Reviewed Apr 12, 2025This place is in a poor neighborhood that you would NEVER go to. “Near the water” means you are just a few yards away from a disgusting burnt out parking lot where locals fish and deal drugs. Dogs, cats and drunks surround you. Very unsafe. Do not bring your family here. This slumlord charges you a $99 cleaning fee. In my case they advertised the room at $120 and snuck in the cleaning fee without telling me. I presented evidence of this to Booking.com. They backed the slumlord. Crooking.com does not protect you or research the properties.

Reviewed Dec 9, 2024Very close to mostly everything! Good transportation nearby you get Cataño and San Juan all in one because the Ferry Terminal is very close by at walking distance
The neighbor parks his car right in front of the house door and that wasn’t very nice but we simply parked ourselves in front of him and let bygones be buygones. My recommendation ask the neighbor not to cover the entrance of the apartment when rented instead of telling us to tell them to let us park there. We never said anything to them.
