car porch steep down. Maybe young drivers will struggle

Everything was fantastic except a few (mentioned in the dislike section)

1. Water stagnant in the bathroom on the first floor. 2. Air conditioner in the bedroom on the ground floor was noisy. 3. Smelly shoe shelf in the living room.

房东人非常好，很贴心的给孩子们准备了露营房，很多英文书，还有英文原版动画片看。每一样家具用品，陈列摆设都十分用心。我们退费的那个早上操作不当，电磁炉烧坏了，房东安慰道：没关系，今天是大年三十，开开心心地过年吧！非常温暖，从院子出来散步两分钟抵达海边，可以边喝威士忌酸边看着孩子们玩沙、玩水，强烈推荐！🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had a very comfortable stay at this homestay. The bed was really cozy. It was nice to be able to relax and watch Netflix, and the place also had a water filter which was very convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils. Another big plus was the parking space inside the property. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay — highly recommended!

Overall stay was really pleasant, house is big and cosy, kitchen fully equipped and most importantly can fit everyone of us in. Host is very friendly and helpful, highly recommend those with big families.

It was quite hard to see with minimal lighting during bbq at night. Suggest to host to add a few spot lights at the garden then the overall experience would be 100% perfect!

Very nice house suitable for large family. Large compound can park up to 4 cars. Got utensils for bbq prepared. The beach is walking distance.

I liked the convenient location, just a short walk to the beach, and the house had enough beds to comfortably fit our large family group.

The property is in a convenient location, just a short 350-meter walk from the beach. To get there, you pass a couple of houses, cross a road, and head through a little alley with stairs leading directly down to the shore. The house itself is comfortable for a short stay, though note that there are only two bathrooms to be shared among guests. The beds could also be improved for better comfort.

It was very complete house, with all the requirements for a short getaway with family

Some of the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable - but other than that everything was as per desired. Friday night was a bit noisy due the club singers/performance but not too bad.

There are few flaws, but it is easily understood that it is an old house. The owner had done perfect job to refurbish the house to become a very unique vacation home.

The place is old style but full of characteristics. Owner did a good job on the renovations to make it refreshed

The upper bathroom flooring using stone/pebble wash making it standing in the bathroom as though the floor is dirty with some sand stone feel

The ample rooms proved ideal for two families with children, ensuring a cozy stay. The living room, adorned with a generous-sized LED TV featuring ambient lighting, seamlessly connects to Netflix, YouTube, and our game console, offering endless entertainment for quality family time. The inviting dining table, clean and comfortable bathrooms, and the blissful bedrooms with plush beds and pillows added to the overall enchantment. The speedy WiFi connection facilitated my work on the laptop, making this stay not just enjoyable but also highly productive. A truly remarkable experience worth every accolade.

Navigating the lane connecting the main road to this homestay can be a bit challenging, especially during the bustling evenings when the kopitiam food court is in full swing. The crowded scene, with cars parked haphazardly along the roadside, does pose a minor inconvenience. However, these navigational hurdles are easily overshadowed by the warm and comfortable retreat at the FA House by the Beach.

I wish there are better facilities like TV channels and ASTRO, also karaoke sets and maybe a pool. SLightly higher rate for those facilities to be available is ok.
