Essen war immer lecker.Die Küche war sauber.A la carte essen war auch super. Mitarbeiter waren bemüht.Die Liegen wurden am Strand in der früh gewaschen.

Keine klaren Hinweistafel in der ganzen Anlagem.Zugang zum Strand ist an vielen Stellen gesperrt und man muss lange Zeit den Zugang suchen.Keine Übertragung von Champions League Spielen.

Helaas was onze ervaring met Duja Hotel Didim ontzettend slecht. Het hotel zat overvol. Zelfs op de parkeerplaats was nauwelijks ruimte en uiteindelijk moesten we aan de rand van het hotel parkeren. Ook rondom het eten was de organisatie erg slecht. Voor vrijwel alles stonden lange rijen. De structuur ontbrak volledig en het personeel werkte ontzettend traag. Daarnaast werd er nauwelijks meegedacht of geholpen. Wat voor mij het ergste was, was de hygiëne. Alles voelde vies aan. Onze kamer stonk en ook in het restaurant hing een verschrikkelijke geur. Ik heb meerdere keren moeten kokhalzen en kon daar soms letterlijk niet lopen zonder mijn hand voor mijn neus te houden. Na de eerste dag heb ik daarom niet meer in het restaurant gegeten. Daarnaast heb ik foto’s gemaakt van lekkages aan het plafond. Er kwam letterlijk water naar beneden dat op je hoofd en zelfs in je eten kon vallen terwijl je je eten aan het pakken was. Dit vind ik echt onacceptabel voor een hotel van dit niveau. Ook het personeel stelde enorm teleur. De medewerkers waren vaak onbeschoft en totaal niet behulpzaam. Bij het uitchecken moesten we meerdere keren bellen om een buggy te regelen voor onze bagage. We hebben maar liefst vier keer moeten bellen voordat er iets gebeurde. Er werd simpelweg niet geluisterd. Verder was het hotel extreem druk, met ontzettend veel mensen en kinderen. Het was lawaaierig en alles voelde chaotisch en overvol aan. Al met al vind ik dit absoluut geen goed hotel. De combinatie van slechte hygiëne, stank, lekkages, lange wachtrijen, slechte organisatie, lawaai en onbehulpzaam personeel heeft onze vakantie behoorlijk verpest. Mijn beoordeling: 1/10. Ik zou dit hotel absoluut niet aanraden.

Das Familienzimmer war in Grösse für 4 Personen unterdimensioniert und Badezimmer viel zu eng-die Tür ging nach innem auf so das man sich um die Tür mogeln musste um aufs WC zu kommen..armaturen waren verbraucht und nicht gut gewartet. Die Schirme am Strand waren der Endgegner weil zu Tief und auf Augen/Kopf höhe mir herausstehenden scharfen Strohecken-nogo!!! Essen war genießbar aber Standard und nicht abwechslungsreich.Getränke waren reichlich mit Eis und weniger mit Getränke gefüllt Nach 5 Sterne erfahrungen in Antalya war dieses eher ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Würde nicht noch ein mal Buchen.

Deniz çok iyi. Personel çok iyi. Türk gecesi yemekleri mükemmeldi.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und für Kinder ist es sehr überschaulich. Der Aquapark ist super.

Manche Mitarbeiter könnten freundlicher sein. Die Liegeb am Pool sind zu eng einander.

Food was bad. We eat dinner outside in restaurants. It was long line for food. We had to go get our own silverware and drinks. The cleaning people stole my things. We couldn’t have a spot by pool because people put their towers on the chairs overnight or very early in the morning and hold them all day, they do not enforce the rules. I will not go to this resort again.

Sauberkeit der Zimmer vielen Dank an das Putzcrew.Im Zimmer viel Stauraum für Bekleidung... Grosse gepflegte Anlage. Herrlich das Meer!Es hat zum Teil ım Wasser grosse Felsen hat uns aber nicht gestört.Wenn man möchte kann Man Badeschuhe tragen.

Die lange Warteschlange am Büffet.Wir sind auch schon zum Abendessen später gegangen wegen Platzmangel,da hatte es aber leider nichtmehr soviel Auswahl.

This is our second visit. We stayed only 3 nights but had a very nice little break. Staff was friendly location, beach, food , snacks were great for the value.

An der Unterkunft hat mir gar nichts gefallen. Wieder noch die Lage wieder noch die Aussicht wie du noch sonst irgendetwas das Hotel nicht eher etwas älteren Menschen, die ab 60 Jahre alt sind damit sie ihre Ruhe haben.

