SUITE room with private pool area, near COMO lake, private parking

Es ist ein wunderbares Zimmer, mit einem super bequemen Bett. Das Zimmer bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und Antwortet sehr schnell bei Rückfragen. Die Anleitung zum erreichen der Liegenschaft sowie dem Vorgehen beim Check In und Check Out sind selbsterklärend und sehr gut dokumentiert. Das Bad ist sehr gross bietet eine Dusche und eine Badewanne! Echt toll!!

Der Pool, das Anwesen. Das Zimmer ist Teil der Villa. Edel! Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Check in und Check out sehr unkompliziert.

Eigentlich nichts. Zu bedenken ist: Die Nutzungszeiten des Pools sind begrenzt. Das ist aber irgendwie auch verständlich, da man ja das private Anwesen mitbenutzt. Der Duschkopf in der Badewanne ist stark verkalkt und nicht nutzbar. Aber es gab noch eine Dusche.

Lugar precioso, donde se respira tranquilidad, llegamos justo media hora antes de que cerrase la piscina, cuyo baño fue reparador, después de kilómetros de viaje y de celebrar fiesta el día anterior :) así que magnífico! La cama grandísima y cómoda, ducha perfecta, había cafetera y hervidor de agua que no usamos, pero se agradece... El dueño, Simon, encantador! Así que super recomendable, si lo que buscas es descansar, desconectar y recargar energía positiva!

The room is located in a beautiful villa owned by a family (who also live there) and offers a lovely view of the city. It is a separate unit, ensuring privacy for both the guests and the residents. The room is spacious, clean, well-appointed, and finished to a high standard. The bathroom features both a bathtub and a shower. The pool is available for use until 6:30 PM. Parking is easy and secure.

The property and the room were amazing. The view from the window was breathtaking and the bed was very comfortable.

It was quite far away from the city.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa accogliente camera solo una notte, di passaggio, ma tutto è stato perfetto, pulizia, silenzio, letto confortevole e indicazioni dettagliate sul parcheggio e il check-in. Consigliato!

We only stayed one night. Simon was very friendly and helpful host. Room was nice with a lovely view. Nice to have a parking spot since we had a rented car. Nice quiet location close to Lake Como Italy. Recommended.

Dobre położenie, fajny widok, przestronny pokój, szafa, duża wanna, obudowany prysznic, wygodne szerokie łóżko, 2 kapsułki kawy i 2 woreczki herbaty, parking, dokoła świece, dużo świec, można zrobić nastrój, duży korytarz wyposażony w sofę, nocna cisza, przyjazna obsługa, check in o 14:00-14:30 możliwy

Brak chodnika przez kilkaset metrów, długo trzeba czekać na ciepłą wodę, symboliczne dwie kapsułki kawy, brak zapałek lub zapalniczki do tych romatycznych świec, zatem weźcie zapałki koniecznie z sobą! Zanim nastąpi cisza nocna, motorowery jadące pod górę skutecznie obrzydzają wieczorny odpoczynek lub nie dają zasnąć, cicho robi się po godz. 23, internet beznadziejny, łączcie się przez włoski I TIM lub Vodafone IT jeśli macie europejski roaming danych w pakiecie.

Très beau logement, confortable, meublé avec goût. Gros plus pour le grand lit quand on est grand 😊 Très belle vue. On peut se garer sur place. Les explications et la communication ont été très faciles. Simon nous a conseillé un très bon restaurant à côté. Bien sûr le logement n'est pas dans Côme mais il est à seulement 10 min de voiture et vaut le coup. Nous étions trop tôt dans l'année pour profiter de la piscine mais je suis sûre que ça ajoute un plus important. Bref allez y sans hésiter !

Short and sweet visit so not too much to stay. Check in & out was nice, easy and private. The space was lovely and we enjoyed the facilities.

Cups were a little dirty but wasn’t too big of an issue.

La nostra esperienza è stata fantastica, vista meravigliosa e alloggio confortevole! Proprietario cordiale.

Potrebbe avere un forno a microonde, ahah (risata), ma è eccellente.

Die Unterkunft, war sehr gut gelegen für unser Zweck. Das Bett ist groß und bequem. Das Bad ist sehr großzügig. Aussicht top!

Auf die sauber kein sollte mehr gemacht werden es hat sehr viel Staub. Bei der Dusche hat es kein Licht, so ist es recht dunkel. Die Duschbrause sollte mal entkalkt werden, bei der Badewanne kommt am Duschkopf dadurch fasst kein Wasser raus!

Nice decorated

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa. La posizione è splendida, immersa in un contesto che trasmette pace e serenità: un luogo che davvero merita di essere vissuto. Un dettaglio che ho apprezzato tantissimo è stata la presenza di alcuni gattini dolcissimi e amichevoli, che hanno reso l’atmosfera ancora più speciale. Il letto, poi, era semplicemente favoloso: comodissimo e accogliente, perfetto dopo un lungo viaggio in macchina.. Consiglio questo posto a chiunque cerchi tranquillità, comfort e un ambiente autentico e piacevole. Raccomandatissimo!

