Die ruhige Lage Zugang direkt von aussen Eigene kleine Küchenzeile, die einem im Gemeinschaftsraum zur Verfügung steht

Kaltes Wasser im Badezimmer am Waschbecken Heizung im Zummer nicht eigenständig regelbar Handtücher nur auf 2 Duschtücher und ein kleines Gästehandtuch für Hände zum abtrocknen minimiert. Zimmer für ein oder zwei Nächte ok, für mehrere Nächte fehlt Komfort, da es auch keinen Fernseher im Zimmer gibt und keinen Tisch, sondern nur einen Mini Beistelltisch. Dafür kann man dann den nett gestalteten Gemeinschaftsraum nutzen, muss sich dann ggf. natürlich abstimmen.

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable.

Parking was sufficient, but so tight that it was usually necessary to back out kind of blindly onto the street.

Prachtig verbouwde stal. Heel modern en sfeervol ingericht. Ruime kamers en heel schoon. Heel aardige mensen en mooie locatie. Er is een keukenblok per kamer in de gezamenlijke ruimte met koelkast en kookgelegenheid. In de koelkast staan ook drankjes die je tegen betaling kunt kopen. Er zijn koffie en theefaciliteiten.

De gezamenlijke ruimte met de keukenblokken was even wennen. Wij waren het weekend de enige dus hadden er geen last van maar je hebt alleen privacy in je kamer en het is redelijk gehorig. Ook het gezin loopt regelmatig door de gezamenlijke ruimte. Dat was wel gezellig want het zijn hele lieve mensen.

Vriendelijke eigenaren, schone kamer en eigen keukenblok met koelkast en kook mogelijkheid.

A little bit too noisy

Spacious bedroom wirh a wonderfully comfortable bed. Nice living room and kitchen, but note this is shared with other guests.

There is no hot water in the sink in the bathroom. Just a cold tap. Never come across this before.

Lekker bed, last minute inchecken mogelijk.

De bank, tv, koffie/thee en keuken zitten in een gemeenschappelijk deel (gedeeld met andere gasten) waar ook de eigenaren geregeld binnen komen lopen. In de keuken is anders dan vermeld bovendien geen oven en magnetron.

Prachtig verbouwde boerderij.. rustig gelegen maar dichtbij Haaksbergen. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren, zeer schoon en heerlijk ontbijt.

Parkeergelegenheid deels langs de weg, maar op zich geen bezwaar.

Het comfort. Alles is perfect in orde.

Het huisje is sterk naar binnen gekeerd. Je hebt niet echt contact met het fraaie landschap.

Door de ongedwongen sfeer je meteen thuis te voelen.

De B&B was wet veraf gelegen en ik was voor aan- en afreizen afhankelijk van het OV. Zeker geen ramp aangezien ik graag wandel, maar als ik een minpunt moet noemen is het dat dichtstbijzijnde bushalte best een stuk lopen is.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, schönes Zimmer und Bad. Die Unterkunft liegt am Rand von Haaksbergen, ein Besuch in dem sehr schönen Ort lohnt sich.

The hosts were friendly and very helpful. Their command of English is wonderful, my Dutch is nonexistent. Our bed was absolutely heavenly, the room was spacious and the bathroom was modern and comfortable. Also, it was perfectly quiet and dark for a much needed jetlag recovery sleep. Breakfast ( an additional €12.50) was worth every penny and then some. Hard boiled egg from the chickens in the yard, croissants, warm bread, cheese, ham, yogurt with berries and orange juice. We will definitely stop and stay again if we're in the vicinity. Tot ziens!!!!

The sink had only cold water. But in all fairness this is very common in the Netherlands so it should not be taken to reflect negatively on the establishment.

The location is so peaceful and beautiful. It is a bit on the remote side, so you do need transportation in order to get there, but it is fabulous. The place is extremely clean, beautiful, it smells amazing and you have all the basic utilities that one might need. There is parking space available next to the house and there is a separate entrance for each room. The owners are very communicative and helpful, so, this is, of course, a great plus! :)

Gorgeous village. Nice and quiet. You can really feel nature. Friendly house owner. Rooms allow to keep privacy and free access to the house yard at the same time- smart idea.

Apart from our minor niggles below we loved everything about this. You get a lovely big room with a fantastic bathroom and a super comfortable bed, plus access to your own kitchenette in a communal dining/lounge area. There is also seating outside and some chickens to look at in a run. It's all very new and furnished and decorated very nicely. The fridge contains a paid mini-bar and the alcohol free beer was very nice at E2 for a very big bottle.

Only big towels that weren't quite big enough and had to park in the country lane outside. If walking to a bar or restaurant is important to you then you won't do that from here really. However, we had dinner in a Lebanese restaurant not too far away and that was amazing.

The apartment was beautiful. Very comfortable and the communal area was lovely

Just a wonderful B'nB in the countryside. Susan and Onno are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. The environment are beautiful and calm. The rooms are very tastefully furnished, the beds very comfortable and the breakfast fantastic.

Nice comfortable room in a quiet location, friendly owners, comfortable bed, great facilities.

I was surprised that there was no hot water plumbed into the bathroom basin

Everything is like new. Looks very expansive. Quiet pleace.... Just everything was great!!!Best spend money for rent something in my life! Thanks for all! ✌️ 🙂
