Absolut saubere und gemütliche Unterkunft direkt am Strand von Tamarin. Nur der Link zum Standort hat nicht gestimmt, es war etwas schwieriger die Einfahrt zu finden. Ansonsten: Grandios!

Cet appartement est exceptionnel! Tout est incroyable : la vue, le calme, l’accès à la plage, la qualité du service, la propreté, les équipements, la literie et la communication avec les hôtes. Un appartement de haut standing qui nous a tout simplement conquis!

The apartment was big and spacious, with 3 bedrooms (each having its own bathroom) and an extra toilet. The terrace was large as well with a beautiful view on the ocean. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary utensils and more (a microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and other extra gadgets). A washing machine with a drying function was also available. Both the garden and pool were well taken care of and in perfect condition. Additionally, the access to the ocean was direct. The place was safe and well monitored with a guard at the gate, cameras installed, etc. We had a wonderful stay and would 100% recommend this place for everyone! :)

This isn’t a complaint to the apartment, however for 3 days during our stay our neighbors from the next apartment were setting off fireworks at about 9pm disrupting our peace and scaring off the birds nearby (+ a friendly owl that we were observing each evening).

These were the best three nights of our stay in Mauritius. The backyard opens directly onto an incredible snorkeling spot, making it perfect for exploring the marine life. The host provided prompt, accurate, and helpful information throughout our stay. The environment, cleanliness, and location were all outstanding. Overall, this was the best guesthouse experience of our entire trip, and we wholeheartedly recommend it. The breathtaking ocean-view sunsets were the highlight of our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation exceeded our expectations! Very comfortable, spacious and clean. Shirley our housekeeper were excellent!

Wonderful cozy complex! Maybe our family of five just got lucky, or maybe it was meant to be, but this place – especially the spacious three-bedroom apartment with a huge terrace on the second floor (1nd floor if to count the ground froor as 0) offering a stunning ocean view – all of that exceeded my initial expectations. It was the perfect time, with a perfect view and a wonderful atmosphere. Sure, you could nitpick. The ocean beach is rocky, and due to the tides, swimming there isn't easy. Keep that in mind if you're planning to. But gentlemen – the evening infinity pool with its sunset view or the sight of the dark night ocean? That’s the best meditation you could ask for. Safe environment, convenient and guaranteed parking, the relative newness of the building, and an overall quality vibe left the best impression on me and my family. And when you consider the value for money, it’s hard to find anything better. Thank you!

previous guests had damaged the locks on the sliding bedroom and terrace doors, so they couldn't be locked from the inside (just in case you are worried about burglars for whom I wasn't:). Minor issue I'd say if your on the 2nd floor and the entire terrace can be closed off with a huge protective roller shutter.

Hello, I would like to describe a situation that occurred in March 2026 during my stay with my family. Communication with Ms. Hemlata (Host and Property Manager at Horizon) prior to our stay went smoothly. The accommodation itself was also perfectly fine. The location is beautiful, and we had a wonderful time there with the children. We locked the apartment upon departure and left the key in the code-locked box. A week later, the manager contacted us to say that we had destroyed all the small towels there. She sent us a photo of the towels and automatically charged us 26 euros. She did not respond to our follow-up questions or arguments that it wasn’t us, but likely the previous guests, as we found additional towels on the rack in the accommodation (the damaged ones were not among them). We are very sorry about the whole situation, and it is spoiling our impression of what was otherwise a nice vacation and accommodation. La casa estaba genial equipada, super limpia, la piscina era preciosa y nos sentimos realmente cómodos.

The view was amazing. The unit was so spacious and clean. We appreciated the clean towls on day 4. Everything inside the unit was just perfect and thought was given to every detail.

On the last night there was new guest above us and they were loud and their party went on till 5h00 the next morning.

A beautiful apartment, extremely comfortable, with a patio overlooking the pool and the sea - delightful. Close to shops and restaurants. Tamarin is a good location for exploring the island.

