It’s not as clean and no amenities provided. The owner or manager was not as thoughful as others similar unit

This is a scam booking. I have booked 3 seperated bookings and they always cancelled our booking at last minutes. They said it was about credit card issue but my credit card works. They cancelled last minutes and let us stay in the middle of city where all family members were shocked.

Bed room Pillows are so bad, Kitchen has two stoves, ONLY ONE works Cutteries are very poor, Spoons and forks are poor old and unclean. Not enough glasses, I have to buy more to put in Sofa is not clean. Kitchen has a lot of ants Dining table is small just ok but the chairs are very bad, small, they are for kid not for adults. Floor is not flat.

The location is Ok.

The furniture was so bad. The owner either doesn’t care or is very stingy in making the apartment more hospitable. The poor quality and discomfort of the furniture created an unwelcoming environment, resulting in an unpleasant stay.

The apartment was spacious with lots of storage.

The shower cubicle had some black mould as did the hand basin. The kitchen had very limited utensils.

The apartment is located the central of the city. The furnitures are in good condition and the rooms are spacious.

There’re ants in the kitchen and the shower drain is blocked.

Location was good. We had a layover and just stayed the night

We have book for a 2 bedroom apartment but was told that the air-conditioning not working well and they put us to a 3 bedroom apartment. It was amazing that the room was so big and cosy, clean and well maintained.

Just the location.

Tv had no connection, meaning no YouTube no Netflix. The kitchen was poorly stocked, utensils missing, appliances awkwardly set up, problem reaching the power outlet. Many spaces in the kitchen and in the rooms were like a storage space, rather than a useful areas. The whole place looked like some sort of a damp.

Location was decent.

Building was very dingy. Strong smells. Not sure when photos were taken but building seems older and not well maintained, which is a shame.

It was okay but we did not get the one we paid for.

We booked a studio but when we arrived the host said it is not available and offered us a bigger apartment for 200k more per night. Since we had lots of luggage with us, we didn’t have any other choice. The whole thing felt a bit like a scam to me

Not very like the bedsheets It has some strange smell (maybe from the washing powder), but i just put in washing machine. Not many kitchen utilities ( basic) and it seems not very clean

My booking at another place was cancelled unexpectedly and I booked this place in the afternoon, and they were very quick and handled my check-in at the same night after I arrived. The staff were very helpful. The apartment was big and fairly clean. I also liked the balcony and the washing machine.

There were occasional construction noises. Don't put sweets uncovered in the cabinet - there were ants (if you don't do that they won't appear, so it's fine). There was no suitable desk for working: tables either too short or too tall (I managed to made one higher, it was okay for me). They actually have different apartments so it depends. The first day I arrived they put me in an Apt that has a nice dinning table I could use to work, but they moved me to another one the second day. The second one was actually cleaner so the moving was fine for me. One last thing: there was no space in the building to keep the luggage (since it's not a hotel). They were so nice to offer their office as storing space, but that's in another district. So, plan ahead such that you don't need to store luggage.

A beautiful building with many areas such as hotels, cinemas, poker rooms and a great swimming pool.

May is the best time to travel to Vietnam because the weather during the day is sunny and dry, and the evening is cool

Tenko was very helpful. Check in and out were smooth. Managed to get a unit with great view. Everything you need is within walking distance from the building. Definitely coming back 3>

The apartment is spatious and the view from the 30th floor was fine. Also, the rooms were silent.

The pool, that is quite priminent on booking.com was not available for guests. The hosts offered a pool in another buidling, but did not actively provide any information on details. Also, the kitchn is poorly equipped and quite old, also not very clean. The mattress was very, very hard, so I slept on the sofa, which was ok (although not how it is supposed to work). Paying with credit card comes with 3% plus (often the case in Vietnam, just good the know). Centre is about 20 min to walk.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Although the room was not the same as in the picture, it was a great room. I think this new room's view is better than the one I booked

This is a scam, the reviews are probably faked. There is no pool or a gym, the pictures are a lie, they say if you want to use the pool they need to register you 4 days before arrival (they didn‘t tell me that beforehand) and it costs money. So you only get a way to overpriced dirty apartment. Stay far away from SOJO apartments, personal is unprofessional and are probably all below 20 years of age, they don‘t speak english and rely on google translate for communication. You pay on site and even after enquiring you don’t get a invoice.

