אין וילונות שחוסמים אור בחדרים ובסלון. יש מקלחת אחת ושרותים אחד, זה בעייתי כשמגיעה משפחה עם ילדים. הספה הנפתחת בסלון לא נוחה.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Fantastic property. The apartment is beautiful, the surrounding is picturesque in the heart of Kerem HaTeimanim, and it is super comfortable. We LOVED the location, walking to the Karmel market, Nahalat Benyamin, Rotchield boulevards, Neve Tzedek, and the beach was a great experience. Kiril the host was super nice and available for anything we needed. The parking under the building is a major plus as well. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026התנאים מצוינים, הקשר עם בעל הדירה היה נגיש ונוח, כל בקשה שהייתה לנו קיבלנו בשמחה. מרפסת גדולה. זה שיש חנייה בבניין מאוד משמעותי. מבחינת מיקום- צמוד לשוק הכרמל, 5 דקות הליכה מחוף הים, תחבורה ציבורית קרובה.

אין טלוויזיה בחדרים, אין מייבש כביסה, חסר אבזור ונראה שיש צורך בתיקונים אסתטיים בחדר/חידוש המקום.

ניתן היה אולי לשדרג בקצת מצרכים- מים/ חלב/ סבון לידיים בכיור. העיצוב קצת חסר. ריהוט חסר מעוף. אקוסטית רועש.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026דירה נחמדה מאוד במיקום מצוין. החדרים בגודל טוב והאיזור הציבורי (סלון/מטבח) מרווח מאוד. היינו משפחה של חמישה (4 מבוגרים וילד בן 13). הדירה התאימה בדיוק. לציין ששני אחים בוגרים (מעל 18) ישנו ביחד במיטה זוגית והילד ישן בסלון.
החיסרון היחיד הוא שיש רק חדר שירותים ומיקלחת אחד (משותף). קצת קשה לחמישה. וכן המים מהמקלחון מרטיבים את רצפת חדר המקלחת ולמעשה היה רטוב כל הזמו.

Reviewed Dec 9, 2025מיקום נהדר בכרם התימנים, רגע משוק הכרמל. סמטאות, בתי קפה, ברים ממש מתחת לאף ויחד עם זאת שקט ונעים. הדירה מקסימה, גדולה, מרווחת ונקייה. נגישה, יש מעלית.
כשנכנסנו לדירה היה ריח מאוד חזק של סיגריות. כנראה שהאורחים לפנינו עישנו בדירה ובהתחלה זה לא היה נעים. פתחנו חלונות ואיווררנו וזה הסתדר.

Extrêmement bruyant, il n’y a que des gens qui font la fête dans tous les appartements, donc nuit blanche, canapé-lit qui n’était pas fait, et il n’y avait pas de draps pour le faire

Reviewed Oct 3, 2025הדירה השנייה שעברנו אליה ביום השני הייתה מאובזרת הייטב ובמצב טוב, מעוצבת יפה ונקייה.
הייתה לנו חוויה מאוד קשה מהדירה הראשונה: ראשית התמונות כלל לא תאמו את המציאות: ספה ישנה ומרופטת, אין שולחן סלון, קומקום שבור, ריח זוועתי של טחב בכל הדירה, ל א נ ר ד מ נ ו כל הלילה בגלל הריח הנורא שנבע מהמקלחת (שם הייתה רטיבות מהתקרה ומכונת כביסה מסריחה ממש), בקיצור חוויה קשה מאוד ערב חג ראש השנה ! מעט מאוד כלים להגיש ארוחה, כלים לא נקיים, מקרר עומד עקום, על הבוקר למחרת ביקשנו דירה חלופית, נמצאה בסוף דירה חלופית ללא ריח, דירה יפה נקיה ומאובזרת היטב, חבל מאוד שלא קיבלנו מראש דירה שכזו, אני מצטערת על הביקורת הקשה, זו הייתה חוויה שהשאירה טעם רע, למרות שלמחרת הועברנו לדירה טובה, אנו מקוים שההבטחה שהדירה תשופץ ושאף משפחה לא תצטרך לעבור חוויה שכזו.

