The front door security code to enter. The numbers and pushing them is quite difficult. Resulting in multiple times failure.

Left a wallet at the property and the managers rang us late morning saying they found it and made arrangements to get it to us. Awesome service. Thank You!!

This property exceeded our expectations, we were a group of three males in town for golf and this place was excellent, super super clean and tidy, three large bedrooms, very modern and comfortable with laundry facilities for the use at the end of each day.

Great location, short walk to lake and shops but really quiet and peaceful. The house is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need. We wanted to stay longer!

One of the best appointed stays we have had. It was clean and well thought through for travellers which made it a very comfortable and easy stay. The property’s proximity to the city CBD was also a big bonus.

Great location. Walking distance to centre of Taupo shops. Modern home with good size rooms and table tennis table in garage. Hosts provide laundry detergent, and other cleaning products. Neapresso machine.

Down a right of way, shared driveway, with 3 properties and can just take 4 parked cars so is a bit tight for turning and reversing up the drive .

Needed a cork screw and fish slice. With 6 adults it would have been better to had another arm chair

Locality good to Taupo cafes and lake. Walking distance. Quiet ROW property at rear. Good parking. House very comfortable and good amenities. Nespresso coffee machine and pods appreciated as was the chocolate in the fridge. Would be nice if more board games or a pack of cards but enjoyed the ones they had. 😉 Would definitely use again.

Relaxing, clean and spacious Everything you needed

We turned up on a cold wet day and the house was so welcoming with the hosts putting on the lights and turning on the heat pump so it was lovely and warm. The house was stunning and exactly like the pictures. A nice touch with the complimentary toiletries. The location was great being close proximity to town. The table tennis in the garage is a fantastic addition. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

The beds were a little firm for all of us, not sure if a mattress topper would be an option. We found the house had a strong odor - not sure if it was chemical or from being fairly new and being closed up when not in use but would not deter us from staying again.

Amazing place to stay with family, had everything we needed and close to town. Nice coffee :)

Very expensive and too many notes telling you what you couldn’t do. Made the experience less relaxing than it should have been

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the rental was perfect, location gain and within walking distance of the main town and eateries, didn't need a taxi until our last night when the weather went rotten so had one both ways to The Vine Eatery which we frequented on numerous occasions. Taxi only cost $11 and he picked us up and dropped us off at the door due to heavy rain which was a bonus as we would have been soaked just walking up or down the driveway.

The waste disposal, it was quite confusing and unclear what we were expected to do, we were concerned at making the wrong choice and incurring some charge of some kind from the Management Team as there seemed to be a threat of some charge or another if you even put something back into the wrong place, that side of the deal was rather dis-concerting

The smart tv was difficult to navigate tbh and also it was unclear which of the 6 switches in the bathroom was for the heated towel rail!

Loved that it was warm and clean, easy to find, parking was great.

The only thing I didn’t like was no spa pool😊 even though there are many hot pools around, just the thought of having to leave a nice clean home didn’t make me want to go out.

Thought the house was very well presented, spotlessly clean and perfect for us. We would certainly book it again and bring our spouses 😉

Only suggestion would be is to add mirrors in all bedrooms including perhaps a full length mirror for the master bedroom. Also perhaps a hook in each room.