The apartment was in the center, it only took me 10 minutes to walk across the bridge to Bui Vien street.

Location was pretty good - just over the road from district 1. good for a tour pick up and a cheap Grab ride away from loads of places. The room was good. A Severn eleven and nice coffee shop on the ground floor

The view was stunning.

Took 20 minutes to greet us, without reason given. We were told the booked room had no electricity and that the substitute room was gonna take two hours to prepare, without reason given. We asked for two towels for a booking with two people, got one, asked for more, got no more. Even after told we would get one more. Insulting. No toilet paper. 😐 Also, the apartment was a bit dirty (seems two hours wasn't enough), with occasional bugs.

The flat was well located.

The room was not the same as in the pictures. The place was not clean: dust, spider web, dirty shower, insects and horrible balcony. We did not sleep well, the bed was very hard. We had a flight in the evening and they did not have any place to store our luggage in the meantime. The only solution given was 1 extra hour in the flat, which did not help when you have to leave at 1pm and your flight is at 7pm.

I like the atmosphere where I was. It was a warm and fresh apartment, with plenty of sun.

The pool isn’t accessible, when obviously it’s 35 degrees and I chose this place for the pool !! even if you’re willing to pay a fee for it. You will be redirected to an other pool in an other building, which is shady cold and will force you to walk in your bikini in the streets, pass under some ghetto brigde. It’s specified everywhere that short term rental are forbidden in the building (it’s a residential condo) and the host will send you fake paper that says the unit is yours and warn you if the police come just ignore them. Place is dirty and not nice, far far from the classy exteriors. Only good thing was the prime location.

We spent 2 nights in Saigon. The apartment was dirty and there was mold on the ceiling. It took us 2 hours to get in to the apartment because no one felt responsible. Unfortunately we were not allowed to use the pool & gym in the millenium facility. In addition there were several cockroaches in the room. We can not recommend this place !

1. We couldn’t use the pool, bc we were told that we are not on the list. When i asked from whatsapp i didn’t get any aswer. 2.Dirty room, trash bin was full and someones pants on the floor, ants in the apartment.

The water heater for the shower worked great, and the washer as well. Everything else was great and I sincerely appreciate you allowing me to drop off my luggage before check in so that I could get out and start to explore the city and come back when the apartment was ready. I sure appreciate your help with everything!

Fantastically convenient location, and an amazing view. The hosts are beautifully kind and helpful, and they are very understanding if you have any issues. The gym and pool were very important to me, and I’m glad to say they are really good. The pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning.

Walkable to everything and major tourist sites. Facilities were awesome, pool and gym were great. Room had basically everything needed. Lots of space and separate areas to sit, eat, work, etc. Very comfortable with AC. Great view too

The room is suitably big enough for a couple or even a small family. Lovely balcony. Pretty clean bathroom. Quiet atmosphere. Seriously, I love the freedom when staying there. It's almost similar to my travel experience when I'm abroad. Keep it up, I love your styles. I will try other rooms next time.

The apartment is in a great location in district 4, very easy access to district 1 and the city centre but away from it being too busy. The bottom of the apartment has convenient stores and inside there's access to a gym and nice pool. The room has basic amenities and spacious. Overall great stay

There is security and receptionist so it feels secure and safe. The apartment has an amazing view over the river. Tenko is always quick to respond, even sometime I texted her at midnight. And the host is so helpful with our late booking. Brilliant place for a stay

Perfect for couple, family and loner. It was a business trip so all I need was a place to stay with quiet surrounding, comfy bed, clean shower, and strong wi-fi, and here they have it all. So price is cheap if stay with 2 more guest and reasonable if you stay alone.
