Reviewed Dec 30, 2025It was easy to get into the apartment with a a simple password. Wi-fi good and easy to access and a wide selection of of TV channels. Good is you had kids. Take the train to Skagen. We watched Oppenheimer. Take the train to Skagen. It is central and opposite the main shopping centre and on the same side as a great cafe called Capu on the pedestrianised main street but there lies a major problem
The apartment is directly above a bar - the Tre Trin Op - with no sound insulation. It was fine for the first two nights but on the 25th and 27th December there was loud music pumping out until after 1:00 a.m.. Difficult to sleep. Now you cannot complain to the bar because it is their town and I am sure they have a licence for those hours which are advertised. outside. Now if you want to join the drinking and dancing it would be fine. If not find somewhere else. I sent a message to the hosts asking how many nights of noise we could expect. No answer, They charge you premium rate if you call their hotline. All bots. Also the beds were not made up on arrival and they charge you extra if you use more than one towel and one set of sheets per person. Ouch!