An Absolutely Unforgettable Stay in Mauritius – Highly Recommended If you are planning a trip to Mauritius and are unsure where to stay, I highly recommend this apartment. It was a truly fantastic and unforgettable experience. We booked this apartment through Booking.com, and its location is incredibly convenient — close to the island’s main attractions and the meeting point for most marine excursions. Whether it’s a romantic yacht trip, a boat trip to see dolphins or whales, or visits to places like Chamarel’s Seven Colored Earth, Rochester Falls, and other highlights of the island, everything is within easy reach. We arrived late in the evening, unable to see what was outside. Imagine our amazement when we woke up in the morning to find an incredibly beautiful, calm ocean shimmering in all shades of green and blue right beneath our windows. We have never stayed this close to the water before — not in Tenerife, not in Dubai, and not even in the Maldives. The sunrises and sunsets are absolutely breathtaking and truly impressive from the patio. And if you bring binoculars and are lucky, you can even spot dolphins in their natural habitat directly from your apartment, which makes the experience even more special. The apartment is very well designed and has everything needed for a perfect holiday: a comfortable shower in each bedroom, all necessary kitchenware, and a grill on the terrace. Everything is clean, neat, and stylish. The location is excellent — within walking distance of a grocery store and one of the best restaurants in the area, where you can not only enjoy great food but also live jazz music on Tuesdays (the Italian restaurant S’Arrastu by Chef Rocco). Yes, there is some construction nearby, which slightly affects the overall impression. However, unless you plan to stay inside all day, it is hardly noticeable.

The villa is beautiful and the highlight is definitely the view and outdoor area. Truly stunning, better than the photos. You can hear the sound of waves the whole day. The pool is lovely and, even if shared, it was never crowded. We also loved the location, very convenient to visit Le Morne, Black River Gorge, Flic & Flac etc. Tamarin beach is also very nice and good for surfing beginners. There are a few good grocery shops, a butcher and restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was good. We loved it here.

Lighting could generally be improved, such as ambience lights in the bathroom and outdoor terrace. Mosquito curtains would have been a plus (there are curtains which helped somewhat). Unfortunately, there are some ongoing construction works nearby which impacted the overall peacefulness of the location. However, they did not take place on the weekend and stopped around 4pm. As we were out most of the day, it wasn't too disruptive. The beautiful view and location is still totally worth it.

Amazing location! The view is spectacular. Great for a peaceful vacation with quiet time, easy access to the beach and chilling by the pool. The appartements are clean, comfortable and everything is provided for a nice stay! There are also shops and restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend!

the location is right on the beach and is a perfect setting with stunning afternoon sunsets. the house is brand new and offers every amenity you need to feel right at home. it's a fully kitted out 3-bedroom home tastefully furnished to add an element of class to your stay. It also has a pool and deck to relax in. Falzana the host was fantastic and was contactable all the time. it's definitely on my first choice of places to stay when i return

Rewelacja !!!! Wspaniały apartament, świetnie urządzony, było wszystko, co potrzeba, nawet plastikowa zastawa dla dzieci <3 Łóżka wygodne, sporo miejsca, taras świetny, grill na tarasie, przepiękny widok i zachody słońca ! Bardzo się nam podobała ta lokalizacja. :) Plaża kamienista, ale urokliwa, bardzo spokojna. Rano odpływy, można spotkać brodząc w wodzie kolorowe rybki, kraby, rozgwiazdy, a nawet ośmiornice! Trochę jak snurkowanie chodząc ;) Basen po wyczyszczeniu byl super, pomijając zimną wodę. Bardzo polecamy!!

Basen jak przyjechaliśmy był brudny i dopiero 3 dnia ktoś go porządnie wyczyścił i napełnił do końca. Natomiast jest to część wspólna, więc nie wiem na ile obsługa apartamentu ma na to wpływ.