Am zweite Tag meines Aufenthalts wollte ich das Hotel verlassen, aber leider Booking kam erst 7 Tage später auf mich per E-Mail telefonisches Booking nicht erreichbar gewesen. Das Hotel wollte auch nicht, dass ich das Hotel verlasse, kam jeden Tag dazu, à la carte Restaurants zu benutzen, aber reinste Sau. Es hat noch nichts geschmeckt. Das Essen war Katastrophe. Dazu wohnen noch meine Kinder krank, weshalb ich mich auch entschlossen habe, das Hotel zu verlassen. Es stellte sich auch heraus, dass mehrere Kinder auch krank geworden sind. Also ich kann nicht so gar nicht empfehlen.

great area on the decking at the back of the hotel but the pool was rammed with kids and was noisy. Everyone had taken a sunbed before 7.30 which was not desired. Probably wouldn't have sat around the pool anyway.

it was the usual large hotel that was packed with a lot of families because it was end of season. Not the best experience with loud inconsiderate people banging doors at 3am, kids running up the corridors and the room next door snoring and chatting until 4am. Advice. Move the headboards so they are not back to back would be a good start and don't go end of the season...

All staff were friendly especially the guest experience and reception staff. A great choice of foods at all meal times Cleanliness of the property was good

the only good thing about this hotel was the staff. They were helpful and brilliant whenever we’ve had an issue. Food was ok for fear it is but nothing exceptional I’m afraid.

Unfortunately this property is falling apart at the seams. We’ve arrived at 2 am in the morning which we let them know about in advance but still the room we were given had a faulty aircon and no cot ready in there so waiting to change a room and getting the cot around meant we went to bed at 4 am- not great with a four month old baby. The second room they put us in was in a bad state, I have lots of photos- but the worst of it was the lip between the room and bathroom was lose so we’ve had a few close falls. This room was changed for us too. The wellness centre is probably the worst aspect of the hotel- again I have lots of photos and could go on about the dilapidated state of it if I didn’t have a baby to look after- let’s just say I’ve been to much better Groupon ’spas’

Kamers waren vies, diverse malen kakkerlakken aangetroffen, de airco die nauwelijks werkt. Door personeelstekort moet je lang wachten voor je drinken.

The hotel was very clean, the location was beautiful, and the food was tasty and varied. The whole family, including children under 5, had a great time.

I can't think of any negatives.

Le personnel très agréable, à l'écoute et répondent aux demandes rapidement. Bonne qualité au niveau de l'alimentation sauf qu'il n'y a pas trop de proposition. La mer magnifique, et piscines propres

Le nettoyage des chambres: A l'arrivée très propre mais par la suite le nettoyage n'est pas bien réalisé. Il n'y a pas d'animation les soirs ni pour les enfants ni pour les adultes.

Сподобався номер, смачна різноманітна їжа.

Часто ламався ліфт, музика на диско не сучасна і мало місця, в ресторані офіціанти розгублені, мало фруктів. Але ці недоліки не вплинули на загальне враження. Готель чудовий.

Mooie familiekamer en elke blok heeft zijn eigen zwembad. Leuk en lange strand met genoeg standstoelen.

Kinderen verveelde s’avonds. Kinder show mag gevarieerd en aantrekkelijker zijn. Elke avond zelfde liedjes, zelfde moves is niet leuk.

Beautiful hotel and location- lots of different areas to relax in.

Zeer lang aanschuiven voor alles!!!( eten, bars,..) Het eten had GEEN smaak! Wij zijn geen moeilijke eters maar het eten was echt NOk!!

L’établissement est plutôt bien situé, et la nourriture varié.

Le personnel très jeune n’était pas souriant et agréable, beaucoup d’attente partout, difficile de trouver de l’eau froide, accueil mal car nous avons littéralement était jeter dans notre chambre sans accueil, la clim fonctionnait mal, le frigo pareil, la chambre était petite. Bref ne mérite pas un 5 étoiles.

The water park was really good. Nice green areas. The evening entertainment was good. I liked that there were lots of fridges with water readily available. Checkout time was good at 12pm. The robes and slippers in the room were a nice touch along with the bottle of wine and fruit delivery.

The family room was very small and not enough space or storage. There could have been more toilet facilities around and cleaned more frequently. I didn’t like that the sun-beds around the pool areas were crammed in. Didn’t like that there was no children’s play area. Dining room air conditioning wasn’t the best. More staff needed on the bars and Starbucks counters serving drinks.

