I would not recommend staying here. The quality of the unit and professionalism was appalling. I have stayed in 3 units of this condominium complex and this unit did not meet the standards of the other units. Upon entering this unit, it looked and felt like no one has stayed here for some time. When my family and I walked around the unit, we saw cockroaches (dead and living) and dead and living bugs and spiders along the walls and even a bug moving on one of the beds. It seemed like the bugs lived her more than humans did. My family and I asked for another unit they have on the west coast which the property manager shared there were no other units. The property manager suggested to use bleach and other insecticides, but my pregnant sister was not comfortable smelling those toxins and so we decided to leave. Who would want to sleep where the share a bed with a bug and bring it home to the states with them or smell chemicals during the stay? Luckily, my family and I were able to find an Airbnb that can allow us to move in the same day and we took that. Same condominium, no bugs, amazing host. When we asked our infested unit for a refund, the company first agreed to pay for the nights we didn’t stay (which was every night) and then changed their mind last minute. The property manager then messaged me a week after saying that “the weather has made me go mad”. Very unprofessional.

The information to check-in was not accurate, wrong codes. The owner requested credit card details in a separate form, a requirement that was not refered to under booking.com terms.
