Our stay at Bay’s Inn was absolutely amazing! The room was spotless, very well-maintained, and smelled so fresh and relaxing the moment we arrived. The whole place had such a peaceful and calming ambiance, especially with the surfing spot right in front of the resort, hearing the waves and enjoying the view was truly unforgettable. What made our stay even more special was the staff. Super nice staff… everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable and well taken care of from check-in until check-out. Their hospitality honestly stood out the most for us. The food was also amazing, and the location is perfect… breathtaking views, easy to find, and surrounded by a lot of nearby restaurants and places to explore.

A couple of likes, the hotel’s Boardwalk Restaurant works with a beachside menu. Relaxing on a slow shelving beach are easy chairs and parasols, also friendly drinks service.

While mostly clean, guest rooms are a patchwork of “fix if it breaks” maintenance, a broken window and blinds, chipped furnishings, no closet and the list goes on (the exterior of the hotel crumbling, can’t have been touched in 10+ years). The 2/F pool was closed when we arrived, the pump broken. Seniors beware, the elevator serving 4-floors unreliable – on several occasions, guests having to walk the stairs to access their room. Front Desk staffing need to shape up and in need of training.

The location was great; staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent and the food was very enjoyable from a generous and filling breakfast and well-presented and tasty lunches and dinners which were good value.

Television access was limited to using personal accounts and no access to general TV channels.

The staff are all so courteous and attentive, the rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds, the bathroom is also spacious and modern. The breakfast buffet is very good.

Perfect location, especially if you’re a surfer. Staff are lovely! Restaurant on site had a good selection of food. Nice restaurant directly across as well.

The room was a bit dated and felt damp.

It’s difficult because there’s no phone in the rooms. If you need something, you still have to go down to the reception, and we’re on the 4th floor. There’s also no elevator, so going up and down is really hard.

Amazing location-- Beachfront hotel, nice views from the room and pool, in-house restaurant served good meals (breakfast was decent too), overall reasonably priced and recommended.

Parking easily gets full and you would have to park at an open lot nearby. Staffs not helpful in helping to carry your things up to the room, wouldn't be an issue in the first place if elevator was functional but it wasn't when we visited. The front desk attitude was rather cold, same as their pool, extremely cold.

Great location staff wonderful pool amazing a little damaged and tired in some areas but of course typhoons etc. We enjoyed our time there.

Hard to fault an expression coffee machine would be good a big beach clean az well very sad to see so much rubbish. Many Asian countries are doing better.

The Hotel suprised me ! It exceeded my expectations !! The resturant was amazing , right on the promanade !! With exceptional views !!

The reception was awful !!!!! There is this glass sheild 6 feet high in front of the customer ..... what are the staff expecting .... a rabid dog or ranging lion ??? The staff couldnt hear me and I couldnt hear them - dreadful !!!!!!! The staff are rude and obviouly dont like customers !!!!

Lift not working and we were traveling for a three month old baby and on the third floor rooms not serviced during our three night stay although requested. Toilet paper not replenished

I liked the location, its proximity to the beach and the restaurant overlooking the beach.

I did'nt like that the hotel wants to charge us p200 each per hour for early check in. In some hotels thay let you in if the room is ready.

The staff was nice and accommodating.

The room seems a bit unclean especially the floor is slippery. The towels and the beddings didn't smell nice and for some reason it looks like it hasn't been clean properly. The pool side could have been more nice if they have put more lights, it was a bit dark at night.

The bed had ants that we did not have a good sleep. Fruits being served in the restaurant is dry and old. The shower room light blinks when the heater is in use.

Staff are friendly

hotel and their restaurant is overlooking the ocean. You can watch the surfers while having a meal - what a treat. The room is very clean and bed is comfortable. The hotel's restaurant has a lot to offer and food are good. It also has its own bakery and bake bread and pastries every day. The bakery also make their own pizza dough. The pool is located in the upper part of the hotel and overlooking the ocean also. The staff are very attentive and friendly. We would stay in this hotel again.

Very good facilities, decent breakfast. Front desk staff made a proactive offer to switch our room so we can have two beds instead of a queen bed.

I think the food is all about cornstarch haha somehow its delicious, But my suggestion is that I think the food is much better in natural way of cooking, But totally it's delicous, it will be perfect when it cooked naturally.

The room is clean and staff are very accommodating. No early check-ins fee unlike the other hotels/resort we booked before. The restaurant has a good ambiance and the food is great and worth the price. I will definitely book again with the family.

The pillow covers have a not a good smell.

The policy about smoking beside the pool is not clear. Some customers said they were allowed to smoke but when we talked to the staff, they said it’s not allowed, they should place a non-smoking area near the pool since it’s a public area.

The location is very strategic as it is situated just in front of the beach. The staff are very accommodation. There is a personnel in charge of cleaning the floor from time to time as passersby from the beach brings sands in their slippers. There are lots of choices on the breakfast buffet counter.

I love how the hotel is close to everything . Loved thw food, the room is decent.

The food service is a little too slow, I think the hotel is understaffed. The breakfast buffet needs to be replenished without the guests asking for it.

A little pricey

I love the cleanliness of our room- from beddings to comfort room! A real comfort. The food they serve is exceptional!!! A must try restaurant if you are in Baler! I love how accommodating the front desk officers are, they made us feel welcomed!! I love the swimming pool too located in the 2nd floor of the building! Our dogs were soooo relaxed the whole time!!

The staff in their restaurant doesn’t know their stuff, they are slow and rude at times, when you ask then questions they will ask you to wait and the lady from the front bar is super rude! She is texting while getting our order which resulted to unheard orders! Very very rude!

The staff set up a 59th monthsary celebration with wine, balloons, cake, flowers, and rose petals. Was really well done! Thanks to the staff for all of your effort! All of the staff is very helpful and makes it a comfortable stay. The pool has a great view of the ocean! Also took home some coconut jam and peanut butter which are very delicious.

It would have been much better if the air conditioner were less noisy, we had hot water, and the sink wasn't clogged. Understood Baler has had to clean up after a lot of typhoons but if the staff can pay attention to these things I'm sure guests would be more comfortable and come more often.

They are very unresponsive. I sent a message via this app, facebook msgr, and instgram. They only replied in instgram after a couple of days. Wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a birthday cake, asked them about availability but they did not help nor responded. Check in was slow. Building is old

a guy from the reception, I think his name is Joel, he’s very rude over the phone. he ruined my stay and he’s the reason why I am not coming back to stay at baysinn again. he should learn how to deal with clients specially over the phone. please give him more training in customer service.

The location and staff are great and you have direct access to beach and boardwalk. We stayed for the new year and the hotel had an event that was very good

unfortunately the actual room just looked like it was not finished, no bulbs in the light units, no kettle for the coffee and cups in the room. The Wifi was worse then. useless.
