Villa MM (Mimpi Manis) Pererenan

We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely little hotel in Canggu. From the beautiful room and impeccable cleanliness to the incredibly kind and attentive staff, everything was simply perfect. It truly felt like a little piece of heaven in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Canggu, a peaceful and welcoming place where we could relax and feel at home. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back without hesitation if we return to Canggu. Highly recommended! 🤍🌴✨

Service's top notch! Every time we walk past reception, they'd greet us by our names. Turn down service was offered, they'll even send our food deliveries to our room (which we didn't even ask them to). The location's central enough - cafes front, right and left. There's even a salon next door and a lagree studio right behind.

It was hard to hang our clothes as the cupboard's a little awkward. Also would have liked to have a bigger space for our toiletries next to the sink. That area is a little awkward but we managed for 5 nights hahaha And maybe the upholstery in the living room can be steamed/cleaned. :)

Well thought design, Japanese style. Clean and neat. Quiet and buffered by beautiful landscape. My villa was on the same ground floor so it’s convenient for my elderly mother to sleep on the same floor. The staffs were amazing and the service is top notch.

Beautiful, modern and clean accommodation with lovely private spaces, beautiful flowers and amazing staff. Great location in a quiet area but still close to everything, with great cafés nearby. We loved our stay and would happily come back!

The villa was stunning and had all the amenities that you require for a comfortable stay.

The only suggestion from the two women among the two couples that stayed here were that it would be good to have better lighting for the mirrors in the bathrooms and a couple of places to hang towels.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond. The pool area is gorgeous and the rooms are gorgeous and clean. I will be coming back because of the facilities, but mainly because of the staff. Incredible incredible. Great amenities too

Perfectly located in Pererenan, close to many great restaurants and bars. We stayed in the two bedroom Villa with the private pool and were impressed by the design, the cleanliness and the privacy of the place. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive to everything (they even found us a toaster when we asked for it!). Breakfast was excellent and presented beautifully. I would very much like to stay at Villa MM again.

The whole layout of all the rooms was very nice , the staff were very helpful and it had a lot of good food spots very close by

The washrooms didn’t have locks , the pool has very bitter water which is why I couldn’t swim for a second time , it says villa MM but it’s not really a villa but an average room and lastly the room looked larger in the pictures when it was actually pretty small for three people

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were genuinely lovely, attentive, and always welcoming. The property was spotless, and although our room was on the smaller side, it was cozy and comfortable for three of us. Its actually bigger than it look from the photo. One of the sweetest parts of our stay was Peggy, the lovely resident dog who would wait for us at the hotel every day. Coming back and seeing her was such a heartwarming little highlight and made the place feel even more special. Definitely will come again next time!

The responsiveness of the staff! They helped me arrange my private driver transport for my week in Bali ref the itinerary that I had in mind!

The tropical plants landscaping inside the villa did give rise to some small “wildlife” in our bathroom (a spider and a frog). The bathroom door design was not the best and I accidentally “tapped” my last finger while closing the door and it’s now a little bruised and sore.

Thank you to the wonderful team at Villa Mimpi Manis for such a great stay. The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and located in a very central area, with plenty of cafés and restaurants just a short walk away. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Tohle ubytovani bylo jedno z nejlepsich ktere jsme kdy na bali meli, personal se s laskavosti venoval vsem nasim pozadavkum, zaroven vizualne jedno z nejhezcich ubytovani. U bazenu vetsinu casu nikdo nebyl, coz bylo dost prijemne. Lokace naprosto skvela, v ulici bylo spoustu skvelych bister a restauraci. Meli jsme tu skvely cas, dekujeme 🫶🏽

Jediné co bylo nepříjemné, že jsme přijeli zrovna v období silných dešťů, postel byla přímo u skleněných dveří na dvůr, které vůbec netěsnily a déšť tak byl slyšet opravdu hlasitě. Navíc se na našem dvoře vytvořila louže z okapu, který byl ve výšce cca 3metrů a proud vody neustále padal do louže..tento zvuk byl velmi silný a nepříjemný.

Niesamowita obsługa hotelu. Gdy wyjeżdżałam po 7 na pilates, Pan z ochrony czekał ze mną na kierowcę, sprawdzał kierowcę czy będzie bezpiecznie z nim jechać. Obsługa pomoże we wszystkim. Pokoje są bardzo klimatyczne, czyste. Willa z basenem jest niesamowita, bardzo prywatna, przestrzenna. Pokoje są codziennie sprzątane. Duży basen, w którym nie ma tłumów. Hotel znajduje się przy ulicy, ale pokoje są tak umieszczone, że zupełnie nie słychać samochodów. Zaraz przy hotelu znajduje się świetna kawiarnia i restauracja. Wszystko jest pod ręką.

Everything. From the location (easy to access, close to the main cafes and shops of Perenenan, and walking distance from the ocean), to the design, to the facilities, amenities and services. And the Staff is amazing.

La hospitalidad del staff. Eran muy majos y ayudaron mucho. El espacio es precioso, y las habitaciones también están muy bien, las camas muy cómodas, y la ducha genial.

No me gustó que se pudiera escuchar todo lo que pasaba alrededor, el espacio no tiene cancelación de sonido externo. Se oye absolutamente todo.

The most beautiful villa with the most amazing staff. They were so kind and caring on every detail and went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect stay. The rooms are wonderful with everything you need and the pool is beautiful. Cannot fault it and look forward to visiting again next year.

