First of all we walked in it stank of old moldy musky smell which we soon worked out was the washing machine one room had a broken telly so wasnt off to a good start.then with in few hrs we lost all water pressure left with trickling tap n no flush on the toilets at the same time we noticed water leaking out on the floor around the fridge a maintenance man did come the next day but didnt fix it we had Intermittent toilet flushing, and one room had no water coming out the shower other showers just about working then became Intermittent with the amount of water coming out the pipe over the stay we left and the problem was still nt fixed was a lovely place other than that swimming pool is a distance away frm the house but not the worst thing

Home away from home. Very welcoming and clean. Decorated to a high standard and had all the appliances needed. The location was perfect. Very quiet and very secure.

From the moment we arrived at the complex, we knew the apartment was going to be fantastic. Absolutely stunning the whole villa, for two people to ourselves. I'm trying to book for December right now. Loved it so much I didn't want to leave. Our Host Janet, lovely lady!! Villa had the WOW factor!!! Beautiful place, so many rooms and superbly spacious and extremely clean, and we kept it that way!!!

You definitely need a car to stay at this place!

Choose house mainly for the pool and wifi, but very long walk to pool, not ideal with an infant and a bad knee. Poor wifi service. Dryer not working throughout stay. There should be a folder welcoming us and stating do's and don'ts.

EVERYTHING…… from the moment I entered to the moment I exited. I was in awe. MISS JANET’S presence felt like a mom that came with the property. I was at peace …..even while mourning my grandma.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like but I would have loved if the pool was closer .

Casa Bella Vista was an absolutely outstanding property. It was not far from the town centre, a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes by car. This property was well looked after and the bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms were to a really high standard. The housekeeper was for the property was really outstanding and she was always on hand to support and she had a team of cleaners who came in and looked after the property and they also completed an outstanding job. Absolutely outstanding place to stay. You will all love it.

The property was well kept IAQ Was a concern tho I guess because it was closed up .Once the A/C is on it’s not so bad tho

Base on the advertisement we thought the pool was right outside however it’s walking distance at the community center basically and we weren’t able to watch anything but YouTube.

Everything,was outstanding having this villa made our holiday, it was absolutely beautiful, literally felt at home.

That the pool was not in back garden, but was able to adjust to communal pool and was able to relax there and at gym and meet new people.

Loved the location and view from the pool area. House is modern and clean. It provides all the amenities needed. Communication between me and host was very easy.

The gated community was lovely and we felt very safe but there are a lot of houses and the pool was very far from the house.

This is a large, spacious and modern property built in a gated community. It has all the equipment needed to self cater. The communal pool is great with beds to lounge on and a lovely view down to ocho rios. Security on the gates at all times so very safe. It is only a 10 minute drive to the beach/bars and restaurants in ocho rios. You do need a car or a driver as there is no way you could walk anywhere, the complex is at the top of a very very steep hill and there are few footpaths on the main road.

The smell! There was a very strong musty/mouldy smell in the main front bedroom and lounge area which was quite over powering and made all our clothes smell too. There were no signs of damp so not really sure what was causing it.

Our only concern was the lack of hot water at night.

I love everything about my stay at Casa Bella, Ms Janet was easy to reach and communicate with. I will definitely stay again when I visit Jamaica.

Costa Bella Vista felt like home away from home. The Villa was absolutely gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and rooms were well equipped with everything we needed. The host was very pleasant and quick to respond. I absolutely enjoyed my stay and cannot wait to visit again.

Location was ideal and close to the town of Ocho Rios.

We loved everything!!! The hosts are super friendly, and we were well looked after by Miss Janet ( contact person during our stay). The villa is newly built, and EVERTHING was fresh and clean. The kids really enjoyed their stay here. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Jamaica.

Everything about the pyramid point and its staff especially Ms. Janet who is like family was exceptional they went above and beyond to make my honeymoon/family stay a memorable one!!! I will definitely be booking again and I highly recommend you to do the same you won't regret it!!!
