Tolles Ambiente, schönes Zimmer, sehr hilfsbereites Personal.

The staff and people were outstanding, going over and beyond to make arrangements for late arrival and departure and for taxis. I would recommend them very, very strongly.
I liked everything about this hotel. Even though it is in a remote location in Ardez, it is very accessible by train and taxi.
Ottilia and Roger were great hosts, very friendly and helpful. A special mention for staff Jens, Nicole and Janis who were helpful to me as well.
There was nothing that I didn't like.
The decor was simple and high quality. I loved the tea station! Everybody was very nice.
Every minute in this place is a true pleasure and a feast for the senses and tastes. You can relax in comfortable rooms or on terraces overlooking the beautiful mountains or the historic town. If you feel like a short walk with views, you can take a stroll through the town, the ruins of the castle and then a longer path into the mountains, where you can listen to the sounds of nature among the meadows and pastures. The owners will surround you with care and take care of every detail, we are on the Grand Tour of Switzerland and this is our number 1 of the entire tour. We recommend the place for accommodation to all motorcyclists and not only. Ps. An excellent choice for breakfast will recharge your energy for the nearby trails and mountain passes. Big plus for the possibility to prepare sandwiches and coffee for the road.
There is no such thing.
What is excellent about this hotel is that as of the moment you step in you feel welcomed. The staff and the owners will do all to make your stay memorable. Even the two young boys of the owners running around are friendly and helpful. The location is superb with a view on the mountains nearby. The restaurant area is light and intimate at the same time due to the lights and the interior design. Sipping away the last few drops of wine near a burning fireplace and your bottle being brought to you.... it just makes on wonder why leave at all.
If anything it would have been that not all chairs in the restaurant area are created equally comfortable. But in light of all the other great things it is a minor detail.
wonderful room. excellent food. catered to food allergies. great walking from hotel. perfect for the engadine
