Beautiful views from a stunning room, short walk from Imerovigli for anything you need! Staff extremely friendly and helpful for picking places to eat at!

Some rooms as theyre along the Fira to Oia walk are lower down along the path so people walking past can see, but this is at majority of hotels along the caldera views and this hotel was probably one of the least overlooked.

Own special room fragrance, stunning, very nice staff

Truly an unforgettable experience! We highly recommend the sunset view rooms at the top floor. The room is amazing, spacious, clean and with the best beds ever. The staff was amazing, the view breathtaking, the food was delicious, both breakfast and in room service. We were particularly amazed by the Greek breakfast and the fish of the day. And the price is not far off from nearby restaurants. It was very quiet and compared to Fira or Oia it was much less busy and much more private. The massage was also great. IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE ROOMS: the best rooms are the sunset ones at the top floor (e.g. 204). The other rooms are still great but less private since you can see and be seen from the small streets around the property. From our room we did not see anyone for the whole stay (although you could theoretically see othe people pools from the edge of the pool).

Just one imperfection that did not affect our stay at all: we once got served the wrong breakfast, but it was quickly fixed in a couple minutes.

לקחנו את חדר 101 בצד המזרחי (לא עם הנוף למפרץ), רעש מהרכבים מהכביש הסמוך, כל מי שיורד במדרגות יכול להסתכל לתוך המרחב של הבריכה הפרטית, פוגע בפרטיות, יתר החדרים עם יותר פרטיות. ממליץ לשקול חימום הבריכה.

The breakfast was amazing! I would definitely stay in the sunrise suite if we were to stay again. All the little details of this hotel were incredible one of our favourite places we ever stayed.

It would be great if they had a pool on the location for everyone that you could use after check out if having to wait for flight

Sunset cave odaları için şunu bilmekte fayda var, fotoğraflarda görünmüyor ama havuzun tam altından bir yürüyüş yolu geçiyor. Geçen insanlar kafalarını çevirse havuzda sizi görebilir aynı şekilde odalar ve havuzlar dipdibe o yüzden havuzun içindeyken yan odanın havuzunu ve yan otelin tamamınu görebiliyorsunuz, tabi onlar da sizi görebiliyor. Eğer beklentiniz mahremiyet ise maalesef karşılanmayacak.

Personale gentile e disponibile, struttura favolosa e anche ben posizionata. Katerina è stata gentilissima e ci ha consigliato posti incantevoli.

Truly impressive design, basically the same view as Cavo Tagoo

The large windows, although very pretty, are flimsy and with wind, they make very loud noises. We could not sleep the whole night due to this fault in the windows, although they were securely locked and closed. When we mentioned this to the reception (mind you we paid 1k EUR for the room), their answer was "Thank you for letting us know". Before positing this, I texted the hotel directly and got a much more polite answer from their manager in a couple of hours. However, this does not change our experience in any way.

My stay at **One of One Hotel** was absolutely amazing and exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly and made the check-in process quick and seamless. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The hotel provides outstanding services and pays great attention to every detail. The staff were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any request, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend One of One Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience. My advice is to book in advance for the best rates and make the most of the hotel's excellent facilities. I will definitely return on my next visit.

Amazing pool suite with cave feeling! We enjoyed every evening watching the sunset over Oia/the caldera without the mass of tourists on the island. Our stay was very relaxing especially because of the quiet environment of the hotel. The only people passing are the few tourists taking a hike from Fira to Oia. Because the hiking path is on a lower level than the pool, most of them didn’t even see us. It is important to mention that it is only a few sportive people that walk by there. Most hotels with a similar amazing view are located directly in Imerovigli or Fira and apart from the fact that you have to walk a lot of stairs for most of the rooms, in some hotels lots of tourists walk directly through the hotel premises because the main street for example divides the room area and the pool area. Also for most hotels there is absolutely no privacy on the terraces or pools. The location is amazing. It’s only a short drive from the airport (we had a rental car and used the hotel parking area) and a good base of operations, no matter if you drive to Oia or the lighthouse. It it located on the outskirts of Imerovigli and therefore is very quiet. In the night it felt like we were alone on the Island. The food was amazing as well and priced somewhat near the prices of the surrounding restaurants and as you can eat on your own terrace with magnificient view you wouldn’t need to choose another restaurant just because of location. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Everything is delivered directly to the rooms and can be ordered via app, which was very easy to do and was very comfortable. Breakfast (included in the booking price) could be preordered via app and was very abundant. A nice service as well was that we were able to use the facilities even on the day we already checked out if our room. Therefore we were able to do a boat tour and a hike, use the changing rooms and showers in the hotel before heading to the airport. Staff was always very friendly and...

A little bit pricy but we wanted an unforgettable experience for only 2 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we absolutely enjoyed our stay there.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I booked it for my honeymoon because, based on the photos on the website, the room appeared to offer good privacy and a beautiful seafront view. However, when I arrived, what I found was extremely disappointing. The room had a private pool, but directly in front of it there was a very low wall. As a result, anyone walking by could easily see into both our private pool and our room. There was absolutely no privacy. I tried to resolve the situation with the hotel, but they had no other rooms available and refused to offer any refund. In the end, I had to find another hotel at the last minute, pay an extremely high nightly rate, and still lost all the money I had paid for the four nights I had booked at this hotel. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

The property was immaculate! An absolute dream. Nothing was out of place and everything was thoughtfully curated.

One of the best experiences in my entire travel journey thus far. The hotel is luxury and opulence, with a superb and friendly staff. The views are stunning and breathtaking, a private personal view of the Caldera all to yourself with your own pool. Agreisa was so polite and friendly, and the staff and services exceeded my expectations. Definitely coming back!