We stayed at the Duja Didim for a single night before moving onto another property. We were arriving late so emailed ahead to see if we would be able to get some dinner. Didn’t receive a response. We checked in and were told they had no food available until midnight. We had three kids with us and hadn’t eaten in hours. An ‘ultra all inclusive’ it most certainly wasn’t. They offered us packet sandwiches to them stating the chef would ‘put something together’. They then served us burgers and chicken nuggets 45 minutes later that I wouldn’t feed an animal. If you imagine the best chicken nugget you’ve ever had, give that a ten. This was a 1. Turkey dinosaurs would be like haute cuisine here. We also sat and watched them fill bottles of water from the tap. We ate nothing. There were NO premium spirits which is part of what makes and ‘ultra’ all inclusive. The evening show was horrendous so we returned to our room. Past all the stray dogs, a few old sofas and some rubbish that had been put out. No air conditioning. Part of me questioned if there was even air. They brought a single fan for us which dispersed months of dust into that aforementioned air. At 12:30 I returned for the 5th time to reception and insisted they moved us. We slept a total of 4 hours and were greeted in the morning with them trying to upsell us VIP transport to our other destination. Duja know something. DON’T EVER stay here. Hands down the worst hotel I’ve stayed at ever and it wasn’t cheap.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, Ausblick (mit Meerblick) war richtig schön. Auch der Strandteil des Hotels war mit vielen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet, sodass man immer einen freien Platz gefunden hat.

Leider war das Essen überhaupt nicht abwechslungsreich. Am 5. Tag habe ich vom Essen Probleme mit meinem Magen und Darm bekommen, wahrscheinlich war etwas verdorben oder an der Grenze zu verdorben.

Everything was superb from the check in to check out the staff the services were amazing . To me this was 10* not 5! The food was Devine all day long, the evening entertainment was amazing every night . The day activities were spot on and kept my son really entertained. The rooms were big and light. The location is away from the hussle and bussel of Bodrum. I loved every moment spent there. My father had never been to turkey and I wanted to show him the beauty of it and he’s come back ready to book again at Duja. They went above and beyond to meet my EVERY NEED. From close room on property to allowing my father to have a massage outside by the sea. They literally accommodated my every wish. I can’t recommend Duja didim enough. Simply the best holiday I have ever had. The hygiene levels are 10/10 the attention to detail 100% and I have to give a huge shout out to my brother furkan at guest relations who’s level of service was the best I have ever experienced. Also the entertainer toto I think his name was ( does swimming exercises) he was AMAZING with the crowed in the pool. The music was perfect the a la cart was amazing . The beach was clean and calm. This simply is the place to visit if you want an amazing holiday . Thank you to the team . Ms Ali

Nothing to not like

Igazából minden szuper volt, de főleg az aquapark, az ellátás bőséges volt, a takarítók minden nap rendbe tették a szobánkat. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.

A szobánk elég szűk volt, az ágy mellett éppen csak el lehetett araszolni.

The receptionist was very helpful and helped us a lot, the food was delicious and the water games were fun.

There was a lot of noise in the hotel as the songs were played until 12 am and in the morning they start cleaning at 9 am and the cleaning staff is very annoying and you can't sleep because of their noise. The room does not have a comfortable blanket as the room has a very light blanket. Also the swimming pools are very cold and you cannot enjoy swimming because of the cold.

My stay at the hotel was extremely pleasant, primarily due to the high standards of cleanliness and tidiness maintained throughout the property – from the rooms and common areas to the surrounding green spaces. A particularly thoughtful touch was the welcome gift awaiting us in the room, which included a bottle of wine, fresh fruit, and a personalized welcome note. During our stay, we were also contacted by the customer service team to check if everything was satisfactory and to offer assistance or take suggestions, which reflected a high level of professionalism and care.

The only drawback was the section of the public beach used by the hotel. Unfortunately, this area did not meet the same standards as the rest of the hotel. It was not well maintained, the umbrellas were small, and the sun loungers lacked mattresses, making them quite uncomfortable for extended use.

Prisvärt, familjärt och bra personal.

Massagen var det sämsta vi har varit med om. Vi var 4 personer och alla var riktigt onöjda. Italienska a la carte restaungen borde stängas ned. Det har ”ramlat” in en liten kyckling bit i min kycklingpasta.
