لكبار السن لايوجد مصعد لكن السلم غير متعب

The owner is so nice and down to earth, the apartment is amazing and suitable for families, it's so clean and everything is there which made my family's stay so comfortable, the staff there is helpful and respectful. Absolutely won't be the last time to stay there. Highly recommended

We stayed at the property for a short family trip in cairo with two kids. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The host is excellent communicator and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. My husband forgot his phone charger and he provided us with one in minutes!. He also brought a cot, small bath and toys for the little ones. The property is very close to cairo city festival. We really had a great time and would consider booking it again.

Alles hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Unterkunft war wirklich wunderschön und die Lage ist perfekt – nah an allem. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und äußerst professionell. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden auf jeden Fall bald wiederkommen

First of all, the host, Abdel, is fantastic! Very responsive and super helpful. The location of this apartment is phenomenal! And the apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. It was clean and well stocked; we felt right at home! I will be recommending this property to all my friends who head to Cairo.

They were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Overall, everything was perfect. It’s my second visit to the same apartment. If you’re looking for a modern, spacious, family-friendly, quiet and clean location in a private villa, this will be right place for a short or long stay. The owner is there if you need anything with a quick response, they also have a doorman to help you with luggage and if you need anything.

On our first night in Cairo, we stayed at this apartment. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed — washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, and more. The host was exceptionally kind, consistently checking if we needed anything and offering great recommendations for nearby supermarkets, restaurants, and food delivery. When I accidentally left my earphone accessory behind after checkout, the host proactively informed me and kept it safe until we returned to Cairo. This was the most comfortable stay we had in Egypt, and I would highly recommend it to all my friends!

الشقة واسعة جدًا ونظيفة ومجهزة بشكل جيد. الموقع آمن وهادئ وسكني بالإضافة إلى أنه قريب من الخدمات والأسواق والأنشطة الترفيهية. صاحب الشقة شخص محترم وخدوم، ويحرص على راحة الضيوف ويتجاوب بسرعة إذا ظهرت أي مشكلة. إقامة مريحة وأنصح بها. ✅

إقامة مثالية بكل المقاييس! المكان نظيف جدًا ومرتب، الموقع ممتاز وقريب من الخدمات، والمضيف ودود ومتعاون. التجربة فاقت توقعاتي وأنصح به بشدة.

From the moment we arrived, our host made us feel like family. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable, cared for, and welcomed. Traveling with family can be tricky, but he made everything seamless – from check-in to helping us with local tips and even arranging transportation. The space is clean, safe, and cozy, and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. You can tell this place is run with genuine heart and pride. We came back this year because of how incredible our first experience was, and somehow this stay was even better. It’s rare to find a host who consistently delivers excellence, but he does it with such grace and generosity. We love staying at this place it's wonderful, every time we come to Cairo this the place we choose to stay. Apartment is wonderful place is equipped with everything we need to make our stay comfortable and host is very helpful and accommodating.

Huge areas, very clean.

This is not my first time here, every time I visit Egypt I stay here. It's the best place to stay, nice and clean and spacious and has everything I need for my stay. Excellent quiet location, close to restaurants and shopping and host is great.

The property was super clean and it is a big sized apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, washer, 2 balconies, dressing room with iron and ironing board. The host was super helpful and nice. The neighborhood is quite and nice and there is no traffic jam in the area at all times. Highly recommended.

If you're looking for a place to stay in New Egypt, look nowhere else. Apt is well kept and has all the appliances you need. Close to many. The hospitality of the host was more than accommodating. Will rent place again.

THE MOST MEMORABLE STAY Absolutely everything been stunning starting from the owner and finishing with our door man . Every single corner of the apartment its beautiful. The location its perfect . I am trying to find the words to describe all the beauty of my stay, but I am struggle to find the right words to express my feelings. The place was clean and quiet, the apartment located at very nice neighborhood. Dr abdelrahman is a decent man , I appreciate his afford and cooperation,he really make the trip very easy . I really recommend his apartment for family and couple. For future visit to Egypt I will definitely book with him .

It was clean and neat, the location is near to malls and the airport. It has 3 bed rooms, clothing room and huge living room . And shattef in bathroom 👌 Kitchen has every thing you need Mr. Abdulrahman was so helpful in alot of things and supportive. I would rate it 20 not only 10

An exceptional stay at what one can only describe as a modern, clean and extremely spacious apartment. The photos certainly do not do justice to the apartment. Our visit was enhanced further with the hospitality, kindness and care shown by our host Abdelrahman. An absolute excellent host, extremely respectful, generous and amicable. Always at hand to help or advise and tend to your needs. He not only offered airport transfers, but also took us to various different places out of the goodness of his heart. He seriously takes hospitality to another level.

A very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and a nice bathroom. Mr Abdul is a great host and there when you need him, Very nice and wants to share all he knows about the area. We had a great stay!