The only downside was that the water in the pool was too cold to swim in. And it was cold in the room at night.

Nulla tutto perfetto

Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses. Maison agréable sur les hauteurs de la ville avec vue dégagée et piscine. Possibilité de se garer sans difficulté. Simon était disponible pour nous accueillir et nous montrer l'accès à la suite. Nous n'avons vu aucune mention des horaires d'accès à la piscine sur le site de Booking. À noter que l'on ne peut plus l'utiliser après 18h30. Nous l'avons découvert le jour de notre arrivée, à 18h30...:/ Simon a cependant eu l'amabilité de nous laisser en profiter une petite demi-heure. Merci.

La suite n'est pas climatisée et nous avons un peu souffert de la chaleur malgré le ventilateur dans la chambre (un peu bruyant malheureusement). Quelques prises supplémentaires pour brancher nos téléphones ou autres appareils auraient été les bienvenues.

La villa est magnifique, la piscine est grande et agréable. Le lieu est calme.

Totul, vibe-ul, villa, locatia, Simon te ajuta cu orice si este mereu prezent daca ai nevoie de ceva.

Très beau séjour à la Villa dei Leoni. L’emplacement est idéal, au calme, tout en étant proche du lac de Côme. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Le lieu est propre, bien entretenu et parfait pour se détendre. Je recommande !

The villa is in a beautiful quiet location overlooking the valley underneath. The pool area is amazing. Everything inside and outside is decorated with excellent taste for design. Simon is a caring and very organized host, perfect communication from booking to end of stay. We will definitely come again.

The location is very nice, if you like a quite place with a good view. Because of the weather the pool was not usable. The bathroom is very good.

In this room is no fridge not even a television. In this location are better options available for staying. The beds could be renwed.

Huge bed, the best we have ever slept! Very spacious room in a very beautiful and quiet villa with nice view and free parking.

The lack of fridge and the pool that was not clean

The view and having a place to sit outside eating our picnic in the evening and breakfast the next day. The coffee machine was welcome, however if you want milk in your coffee there was no fridge to keep your milk fresh.

The black mould in the shower tray and surrounding tiles, lac of waste paper bin in bedroom, a fridge would have been nice , splash stains up the wall by coffee machine. Attention to detail was poor.

Everything was perfect - very quick and nice communication with the host, everything was well prepared. Great and clean house with an amazing view. Can’t rate the pool area as the pool was not yet in use in April (what we have known before) but it looked nice.

Amazing experience and place

Beautiful place and house, clean, large and comfortable room, welcoming host!

The host was great. He had great communication. The room was big and exceptionally clean. Definitely, I will be back.

Super comfortable bed (and I do mean super comfortable). Great views to wake up to in the morning of the mountains. Great access to local towns like Mendrisio and Como. I was able to come and go as if I lived there myself, an exceptional place to rest on a journey. I went in January and I'm sure it is even more quaint in the hotter months when one can access the pool.

Very large bed. The location was perfect for us. Easily accessible. Everything is well explained even if you don't meet or see anyone.

The pressure of the shower could be better.

Beautiful location, very nice villa, nice views! Great facility, very easy check in and cheek out! Thanks to accessible water in the outside we could have washed quickly bikes after the ride, there is also washing / drying room, plenty of space on the property. Very friendly and helpful host. Nice and spacious bathroom and cozy room. Coffe and tea corner waiting for you. 👌

Excellent and beautiful location with a nice view. Simon gave us a very friendly welcome. Easy access instructions and options for addtional activities. Safe and clean area. We highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately the pool was already too cold and closed.

The host was non cooperative. There was no water in the room. The pictures shown in booking.com are all false. There were mosquitos and insects and spiders in the room. Over all the experience was pathetic.

No water , no service untidy , unclean , room full of mosquitos and spiders and insects.

The view and the intimacy. It’s a nice oasis to enjoy some quiet time.

We could use a fridge.

My wife and I loved the Suite. Comfortable, spacious, clean and very unique. An unbelieveable view from the windows, Very private. Plenty of parking and a very kind host. The swimming-pool is big and inviting as well as the garden around it. The proximity to lake Como is also a big plus.

I wish the pool would open earlier in the day (i.e.08:30) so we could use it even on the day of departure (10:00 checkout time)

Really great place to stay! Contact with Simon was easy and clear, check-in and check-out was smooth. The room was perfectly clean and it's a great view from the Villa.

Very nice place to stay for one night or more. Everything nice organized and very clean and confi. The price is also more than resonable and hope stays like this.

Nothing to complain about it. I suggest couple of glasses and plates, if one wishes to eat or drink something brought.

The suite provides a wonderful view of the surroundings. The host was very friendly and welcoming, and the family respected our privacy (and vice versa).

It was a hot night, and with the loud fan it was difficult to sleep.
