Overall great experience. Was hoping to have local tv channels but it worked out ok.
The only issue I encountered was the abundance of ants on the floor and bed, resulting in numerous bites on our body, but apart from that, it was an amazing place
This was just a wonderful, clean, professional hotel. I was absolutely happy with every detail.
We were looking for a place to stay for a quick visit to Tacloban for a friend's wedding around the Palo area. Our key concern was the proximity since we didn't want to book anywhere too far. Fan's was a great find. They had a nice and clean place, accommodating staff, and was close to a bunch of places to see, food to sample, and not as much traffic as the city's main roads.
Great place with a nice staff. I enjoyed the good foor every morning. The staff were super frriendly. I shall return. "Mac Arthur"

What I didn't like is the buffet they don't refill/ the room has no chair and slippers
We loved our stay at the hotel. It would be better though if the lounge and bar was operational during our stay.
I loved this place, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are so clean and the design is really nice too, I enjoyed the breakfast and the quietness was a massive bonus considering I was struggling with jet lag, I couldn't rate it highly enough, if you are looking for a few nights of peace and quiet with amazing food and staff, stay here.
