Das Personal beim Check-out war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist gut und auch die Ausstattung des Zimmers hat mir sehr gefallen. Der Poolbereich war sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber, der ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war die Unterkunft sehr angenehm. Es gab keine größeren negativen Punkte, die besonders aufgefallen sind.

One of the units we booked was advertised for four guests, but there were not enough pillows and blankets for four people. Other than that, the stay was good.

The pool was great. Bed comfy. Thumbs up for the kitchen. Finally cooking after a long time was nice.

The staff are not very friendly. At least some of them . If you like clean and fresh towels better bring your own. In three days they just won't give you fresh ones. It's Cebu, it's hot. You shower 3- 5 times a day, go to the pool and are in a room. They never dry up. Also we came unexpectedly with our daughter who wasn't booked. No extra towel. And the floor in the bathroom was slant. Water didn't drain so there was always about 1- 2 cm of a puddle.

Points forts: le matelas est confortable, la pression de l’eau dans la douche est excellente, l’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal (à 10 min à pied de IT Park et Ayala Mall), le building est propre et chic avec une super piscine, un gym bien fourni et une réception 24h. Points faibles: le haut taux d’humidité dans l’appartement, l’odeur (en particulier la forte odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain), le rideau de douche plein de taches de moisissure. Suggestions aux propriétaires: ⁃ Aérer avant l’arrivée des invités. ⁃ Remplacer les désodorisants dans la salle de bain par des nouveaux, car ceux en place sont inefficaces, ou encore proposer un désodorisant en spray. ⁃ Fournir deux bouteilles d’eau dans le frigo. ⁃ Ajouter une table de chevet (il n’y en a qu’une seule actuellement). ⁃ Proposer deux serviettes supplémentaires pour la piscine. ⁃ Changer le rideau de douche. En gros, ce logement a du potentiel, mais plusieurs petits détails pourraient facilement être améliorés pour offrir une meilleure expérience. Je recommande pour un court séjour (1-2 nuit maximum).

The worst stay of my life.

We entered the room and within the first minute we found a cockroach. The house smelled bad and did not seem clean at all. My friend had to sleep on the floor on a small mattress 2 centimeters thick. Thankfully, we stayed only one night. Honestly, avoid this accommodation. PS bedsheets not clean

We absolutely loved the location's proximity to family and friends! The property was clean and our unit was beautifully maintained. Security was excellent - we appreciated that the building was well-secured, so not just anyone could walk in and loiter around the floors and common areas. One of our favorite features was the café on the ground floor, open from 7am to 11pm daily. It made grabbing coffee or a meal incredibly convenient ! There's also a laundry service right across the street, which was a lifesaver during our 8-day stay - we used it a couple of times and it worked out perfectly. As an added bonus, there's an ATM right in front of the building. Overall, this property had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommend!

Our only suggestion for improvement would be the curtains. Our room faced the pool area, which meant it stayed quite bright even at night due to the outdoor lighting. Blackout curtains would have been a wonderful addition and would have saved us from needing to purchase sleeping masks during our stay. This is a minor point, but it would definitely enhance the sleeping experience for future guests in pool-facing units.

Our one-night stay at BE Residences was really good! It was our first time booking on Airbnb, and we had a great experience. The place was clean and had everything we needed for cooking. The bathroom was also very clean. The Wi-Fi was strong, and we liked that our room had a view of the swimming pool. It made our stay more relaxing. We recommend this place for friends, couples, and families who want a nice and quiet stay.

It's a beautiful apartment perfect for staying long or short. The room was perfectly clean and the building got a gym and a pool. I stayed for over a week and I would go again any time.

The property is NOT luxury as advertised.

Everything in the room was dirty, the shower curtain was mouldy, towels smelt, we received ONE towel for 10 days and ONE roll of toilet paper. We also had to ask for a blanket because we were provided only the thinnest sheet in history and the flattest pillows in history. The hot shower worked ONCE in the 10 days, the toilet consistently wouldn’t work and when I continued to raise this I received abusive and threatening texts from Gary, telling us that it was our fault and we should do some “research and common sense” , despite the fact we had been staying on islands with much lesser facilities and yet their hot water and plumbing worked perfectly. Trixia was lovely and tried her best but clearly controlled by Gary. Classic example of power and control, I feel sorry for Trixia as she’s clearly doing her best.

Fantastic pool, with very comfortable lounge chairs. Above average weight room with barbells, dumbbells, benches and a couple cardio machines. Clean comfortable room with a good size fridge and smart tv, good a/c. Very attentive staff that ensure your room has all you require throughout your stay. Great location to walk to malls and the Mercado Sugbo where you will find a mind blowing selection of delicious freshly cooked food choices.

Shower could have been a little hotter but it was fine once you got in it.

Avant d’arriver ils vous mettent la pression sur les consignes à respecter par texto (si vous arrivez avant 14 h vous avez des frais, si vous salissez vous avez des frais…) nous sommes donc arrivés à 15h30 pour être tranquille : le sol de la chambre était trempé rien pour le sécher donc obligé de le faire avec nos propres affaires ! Heureusement que nous ne sommes pas arrivés à 14h comme prévu , je pense que c’était une piscine l’appartement !!! Nous sommes partis immédiatement en ballade (quartier très moyen) et quand nous sommes rentrés à 23h pas d’eau chaude dans les 2 appartements (nos amis) mes amis l’ont signalé à la réception le soir même (rien de fait) puis nous , le lendemain matin, les ôtes sont très hautains, limite moqueurs et nous disent qu’il fallait le signaler la veille en arrivant : nous ne savions pas qu’en prenant notre chambre il fallait faire un Check in de toutes les installations , c’est la première fois que nous voyons cela !!!!! Lit pas fait, moisissure dans la salle de bain , lavabo bouché (voir photos)… Ne vous attendez pas à un hôtel car le gars de l’accueil gère tout un immeuble et les propriétaires sont inexistants si ce n’est que de vous harceler de messages ! À fuir !!!!!!!

I like the apartments, arriving at 4am was fast, easy and comfortable(keys in the box). Apartments has all needed things for staying, for cooking food, very cleaned. Also so quiet there.

This is in a great location, close to the IT park and mall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, very spacious. It's fully equipped if you want to cook.

There isn't a bedside table and the only lighting is the overhead flourescent which isn't so nice when winding down for bedtime or reading.

Could have spare linen in cupboards, and pre-recommended laundry services, and a few additional blankets.

Great location with easy access to night markets and yet still pretty quiet. Very walkable area and the host was responsive. We had a short stay so didn't take advantage but was pleased that the apartment was well-equipped.

The refrigerator was leaking water onto the floor but a call to the host resulted in immediate attention.

Fantastic experience! The apartment was lovely, but the friendly and fantastic hosts truly made the trip memorable.