I don’t think this hotel is worth the price. We did not get a room with a sea view as the hotel’s photos suggest. Our room was located right next to the road, so we could hear traffic noise constantly, and there was an unpleasant smell from car exhaust fumes. I have stayed in much cheaper hotels where the housekeeping staff made the beds much more neatly.😅 At the beginning, we were told that we could use the bars freely, but later we received an invoice for the charges. Overall, the hotel looks much less luxurious and considerably cheaper in reality than it appears in the photos. I was quite disappointed with the overall value for money.

הארוחת בוקר הייתה טובה אבל אוכל קצת קר בארוחה מגיע 2 שתייה לסועד, הזמנו 1 קפה 1 תפוזים ו2 מים וחייבו אותנו על 2 מים אז הזמנו עוד קפה ותפוזים סתם מיותר

This hotel was amazing! Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived with friendly welcoming members of staff. The facilities were of high quality and the rooms were amazing. Great quality breakfast with great choice. The pool and the views of the sunset every night were amazing! Would 100000% stay again!

We stayed in 2 rooms. The larger cave suite upstairs had great privacy and views. The downstairs slightly smaller cave suites pool and outside area had less privacy and were just off a track which was the Thira to Oia hike and constantly had people walking past and looking into your pool area.

The size of the room was stunning and the views from the balcony is one of a kind. The food was delicious and the staff was amazingly kind.

The only complaint I have is the amount of flies that we encountered on the balcony. I mean it was concerning and very annoying. I probably killed about 30 flies within a 1 hour timeframe. I'm not sure if it was a dumpster nearby or something had died near the property but it was very bad.

Più tutto la posizione, le camere si affacciano su un panorama mozzafiato, io avevo la camera sulla caldera. Nel percorso verso le camere, corridoi scuri e rilassanti, molto di effetto, un profumo meraviglioso. La zona palestra è stupenda. La pulizia davvero impeccabile, la camera è dotata di impianto elettrico all’avanguardia, per la gestione di illuminazione molto suggestiva, anche all’interno degli armadi, condizionamento e tv di grandi dimensioni, che, da spenta, riflette la bellezza della camera e del suo panorama. Ho apprezzato anche molto la macchina nespresso per il caffè, il gentile omaggio di un’ottima bottiglia di vino locale, il letto comodissimo con cuscini di due tipologie, più ampio e più sottile. L’arredamento poi merita una menzione a parte, c’è uno studio dell’architettura dell’interno che si integra perfettamente con quella esterna e con l’ambiente vulcanico dell’isola. Le porte, le pareti, le superfici, i lavandini, grandissima attenzione ai materiali perfettamente armonizzati tra loro, con contrasto di colore e di superficie. La colazione, servita in camera secondo un menu estremamente vario, è favolosa: tutto buonissimo, dolce e salato, presentato in maniera da soddisfare oltre che il palato anche la vista. Forse una delle cose, inoltre, che ho apprezzato di più è il meraviglioso silenzio che si gode in questo posto magico. Ed in questo unico silenzio, non scontato in un’isola che ama anche la mondanità, ci si immerge in un panorama da sogno, che cambia ad ogni ora del giorno e ad ogni nuvola che passa, in maniera immersiva.

Non mi è piaciuto l’utilizzo delle confezioni di plastica monouso per Shampoo, balsamo, crema corpo, che pur essendo di ottima marca, con un profumo buonissimo unisex mostrano un’attenzione ridotta all’impatto ambientale. Sarebbero meglio dei dispenser ricaricabili.

В отеле есть номера Sunset с видом на кальдеру и номера Sunrise, которые выходят на дорогу и провода. В номерах Sunrise где-то в далеке видно море, но это СОВСЕМ не тот вид, который показывают на фотографиях на букинге. На букинге провода ЗАФОТОШОПЛЕНЫ! Все время слышен шум проезжающих машин. Часто останавливаются автобусы, от которых еще и жутко пахнет выхлопными газами. Еще из минусов - дешевые поролоновые подушки. Стыдно для отеля 5 звезд. Я считаю, что нельзя так обманывать клиентов. Если бы мы знали, что вместо красивой уединенной террасы получим шум и вид на дорогу - мы бы выбрали точно другой отель. В мае за 600 евро в сутки на острове есть нормальный выбор. Менеджер отеля была груба и вместо извинений сказала, что мы получили ровно то, что забронировали. Ужас.

Absolutely incredible! We stayed in the Cave Suite Caldera View and it was exceptional. The views, service and staff were amazing and we can’t wait to return. Great location with lots nearby including a lovely souvlaki restaurant just next door. The room service breakfast has a lot of options to choose from- all of which are amazing. Thank you One of One for this unforgettable stay!

Le niveau des prestations d’hôtellerie sont à revoir la qualité de la cuisine est médiocre. il n’y a que la présentation qui est soignée mais il n’y a pas de goût. On s’attend à une prestation du même niveau que la qualité de la chambre et de la vue. Ni le petit déjeuner ni le room service n’ont été au rendez vous.

Update: the manager reached out to me and kindly and professionally handled the situation offering a partial refund so the situation is fixed. Be careful when booking “sunrise” rooms! Photos from the booking don’t show that your pool (and room itself) is extremely close to the road! Which cause a lot of noise from cars, bikes and trucks (as well as curious looks from drivers) ! The road itself is literally over the fence which is around 5-7 meters from the entrance of your room! The description and photos were not clear to mention that and my next door neighbour were shocked and very disappointed because these sunrise rooms costed 500€ The only one thing that hotel can propose you is to upgrade your room which is + 500€ per night :)))) If it’ll be available The rest is that Rooms are very stylish, big, and clean. Stuff is nice. Sunset rooms are magical.