המטבח לא מספיק מאובזר, חשוב לשעת שבחלק מהדירות המרפסת יוצאת מחדר השינה. חסר בסלון עוד כורסא - כסא שאפשר יהיה לשבת ביחד

צריך לשפר את הנגישות למפתחות של החדרים והחניה, נמצא בתוך "כספת" קטנה ולא הכי נוחה לתפעול.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025דירה נהדרת! גדולה, נוחה, מאובזרת. מיקום מעולה בכרם התימנים, ממש מעל שוק הכרמל וקרוב מאוד לים, מרחק הליכה של כמה דקות. יש חניה תת קרקעית בבניין בחינם שזה ממש נפלא! יש מרפסת גדולה ומפנקת. ומכונת כביסה. הבעלים נענו לכל בקשה שלנו או צורך בפתרון בעיה במהירות ונדיבות. נהנינו מאוד מהשהייה שלנו בדירה!
לא ניתן להחשיך את הדירה ברוב החדרים, דבר שהפריע לנו ולילדים לישון עד מאוחר. היו חסרים קצת כלי בישול, מכסים לסירים וכד'. חוץ מזה היה נהדר.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2025מומלץ בחום – מיקום מעולה ודירה מושקעת המיקום פשוט מושלם – ממש ליד שוק הכרמל ובמרחק הליכה קצר מהים. הדירה הייתה בעיצוב יוקרתי ונעים, נקייה מאוד ומאובזרת בכל מה שצריך לשהייה נוחה. חניון תת-קרקעי כלול – יתרון גדול בתל אביב! חוויית אירוח מצוינת. נשמח לחזור שוב!
בסלון צריך וילונות אטומים יותר, במיוחד למי שישן במיטה בסלון. הספות מעור יפות אך לא נעימות לישיבה ממושכת.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2025Cyril and his staff are very communicative. The location is great, in the middle of Shuk HaCarmel. It was our second time, we just love the place. Also the decoration of the apartment and the amenities are great and so is the rainshower.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2024The location is great, the host is very nice, the apartment is clean and big and very comfortable. There is parking space and a lot of great places are in walking distance. Very good place to stay at.
Only one toilet and shower. The bed lining can be replaced to better quality 😉

Reviewed Aug 9, 2024The location was perfect, in the middle of Kerem Hateymanim neighborhood. The fact that it included parking was amazing. This is a big plus in TLV. The apartment was clean and they thought about many details in the kitchen. Directions were clear. We asked for another blanket and toilet paper and it was delivered. There is a safety room in the apartment (ממ"ד)
Some little things, but nothing major: we said we would arrive at 3pm and at 3:30pm they were finishing up the cleaning. The shower was not properly cleaned. The apartment is no smoking and there was a smoking smell, the cleaning lady gave us an air refreshiner for the smell and then we found an ash try in the dishwasher after it finished it's cycle.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2024Great location right near the market, close to the sea (walking distance). The indoor, underground parking made it so we didn't have to try and find parking which is a difficult task in TLV
Balcony doors are easy to open from the inside, which is a problem with curious kids. The parking entrance is at a difficult angle, I would avoid trying to get in with a low or wide car.

Reviewed May 25, 2024Daniel was super friendly. He sent very detailed videos on how to get the key. The apartment had all the facilities, from the washing machine to the coffee machine. It was very clean and welcoming. The location is perfect: 5 minutes from the Karmel market and 10 minutes from the beach. The apartment has a parking lot -super crucial in Tel Aviv
The safe was missing batteries, so we could not use it. I am sure if we had just asked Daniel, he would have come and fixed it, but we managed without the safe.

We came during rain storm, and saw there's seriuous leakage problem in the entire complex. Fortunately there wasn't any water inside our apartment, but it still felt a bit unsettling

Reviewed Sep 7, 2023Cyril was a perfect host, with whom the communication was easy, he was always available, very responsive and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed, and it is in a perfect location. Very close to Carmel Market with a variety of food selections to eat and 5 minutes walk from the perfect sandy beach. We would definitely book again, and hope we will in the future.

Reviewed May 7, 2023Everything with check-in and check-out was perfectly organized. Our host was open all the time to assist us in all that we needed. Location of the apartment was excellent. Apartment was spacious, modern, clean and well equipped with all necessary items. Good breakfast included in the price. There was a nice and safe parking place in the garage located in the same building. All my recommendations for this apartment.