Beautiful staff - so so friendly and accommodating, always smiling and no inconsistency between them. They made the stay so pleasant! Property was super clean and quiet, and had a boutique feel as opposed to a bigger hotel. Area is a little quieter for Canguu but still lots of great cafes around and suited us perfectly as a family of three.

No fitness centre or breakfast included, and though there was a TV there was no free-to-air or streaming services included.

I had the most incredible stay at Villa MM (Mimpi Manis) Pererenan. I was celebrating my birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel so special. The staff truly made me and my husband feel like family. Our stay at Villa MM was very comfortable - great showier pressure, good aircon and it was nice and quiet at night. The location is perfect if you’re wanting to explore more of Pererenan as it has some nice restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. I would definitely recommend Villa MM to anyone looking for a memorable stay with the most friendly staff in Canggu!

The Villa was very beautiful, clean and it felt very aesthetic. The common pool area was beautiful and for the duration of my stay - very quiet. The staff were my favourite, everyone was so lovely, kind and personable. I felt like my room was cleaned multiple times and timed really well at times I wasn’t there so I wasn’t unconvinced which was lovely.

The location: great location close to nice cafe and restaurants yet on a less busy street. Few minutes ride to the sea front. The pool: very nice pool area and perfect to chill there. The staff: very helpful and friendly, amazing staff.

The room is small but since we spend most of the time enjoying outdoor, it was not an issue.

This property is incredible, aesthetically pleasing and has the most divine finishes. The bathroom is the perfect size, the room is nice and cool from the polished concrete and the pool is epic.

At first glance stylish design.

Issues with humidity and rodents. During heavy rainfall the area around the bed gets damp and water flows in via garden door. There was a rat (and rat droppings near kitchenette) inside during the last night I stayed. These are refurbished bungalows, not villa's, the walls are paper thin and you can hear the neighbours sneezing. The areas that they did not refurbish already show rust and wear/ tear. Overall very low value for money and misleading description of the property.

We stayed in Villa Main Main and loved every second. The architecture is stunning, and the space with the bedroom/living room, kitchen, and private plunge pool felt like a dream. The 24/7 security and reception made it incredibly safe, and the staff are the kindest people—always ready to help and accommodate your schedule. Suda (I hope I spelled that right!) felt like a friend, taking time to chat and teach us about Balinese culture. The shared pool with daybeds is a great touch—you don’t even need a busy beach club when you have this peaceful space. Booking was smooth; they send a video of your villa, so there are no surprises. Ordering food via Gojek or Grab was super easy, and the staff even deliver it to your villa. Staying here made us fall even more in love with Bali and its warm, friendly people. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! The staff were very lovely and attentive and we were always welcomed with a smile. The place was immaculate. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms which was fine for two people. The location was an easy 10-15 minute walk from great food and coffee options.

We stayed at the 2-bedroom villa. It was spacious, comfortable and airy. 1. Ambiance (loved the natural lighting) and service (Suda & Bagus were welcoming and helpful) 2. Toiletries (smelled divine) 3. Quiet location away from the crowds but still accessible, with plenty of food options on the same street.

For the price, we felt that breakfast should be included.

Very stylish, clean, and the staff go above and beyond to meet your needs. Extremely personalised service which I commend them for. Partner got Bali belly and they graciously upgraded our room for a more comfortable stay.

Rooms were a bit smaller than I thought, and no blackout curtains so the room tends to become very bright.

Staff (friendly, attentive, next level), facilities were great. Moreover, the coffee in the room is very tasty! Nearby area is full of great restaurants and shops. In my opinion the room I was in was a little small for the price, otherwise it was great and had everything I needed. If I come back I would definitely stay here again!

The location: was perfect, heart of perenanan, quick ride to the beach, walking distance to cafes. The Space: very serene and quiet. They do have a variety of room sizes, I would recommend to select the 1 bedroom for more space. The outdoor shared space is beautiful at night with their lighting and asymmetrical design. The Facilities: they have a large shared pool in the back that is very relaxing, there wasn’t anyone using so it was nice to have it all to ourselves. They do offer breakfast to your room (extra cost) with their partnership cafe. The Staff: was amazing, super attentive and helpful. Always remembering your name and checking on us (insure we were safe) when we went out for a short trip and didn’t return to our room

Our room was slightly small, as we had a lot of luggage. The room size description looked big but I didn’t notice it was including indoor/outdoor space. The outdoor side is a small piece of green but not that usable.

The location was fantastic—just 10 minutes away by scooter from the main busy street, making it a peaceful retreat, yet still surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafes as the street is developing. I wouldn’t recommend walking to the main street, but with a scooter, it’s quick and easy. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful with everything. We were able to arrange things like airport shuttle booking, scooter rental delivered directly to the door, and even a private chauffeur for a trip to Ubud, all via WhatsApp. The service was top-notch! The room was very clean and beautifully designed, with all the amenities we needed. The pool was incredible—definitely one of the highlights of our stay. And, because the villa is a bit further away from the hustle and bustle, it was perfectly quiet at night with no noise from nearby clubs or bars.

While it’s not a major downside, the beds were on the firmer side, and the pillows were quite high. It may not suit everyone, so perhaps offering more pillow options would make it even more comfortable for future guests. Additionally, it was difficult to achieve full darkness in the room, so if you’re sensitive to sunlight, long morning sleep-ins might be hard to enjoy.
