Cozy Cove at Solsiden - 2BR familyfriendly

Very well equipt flat, super comfortable and cozy. Friendly and helpful communication with the property manager. The location was relatively central with great facilities nearby.

Small issue with the WiFi

Once established in the apartment the apartment is reasonably well located for transport and shops

The key collection arrangements involved a fairly long walk to the apartment with bags in rain. There was no internet connection that not only stopped the use of our own devices except by using a phone as a hot spot but also meant that streaming services on the television could not be accessed. There were no instructions on how to use the dishwasher or the washer-dryer. We were able to get the washer-dryer to work by trial and error but were unable to get water to flow to the dishwasher. The dishwasher had an offensive odour. A number of light bulbs were inoperative.

Unkind and deceitful. I have paid room charges in advance . But I can't take the key. Lies and lies.

The location was great, next to some of the most popular areas in Trondheim.

Rooms were a bit small and not well distributed, but we had a good night sleep.

Comfy clean and central

The flat is well located close to the city centre of Trondheim and easy to reach from the train station. Communication with the hosts always worked well and fast. The flat itself was spaceous for two people, clean and equipped with everything we needed (e.g. kitchen, laundry machine, drying Rack). It was also nice to have a balcony. We had a really good stay.

Getting the keys can be a bit tricky with a non-norwegian phone number. But we then called one of the hosts on the phone and he helped us immediately. So this was no big problem.

Very nice view, grocery store nearby, close to the train station.

Great location, nice little Apartment, clean and sufficient. Worth the money. Very friendly and fast communication with the host. Did I mention the location? Parking was free for us, since we arrived in the evening and left the next morning before the paid parking period started. Fast WiFi.

Collection of keys is a tad far away, but this is not really a problem - we had a very pleasant walk after a long drive. Parking is a bit hit or miss - there is public (paid) parking in front of the house or some park houses near by, and it appeared as to be not an issue to park a few minutes directly in front of the building to load or unload. Both things (collection of keys and parking) are not really issues, just keep them in mind when booking.

Everything is good! Super clean! Feel very comfortable! However, it is not convenient to get the key. The key is in S station, coz I have a bug luggage, I must take the taxi to go to the apartment. Coz around 160 Nok each time. I take twice !!

The key must get easily and not far from the apartment!
