Локацията, апартамента е изключително удобен с всичко необходимо. Домакина е много отзивчив и съдейства светкавично, когато бях забравила картата си на масата в апартамента. Има невероятна просторна тераса с гледка към града и морето. Всичко беше чудесно !

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα! Μπροστά σχεδόν στην παραλία του Βόλου! Πας παντού με τα πόδια..είναι δίπλα τα μαγαζιά και η αγορά. Πολύ άνετο μέσα το σπίτι και με ένα φανταστικό μπαλκόνι!!

Large and light filled apartment with huge balcony and impressive views. Location was very central and walkable to harbour, dining and shopping districts. Parking available in a nearby parking station for 10 euro a day.

Η τοποθεσία ειναι εκπληκτική και γενικότερα ολο το διαμέρισμα Μας έρχεται μια περιπέτεια με την βρύση του μπάνιου με το μπήκαμε στο σπίτι και αποκατασταθηκε άμεσα... Η διαμονή μας ηταν εξαιρετική

In dieser Wohnung haben wir es das erste Mal erlebt, dass wir das dritte Bett selbst beziehen mussten.

Very cozy apartment whit nice view to the sea and to the mountain. The big terrace, lovely place fir coffee and relax!

Ειναι ένα συμπαθητικό διαμέρισμα σε κεντρικό σημείο. Έχει ωραία θέα, πολυ μεγάλη βεράντα και ειναι κοντά σε ολα τα μαγαζιά για καφε και φαγητό.

Το σημείο του σπιτιού ειναι σε πεζόδρομο και σε έναν απο τους πιο κεντρικούς δρόμους. Αν εχεις αυτοκίνητο δεν εχει κοντά δημόσιο ή ιδιωτικό παρκινκ . Στον δρόμο απαγορεύεται. Και αν επισκεφτείς το μέρος σε γιορτινές μερες όλο γίνεται πολυ πιο δύσκολο και κουραστικό.

Sehr zentrale Lage mit seitlichem Blick vom wunderbaren Balkon auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und vermittelt ein Zuhause Gefühl. Sie ist geräumig und hell. Der umlaufende Balkon ist ein Traum.

Leider hat während unseres Aufenthalts die Zentralheizung nicht funktioniert, so dass wir mit den Klimaanlagen heizen mussten (wir waren Anfang Dezember dort).

Ήταν σε πολύ καλό σημείο και ο ιδιοκτήτης μας άφησε να κάνουμε check-in μία ώρα γρηγορότερα.

Λίγο η καθαριότητα θέλει προσοχή όπως μέσα στο ψυγείο και στο πάπλωμα το καναπέ βρήκαμε αρκετές τρίχες .

Τα πάντα...Θέα,Καθαριότητα,Άνεση, Παροχές. Πρώτη φορά που δεν υπάρχει κανένα αρνητικό σχόλιο.Χιλια μπράβο στον οικοδεσπότη.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άνετο , με ωραία διαρρύθμιση και εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Ο ανοιγομενος καναπές γίνεται άνετο διπλό κρεβάτι που βόλεψε πολύ τις κόρες μας. Η πολυκατοικία είναι σε πολύ καλή θέση, κοντά στη θάλασσα και στην αγορά.

Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού θα ήθελα να είναι πιο σταθερό. Ένιωθα ότι βούλιαζα ελαφρώς μέσα όταν ξαπλωνα και με ενοχλούσε στον αυχένα μου.

Εξαιρετικο οπως παντα. Μενω εκει οταν επισκέπτομαι το Βόλο. Καθαρο, ανετο, ωραιο ντεκορ, μπαλκονι που βλέπει και παραλια και Πηλιο, διπλα στη θάλασσα και ολο το κεντρο του Βολου και την παραλια. Εξαιρετικη επικοινωνια με τον ιδιοκτητη και ευκολο check in

Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα Καθαρό κ άνετο Είχε τα πάντα! Υπέροχη θέα κ σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο Το μπαλκόνι υπέροχο όπως κ το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού !

Excellent, beautifully decorated, spacious apartment in the very center. The windows are excellent and there is no noise from the street. The terrace is fantastic on two sides, so it has shade both in the morning and in the evening. The building is quiet and we hardly even saw the neighbors. The apartment is close to the border of the parking zone and you can park nearby for free. In the building is one of the best gyros that works until 2 in the morning if you are hungry. The apartment has everything you need.

The water from the air conditioner drains on the terrace and the shower requires minor repairs.

Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ εξυπηρετική, δίπλα στο κέντρο και μετακινείσαι άνετα με τα πόδια. Το διαμέρισμα πανέμορφο, πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και ο οικοδεσπότης είχε προβλέψει τα πάντα. Επιπλέον υπέροχη τεράστια βεράντα με ωραία θέα.

Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά, με την πρώτη ευκαιρία θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω.

Big and cozy apartment, very well equipped with some extras for kids. The host made sure that we have extra coffee capsules, washing detergent and there was a package of cookies waiting for us. We were travelling with a baby and the host provided many children books and toys which was amazing! There’s an AC in both living room and bedroom which was great because the apartment is a penthouse and heats up very quickly. The bathroom was great, with washing machine, same for kitchen with many useful devices. The host provided a baby cot and bedding plus baby feeding chair which was super helpful. The bed on the bedroom was very big and comfortable. The apartment has a massive rooftop terrace which can be accessed from every room and is great to watch sunset, hang out and dry clothes very quickly in the strong sun. The view is amazing, with mountains on one side and the port on the other. The location is superb, just few meters from a promenade with plenty of bars and restaurants. The communication with host and accessing the apartment went all very smoothly. Definitely worth recommending.

The lifts in the building are very tiny. As family, we always had to take both lifts to go up. It’s hard to find parking spot nearby the building as this is a very lovely part of the city.

Host communicated extremely well and was accommodating. Detailed instructions were provided. Apartment was nicely decorated and spacious. Extra sheets and towels were provided. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

It's right off a main street so it gets quite loud with traffic and music all night long. If you want to be in the center of the action, this is the place.

Splendid apartment, very clean, equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located on the seashore, and the huge terrace offers a view of both the sea and the Pelion Mount. Situated on the main street, many shops and restaurants are very close. Very good communication with the host, with promptly answers to our requests. We will come back with great pleasure!

Great apartment with huge terrace on the corner, with view at the sea on your left side and on your right side is downtown. Apartment nicer than on photos. You will find everything you need for pleasant stay. Clean, new, comfortable, modern with all nice details and useful book about Pelion. Also, you can find garage nearby, very easy. You will enjoy in Volos, modern town with a lots of taverns, bakeries, cafes, restaurants with traditional offer Tsipouro and meze, nice beaches. Dimitris will be at your disposal, but he will not disturb you. Great apartment on the best location in Volos! Thank you Dimitris for your hospitality! Hope we will come again!

Very clean and cozy. Perfect location with a nice seaview and very close to Volos seaside. Just a few minutes walk to the centre.

Closeness to central roads with a lot of traffic, this results to a bit of traffic noise that can be heard inside the apartment.
