The water dispenser only has a cold water function and the hot water option was not available.

Leider habe ich ein Zimmer bekommen, was ganz anders als erwartet war. Das Zimmer hatte kein Kühlschrank, keine Fenster, kein Mülleimer. Ja das Bett war gemütlich. Aber das war’s. Das Bad war in einen nicht schönen Zustand.

Das ist kein Hotel eher ein AirBNB und ist sehr weit weg und selbst der nächste Supermarkt ist über 1 Kilometer weit weg. Meiner Meinung nach, gibt es keinen Grund, diese Unterkunft zu buchen. Highlight war das Fenster in den Flur, wo die ganze Nacht Licht an, damit das Zimmer nicht dunkel ist. Selten sowas dämliches gesehen.

Soap dispenser was not topped up. The room was clean and the mattresses super comfortable, a big plus to our stay.

A mini bar would have been much appreciated.

I like how the room was spacious, clean and comfortable enough to get a good night's rest after a day of playing tourist. The bathroom was also very well equiped with a toilet, bidet, shower, heater and body wash in case you forgot to bring one. The shower and bidet water pressure was very strong. The sink was placed just outside the bathroom which made it easy to get ready. They provided two separate wardrobes with hangers. The curtains provided alot of shade from the hot sun outside. There is a coway that provides both hot and cold water to make our maggie cups and refill our water bottles.

The walls of the rooms are quiet thin. We were lucky there weren't any other tenants beside however i would imagine on a fully packed day like school holidays it'd be abit noisy. Besides that there are no issues with the room and we had a pleasant stay,

Family room was very clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean too. Quiet hotel. Staff was very responsive, both w my queries and when i had a small issue w the aircon. Free parking on 1st floor. V convenient. 2 types of family rooms available, with view & without. Location was good too. Overall i like it & will consider staying again

1) No extra pillows provided. 2) Only 1 bin in the bathroom ( pls hv another in the room) 3) No hooks in the bathroom to hang our clothes & towel.

the extreme difficulty in locating access and guidance to the address even being present on site. The WhatsApp phone access has a lady who is not communicating on the right channel to me and it was a big hassle gaining entry with her guidance. Firstly when after informing her I can't locate the unit's main door entrance she gave me a google map link when I was already there and even sent a "drive to location" video to me despite already telling her I was there already . Then after a lot of useless question guidance from her which didn't help she sent an outdated photo of the entrance to the room unit which didn't match the actual main entrance to the several rooms inside. The entrance number to the unit was A-G-5 but it wasn't shown above it and didn't match the photo sent to me. I had walked from Travelodge to the property in a much shorter time than I spent searching for the entrance with the password number to the device with missing numbers to press. Overall, it was frustrating and torturing experience with this booking. *2nd photo with my driver entering the entrance is the actual entrance *1st photo on left is photo sent to me from property to locate as entrance

Location quite good, plenty of parking, room size for the 1 queen bed type is quite spacious

TV not functioning, can switch on but cannot watch anything. Keep saying no connection even when wifi already connected. Should be getting towel but no towel upon check in, so staff said they will send late afternoon. But until i go out for dinner at 7.45pm still no towel given. Only got the towel when i asked again through whatsapp. No praying mat provided and the rooms are not really sound proof as i can listen to the conversation from room next door when they speak a bit louder than usual. But for it's price i can say just suck it up. Good for budget stay but if you got higher budget go for a better hotel.

酒店入住方式很复杂，没有前台，房间和卫生间都没有窗台，卫生间一直在漏水，洗澡一直没有热水。走廊有很难闻的垃圾味道。很差的入住体验。

Location not bad as to near where I wanted to go. Self check in was pretty easy. Not bad for a short stay. Value for money.

Cleanliness still can be improved. Basin a bit clog and bulb went off not fixed.

Memang selesa....kebersihan pun baik...

The place was very spacious. The self checking and checkout was very convenient and hustle free.

Upon entering the room, we noticed a slight odor in both the bathroom and the main area. However, after washing and rinsing the toilet, the smell dissipated. There was a misunderstanding regarding the deposits; I had booked two rooms and initially thought I only needed to deposit RM100 for both. As a result, I had to make a second deposit for the second booking, which caused a slight delay in receiving the refund for that deposit.
