It was not straightforward. I wondered a bit since the sign was small. For a short stay .. it is an excellent value for money. The location of the property is in a quiet residential area. The room is clean, furniture and appliances are new.

The room is in the basement of the property thus, it is a bit dark yet acceptable. You will need a car to reach the property and have access to shops. At the time of my stay, there were no shops nearby for basic groceries.

The room is very comfortable, clean and tidy. The facilities in the room are quite complete such as a refrigerator complete with a freezer and beverage water heater as well as a clean bathroom complete with hot and cold water, and a laundry room facility (separate) which is very useful for travelers. The location is very strategic in the middle of a very quiet apartment housing, Easy to find when driving with or booking a taxi. There is a mosque that can be accessed only by walking in less than 3 minutes. The location is also close to the Islamic University of Madinah (about 1 km), Masjid Quba (1.5 km) and the Masjid Al Haram or Nabawi (3.5 km).

There are no television facilities and towels in the room. However, with a stable WiFi network, it feels like it is enough to be an antidote for television absence.
